Here's your exclusive sampler of what's on offer inside our Sealed Section on our premium service Emsolation Extra this week. There's MUCH to discuss, in fact there is so much to discuss that Em and Michael have to gloss over some of it, like J'Lo's very high cut “tuck” for her performance at World Pride. Then it's onto Em's latest obsession, Donald Trump's military parade for his birthday, from how much it cost, to its lacklustre turnout, and the huge crowds who instead turned up for the “No King” protests on the same day. Then we have to cut it before we get into chatting about the situation unfolding in Los Angeles, plus Em and Michael discuss Em's role in the new Pixar film ‘Elio'. They review the movie and talk about the premiere, as well as the realities of Em taking her son Elio to see it with her too. Finally they discuss Katy Perry's Melbourne concert with the help of comedian Joel Creasey, plus Emsolator Hayden gives us his review of the concert and reveals what it was like being at the gay club that Katy turned up to after the show as well. You can get access and listen to all of that and MORE for just $1.87 a week, or watch the full video of it via the Supercast website for $2.50 a week at emsolation.supercast.com Learn more about your ad choices. It's the reunion we've all been waiting for since they connected and cried during the ‘Wicked' press tour. Now, with her brand new album ‘I Forgive You' finally available to download and stream, Em reunites with one of her personal heroes, the one and only Cynthia Erivo. Together they revisit the tears that somehow had the whole world crying (or weirdly in some cases seething with anger). There's also chat about Cynthia's recent Coachella performance, the elite level of her attire on the day and why the ‘Waiting to Exhale' soundtrack is the best movie soundtrack EVER! Then it's on to reviewing and discussing her new album ‘I Forgive You', which Em has had an advance copy of that she's been playing on repeat. Naturally Em's gone deep in her analysis and review of it, MUCH to Cynthia's utter joy, so prepare to discover layers to the album you might have missed, and hear about the inspiration and difficulty of writing and recording it. Finally Em also manages to squeeze in a quick chat about Cynthia hosting the upcoming Tony Awards and also how not ready she is to witness Cynthia and Ariana Grande take on ‘For Good' in Wicked 2, with Cynthia offering some VERY useful advice about seeing the movie. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and her bestie Michael talk baby goats, Lady Gaga's Tudum appearance, new season ‘Wednesday' and ‘Hacks', plus they dive into the controversy over Patti Lupone's latest interview. You can sign up and listen for $1.87 a week, or watch the full video via the Supercast website for $2.50 a week at emsolation.supercast.com

We begin this deep dive by analysing the recent American Music Awards hosted by Jennifer Lopez, aka J'Lo. There's the sniff of MAGA about the entire show plus the obsession for famous women of a certain age, like J'Lo, Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani & Janet Jackson, to not actually age. There's a side quest into Lindsay Lohan's restorative juicing routine, plus all the other AMA “moments” worth reflecting. The ageless divas obsession also brings up how much women are expected to do, with a side quest into the Human Rights lawyer who recently ran and won an ultramarathon, whilst breast feeding her 6 month old baby along the route, because of course she did. Then it's onto the problematic history of Dolce and Gabbana before we ‘Okay, Stop!' the new D&G fragrance commercial with Theo James. Then Em gives us her one page TED talk on why it's okay to be ogling Theo James. In our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em hilariously details how she shot her own nude photo shoot alone in her office after hours to launch her new book cover. The whirlwind US tour won and done, Em and Michael are back on home turf at Down the Hill Studios and getting up close and personal whilst comparing bicep bulges…wait is this real life? Has this become a toxic bro podcast without us even realising it? Speaking of toxic, the Weeknd has a new movie out called ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow', he wrote it, produced it and stars in it with Jenna Ortega. The Daily Beast called it a “feature length ego stroke of monumental hubris and the worst film of the year” so naturally Em and Michael are mad keen to discuss it and watch it. Then we're talking sport…wait, what? Yep, only because Em is living for the fact a gay men's group called the Bears Perth have been inundated with interstate membership requests after the NRL announced WA's very first NRL team, the Perth Bears, perfect. There's also side quests into Susan Boyle, Em's upcoming book release and her residency singing with her band and friends every Monday in July at the Brunswick Ballroom, tickets are on sale NOW! Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael discuss the Netflix comedy series ‘The Four Seasons', the shock breakup of the Liberal-National Coalition, Chris Jenner's face, Amy Poehler's podcast and so much MORE! It's the whirlwind tour of the US that we've all been hanging out for, now it's time for Em and Michael to drop all the details on their most eventful holiday EVER! We begin with the original reason for the tour, Em's tour of the Pixar Studios in San Francisco for their upcoming animated film ‘Elio', in which Em voices the character of “Female Co-Worker A”. From touring the Pixar Cafe and sampling their world famous bacon, through to meeting the women who helped create the movie and talking Australian birds and spiders with one of the movie's animators, it was easily a lifetime achievement for Em. Then we get to hear Michael recount his side of their night on Broadway watching Sarah Snook in ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray' and hanging with icons Glenn Close, Sarah Paulson, Rob Lowe, Gayle King and Jackie Weaver. There's also dinner at Taylor Swift's favourite Italian restaurant, and their night witnessing Andrew Scott (the hot priest from ‘Fleabag') singing Broadway tunes and holding Chella's hand. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael discuss their night at Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour, plus there's other bonus material too saucy for our main episode! On Monday night Em and Michael celebrated the 2 year anniversary of Emsolation going independent by doing a live stream of the podcast. Understandably not everyone could be there for it, so we've assembled some of our favourite moments from the full hour of hilarity for you to enjoy. Inside Em and Michael chat about the election result and what Anthony Albanese needs to do next, and even what the future holds for the Liberal party and Peter Dutton. Em reveals her algorithm is serving her reels of slow-mo rugby men and guys in spandex doing backflips, Michael also introduced Em to the abs of former rugby player and independent politician David Pocock. They also talk about their last minute trip this week to the US and took your questions answering if they got Lady Gaga tickets and will they be doing more ‘Okay, Stop!' segments and so much more. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael reveal all the details about why they're off to the US and everything they plan to do while there and it's a LOT! Michael Paynter is one of Em's best friends, they've worked together on her music, he also has mad singing skills (best believe that he is a SING-GER!) which he's currently showing off 8 times a week, playing Jesus in the latest version of the Andrew Lloyd Webber rock opera ‘Jesus Christ Superstar'. Together they'll discuss his awe inspiring take on the role of Jesus, from why he chose to accept the gig, the part Mahalia Barnes played in his decision, through to the enormity of taking on this kind of role and the emotional toll it takes on him during each performance. Plus Em asks him how he prepares himself before a show and what it's like to take on a musical like this when he's never even acted or done musical theatre before. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael Paynter give you an extra 35 minutes where they discuss how they first met, their shared love of John Peter Farnham and both of them work their way through a bunch of hilarious and revealing rapid fire questions. Michael will also truly captivate you and prove his status as a SING-GER by singing his favourite John Farnham song ‘Burn For You'. She's been the Beyoncé of the Rusciano household ever since she lost to Julie Goodwin on the first season of ‘Masterchef Australia'. Now the multi-talented Poh Ling Yeow is back as a judge on the new season of ‘Masterchef Australia: Back to Win' premiering from 7.30 Monday April 28 on 10 and 10Play. Inside Poh discusses the upcoming season, how she's navigated 2 divorces and managed to remain besties with both her ex's, the expectations placed on women to have a career and children, and why she loves being alone. Poh also claimed before the chat that she is an actual bog witch (hence the reference in the episode title) and has so much knowledge to impart, from her experience of menopause, how she prioritises self care and managing guilt and making time to relax. So prepare to fall in love with Poh even more than you already do and to be schooled on how to be the ultimate bog witch. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael discuss their picks for the new Catholic Pope and how it needs to be more like Drag Race, plus they reveal all the new TV series they're consuming, including why the new season of ‘Hacks' is disappointing Em. Is this real life? Apparently, it is, so we begin with a discussion on how wild all the topics are that we wanna discuss this week. We side quest into Em's favourite corner of TikTok, the developing feud between Chinese luxury goods manufacturers and the Trump administration. Then it's onto Katy Perry and Gayle King's 11-minute feminist statement to “take up space” on Jeff Bezos's wang shaped rocket. We reluctantly follow that up with Peter Dutton's attempt to highlight the housing crisis bringing his son Harry to a press conference, with disastrous results. Finally, Em and Michael review Lady Gaga's Coachella performance before they have to run off to try and secure their tickets to see her ‘Mayhem Ball' tour. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, you get the rest of their full Lady Gaga Coachella review, whilst they continue to try and buy their Gaga tickets, plus they tackle an Emsolation Facebook Group post about weaponised incompetence. (CW: Discussion of miscarriage) This week, comedian, writer, and recovering lawyer Sashi Perera joins Em in the studio to reveal how she moved from being a refugee lawyer for the UN, to becoming a standup comedian. She's also the only Australian comedian featured as ‘One to Watch' at the UK 2021 Funny Women Awards and a two-time RAW Comedy finalist. You'll learn the value of trying something different, how Sashi flipped her career in her 30's, the freedom of not worrying about what others think, how she shared her IVF journey and the miscarriages that came from it, dealing with anxiety and ADHD, and the process of writing her upcoming book ‘Standstill'. Having seen his new standup show ‘Thanks For Being Here' Em and Michael were determined to get Joel in to talk about his hilarious new tour and reflect on his 15 years of doing standup comedy shows. There's reminiscing about Em and Joel's early days of comedy gigs and their specific after show ritual, how busy Joel is and the benefits of his time working a stage musical like ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show'. They even manage to cover off their mutual love of politics and ‘RuPaul's Drag Race'. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em allows Joel to reveal his deep love of US Politics and his teensy tiny (actually huge) obsession with one particular CNN political reporter, plus all three of them work through a specific Spicy Sunday Low Key Hot Take and surprisingly Em and Joel do not agree on the specifics AT ALL! This is the episode that we hope might go some way to helping you change your life. If you're a regular listener of Emsolation, you'll know Em is deep in the throes of perimenopause and judging by the flood of DM's and comments she gets whenever she mentions it, she is definitely not alone. There's a thirst for knowledge which is why Em has decided to get an expert in, her name is Dr Stacy Sims, she's an international exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist with an MSc and PhD, who is on a mission to help us better understand the nuances of the female body, so you can build strength and longevity, she's also in perimenopause. Inspired by the appalling lack of research done specifically on women in regards to exercise, nutrition, and medicine, Dr Stacy wrote the books ‘ROAR' and ‘Next Level' and created her TEDx talk ‘Women Are Not Small Men'. Dr Stacy specialises in how our bodies needs change over our lifetime, and how exercise, nutrition and medicine can help us deal with the impacts of perimenopause and menopause. This episode begins with an update on Em's hormones as well as a full explain on why they've been out of control lately. Then it's on to chastising the 3 gay men Em works with for NOT noticing she had her Gucci necklace on backwards during last week's episode. We also come bearing gifts, in the form of giving props to an Emsolator who actually gifted Em that saucy 2025 calendar that Chad Michael Murray stripped off for, huzzah! After that we need to hand over to Michael for all the “highlights” from the Inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the USA on Tuesday. There's Melania's outfit and hat ensemble to reflect, Carrie Underwood's music not working, Hillary laughing at Trump renaming the Gulf of Mexico and so much more. Finally, Em and Michael are back at the gym and they've noticed a HUGE change in the clientele since they first started doing gym visits in the late 90's that needs to be talked about. This week Em and Michael are sitting down with one of Em's besties, Zambian-born Australian journalist, historian, author and filmmaker Santilla Chingaipe, for an eye opening chat about her new book that is rewriting the history of this country. Recognised by the United Nations in 2019 as one of the most influential people of African descent in the world, Santilla has spent the last 7 years researching and writing her debut non fiction book ‘Black Convicts' which is in stores now. ‘Black Convicts' builds on the research Santilla did for her critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary ‘Our African Roots'which is still streaming on SBS On Demand. It is fascinating to hear how colonial record keepers white washed parts of our history, silencing the lives of people like David Stuurman, a revered South African chief transported for anti-colonial insurrection; John Caesar, who became Australia's first bushranger; Billy Blue, the stylishly dressed ferryman who gave his name to Sydney's Blues Point; and William Cuffay, a prominent London Chartist who led the development of Australia's labour movement. ‘Black Convicts' is bound to change the way we think about who we are, buy your copy here https://shorturl.at/Jjk2V. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and her eldest Marchella review the new Netflix Christmas offering ‘Hot Frosty' and answer your AMA questions. Hannah Diviney is a writer, disability advocate, actress, screenwriter, author and media personality. Her disability advocacy has garnered global attention thanks to both a viral petition encouraging Disney to create a disabled Disney Princess and a successful campaign encouraging both Lizzo and Beyonce to change ableist lyrics. As if that wasn't enough, she also made television history as the first disabled person in Australia to do a sex scene on television in the SBS series, ‘Latecomers' and she's joining Em to talk about some of those things plus her feature film debut in the new dark comedy ‘Audrey'. Together they'll discuss what it was like to see Marissa Bode as the first disabled actor to play the role of Nessarose in ‘Wicked' and then interview her afterwards as well. We'll also talk about what it's like to be in her first feature film, how she secured the role and even how the script was changed to reflect her abilities as well. Hannah is utterly hilarious as well and they both connect over their shared love of awkward conversations and Em's belief that Hannah needs to get her sit down comedy career underway as well. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael review their Glicked weekend seeing Gladiator 2 and Wicked and give their final reviews. It's the moment SOME of us thought would never happen, and that some of us is Em, because AS IF this would ever happen! How could it be possible that Em would get to sit across from Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, two sing-gers, and the leads of the new movie version of her all time favourite musical Wicked? Somehow, Em not only got to do chats with Cynthia and Ariana, who play Elphaba & Glinda in the movie, but also Marissa Bode who plays Elphaba's sister Nessarose, and Ethan Slater, who's Ariana Grande's boyfriend and also appears in the film as the lovable munchkin Boq. Watch or listen as Em keeps Cynthia and Ariana entertained throughout their chat, from informing them of the neurodivergent love of the musical, to giving them props for the final result and so much more. Then there's Em's chat with Marissa and Ethan, where they reveal how they found out they were cast in the Wicked movie and a heap of other stuff too. It is the ultimate must watch before the movie drops November 21. It's an Emsolation first, Em's long term friend and fellow comedian, Joel Creasey, has finally been invited on the pod. The occasion? The upcoming Wicked movie premiere in Sydney, where they'll both be seeing the film AND interviewing the stars as part of the Australian press tour. If you're a regular of the pod, you'll already know of Em's deep love for the Wicked musical, Joel shares that love, in fact, he's pretty sure he's seen the musical around 300 times. Together we'll get an update on Joel's recent proposal from his partner Jack, then it's on to the business of all things Wicked. Prepare yourself for a deep dive into everything they've hyper focussed over, from when Joel first saw Wicked and the impact it had on him, to the behind the scenes goss from the cast and crew. It's role reversal time as Em steps into the ep fresh from chairing a staff meeting, while Michael turns up unhinged, unslept and agitated, huzzah! We find out why Michael is feeling such to begin. Then it's on to Lidia Thorpe's confrontation with King Charles and why we think it was an inspiring and refreshing thing to witness. We follow that with more US politics chat, from Trump dancing at a Town hall for 35 minutes, to Elon Musk giving away a million dollars to right wing registered voters in US swing states, there's a lot of horrifying updates to cover. Finally, Em is officially adopting ‘Agatha All Along' as her personality and she's mad keen to convince Michael to get over his Marvel aversion, and dive right in. We also get some astrology, manifestation and curse chat, plus the lowdown on Elio's demands for Chellas upcoming birthday party, and Em's MRI is approaching, so the hair extensions are about to be removed. . Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em's convinced that Hollywood actor and all round nice guy, Andrew Garfield is secretly a f-boy and she's got all the evidence to prove it. The invite to end all invites has landed in Em's inbox and it is confirmed, Em is off to the Australian premiere of the new ‘Wicked' movie in Sydney. She's also hitting up the press junket and hoping she gets to chat with her actual hero Cynthia Erivo, as well as Ariana Grande and Jeff Goldblum. Inside you'll get to hear Em's plan of attack, plus outfit explains for both her interview and red carpet appearance and so much more. Then, as society slowly comes around to the idea that middle age women are an untapped resource worth catering to, we've found two new things targeted at women over 40 worthy of your attention. The first is a full review of the new Netflix movie ‘Lonely Planet' where Laura Dern and Liam Hemsworth have a passionate affair whilst on a writer's retreat. Then it's onto the new book ‘All Fours' from Miranda July, which is part absurd entertainment, part tender reinvention of the sexual, romantic and domestic life of a 45-year-old female artist. I mean, what could there possibly be in this book that Em might connect with? Everyone who's anyone has recommended ‘All Fours' to Em, and having finally read it she's now recommending it to everyone too, from perimenopausal peeps to your partner, this book is worth your time. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael ‘Okay, Stop' the trailer for Nicole Kidman's upcoming movie ‘Babygirl', and the upcoming Martha Stewart doco ‘Martha'. An internally rearranged Michael joins us, having survived a bout of runny egg based food poisoning he's risen from near death to help Em work through a hair extensions update, the hair witches have been in touch and the sensory nightmare is being addressed. We get a full review of Katy Perry's AFL Grand Final appearance, with added commentary from Michael's mum, plus there's a side quest into Pesto the adorable giant baby penguin the internet is obsessing over. Then we need to get the lowdown on all the high fives and other blokey bloke things that Em witnessed whilst attending an AFL Lunch the day before the Grand Final. We teased it last week, but never got around to talking about Michael's TV series ‘The Newsreader' being up for an International Emmy, and what exactly that means for him, and if Em will be joining him in New York in November. Finally Em and Michael have both seen ‘Will & Harper', a new Netflix doco following comedian Will Ferrell, who embarks on a cross-country road trip with his close friend of 30 years after they come out as a trans woman. Joining them to review the doco and offer their own insight is friend and director of Em's ‘Outgrown' show, trans comedian Anna Piper Scott. This is glorious and we just know you're gonna eat it up! Obviously with Abbie Chatfield hosting her second season of ‘FBoy Island' on Binge, we wanna get that chat out the way, but first Em has questions about Abbie's new man and why she calls him Keith. After we've got all the goss on the new partnership it's onto ‘FBoy Island', at the time of recording Em had only seen the first 2 episodes but she had LOTS of notes that she'd scribbled down while watching, all of them required answers. There's the men's eyebrows, the attacking of Crocs, the audacity of straight white men, was one of the women a former Bachelor and how come they don't say “F-Off' instead of “F-Bye” to be covered off. Once we get all of those questions out of the way, along with some exclusive behind the scenes goss from Abbie and check-ins with the Binge PR person Chelsea, it's onto what Abbie wants to do next. After making sure Abbie and her new boyfriend Adam are making good choices, with added positive sex chat and some bedroom toy discussions, and a deep dive into how neurodivergent women like her and Abbie over-explain and give away so much of their lives, then face clapback from people online and in the media for doing so. You can hear Part 2 straight after this in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra. Sign up now to start listening or watching at emsolation.supercast.com.

Whilst Em and Michael probably wanted to be very demure and very mindful during this episode, we kind of kiss that notion bye bye almost immediately because Em hasn't even gotten a chance to have her Brat summer yet! The fact that Em's very sick and it feels like her entire body is in revolt right now probably doesn't help things much either. Naturally we've got a full recap of the Logies, from Michael's experience of being there and discovering a brand new calling, through to Em's experience of watching it after completing three back to back performances of her Outgrown tour across the weekend. We also get a rundown of the highlights from those shows, then it's onto another prediction from the Magical Unicorn of Death coming true with the announcement that J'lo and Ben Affleck are divorcing. There's a side quest into Katy Perry being an environmental terrorist, and Trump using AI generated satirical posts to claim Taylor Swift and the Swifties are endorsing him for President. After that Em and Michael are keen to reveal all their favourite moments from the Democratic Convention which is happening in Chicago this week. We get their predictions for which celebs will be next to step up and endorse Kamala, plus we also get a very special performance from Michael and Em has even more reasons to gush about Chappell Roan again too. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em has a special post that her hubby Scott wrote about her to share, and they ‘Okay, Stop!' the trailer for a new doco about monkey obsessed mums called ‘Chimp Crazy', which is the new series from the creator of the Tiger King doco. Speaking of Arenas, we follow that with the news that Celine clapped back at Donald Trump with a sassy statement after he used ‘My Heart Will Go On' at one of his rallies. We also need to delve into the bizarre revelation that US Presidential candidate RFK Jr dumped a dead bear cub in Central Park back in 2014, because why wouldn't he do something like that? After that we're keen to talk about the trainwreck of a PR campaign happening for the new movie based on the beloved #BookTok book ‘It Ends With Us'. He's one of Em's closest friends and he's back to talk us through his upcoming tour ‘Rob Mills Performs the Songs of Bon Jovi', celebrating 40 years of Bon Jovi. The fact that it just happens to be on at exactly the same time as Em's Outgrown tour needs discussion, so does the fact that when Rob told Em he was doing this tour, her response was “WHY?”. There's also chat around Rob's need for Em to take him clothes shopping, his new moustache, whether he will be revealing his hairless bod on stage and the damage ‘Wicked' has taken on his leg hair. We also dive into comparing both of their shows, what is the Bon Jovi setlist Rob will perform on tour and why Rob needs to update his website address. Plus we talk airline nightmares, how Em played a key role in Rob auditioning for ‘& Juliet' after he expressed zero interest in being a part of it and how much he misses it now that it has wrapped up. Finally promises are made to Em that Rob and his girlfriend Georgie aren't planning on eloping when they head off overseas later this year. Get tickets and more details at robmills.net.au. We open with another round of updates from behind the scenes of Em's Outgrown tour, from more mind blowing reviews, to meeting the owner of our most vomit inducing ‘AMA' in Adelaide, all the way to becoming Sarah Connor and seeing a former Idol while performing in WA. Then we move onto all of the unhinged stuff that's continuing to be offered up by US Politics, from VP nominee JD Vance attacking cat owners and not denying the rumours that he is a humper of couches. To the terrible execution of the advert announcing that the Obama's are endorsing Kamala Harris for President. There's also more potential Vice President running mate chat, and even some questions around who Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might put their support behind if at all. Finally there's just enough time for some Paris Games chat as Elio is officially getting to experience his very first one. So far, in an effort to make sure he's not just consuming toxic bro gamer content, Em has introduced him to all the different female sports, and the men's synchronised diving, so job well done. Before we get the introduction out there's a bunch of dragon and mediaeval peen chat to deliver, then we're straight into what went down when Em took her Outgrown Tour to NSW over the weekend. It wouldn't be an Em Rusciano Live show in Sydney without there being ambulances called, this time the drama went down at Em's Thirroul show. You'll get the full explain and all of the dramatic events before and during that gig, plus how it all went when Em took the show to Sydney. Then, after a proper stretch from Michael, it's time to chat Joe Biden stepping aside and how exactly do we say Kamala's name correctly. Then it's onto all the approvals coming out after Kamala announced that she is running for President, from the Charli XCX BRAT font being adopted, to a mental side quest into Chappell Roan stepping away from the spotlight. There's the huge influx of donations to her campaign in the first 24 hours, to the new generation of voters now legally able to vote in the US, plus Nancy Pelosi and George Clooney's roles in all of this to discuss too. We follow that with a full rundown of the opening weekend of Em's Outgrown tour in Queensland. Michael takes on the role of interviewer to get us all the behind the scenes goss, from the struggles to get it to the stage, to the amazing reception and support the Outgrown audiences have given Em at each show. Hollow shell of a human incoming, it's been a LOT recently so Em is coming in like Joe Biden at a Presidential debate, which we will discuss within this episode. To begin though we need to acknowledge Michael's Logie noms for ‘The Newsreader' and the blandness of the Gold Logie nominees again this year, aside from Julia Morris and Tony Armstrong of course. Then we need to talk through the utter bin fire that was the first Presidential Debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. You can expect more predictions from the Magical Unicorn of Death, as well as a side-quest on Putin and Kim Jong-un's limo ride and airport wave offs. There's also some chat about why Michael and Adrian shouldn't have children of their own. We also need to discuss Em's family losing Scott's Dad last week, Odie having her Year 12 formal, Marchella heading overseas this weekend, Em being sick and the push to sell Outgrown tour tickets, it's all a little bit overwhelming. Then there's Michael's hip surgery being moved, the extensive medical scrub down before surgery and a deep dive into why Em is all about pyjamas and why Michael needs to get his sleeping attire sorted too. Then in our Sealed Section, on our premium service Emsolation Extra, Em and Michael have both seen the ‘I Am Celine Dion' documentary and they're ready to give their feedback and a full review. As previously teased, this week there's no regular Emsolation episode so that Em can focus on rehearsals for her upcoming ‘Outgrown' tour. There also wasn't meant to be one last week either, but who says NO to an emergency ep with Jemma Rix telling her glorious ‘Wicked' story? Definitely not us. This week, we're giving you a special sampler from today's episode of the Sealed Section, which is available every Thursday on our premium service, Emsolation Extra. Em and her eldest daughter Marchella decided to review the final episodes of the new season of ‘Bridgerton' and play ‘Okay, Stop!' with the trailer for Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron's new movie ‘A Family Affair'. New research released today from Women's Health Victoria is showing a sad state of affairs for how people see their genitalia in 2024. The research, which includes a nationally representative YouGov survey of more than 1000 Australians with a labia, found that porn and the 'online world' are having a significant impact on young people's anxiety and shame around their vulva and labia. In this episode, we speak with the longest serving Dolly Doctor and Labia Library ambassador, Dr Melissa Kang.
