Javier Milei afirmó que no vetará la ley de presupuesto, y agregó: “Lo que sí vamos a hacer es acomodar las partidas para cumplir con el déficit cero”.“Yo no creo que fue una traición a Macri. Es parte, digamos, de cómo se maneja la lógica de la política y no tiene que ver, digamos, de vuelta con ningún pacto con masa. porque yo no quiero ser pero varios de sus colegas vienen mintiendo sistemáticamente endosándome pactos con digamos con masa con el kirchnerismo con Cristina y sin embargo Cristina terminó presa en este gobierno”, sostuvo Milei.La diputada Laura Alonso señaló: “Existía un acuerdo, un acuerdo que se había trabajado desde hace mucho tiempo, pero aquí sucedieron dos cosas. Primero, se llevó adelante una votación inconstitucional porque no estaba previsto en el temario de las sesiones extraordinarias y por eso se va a presentar una denuncia judicial. Y por otro lado, también se traicionó un acuerdo político que se construyó durante el tiempo y la verdad es que cuando hay ruptura de la palabra lo que se pierde es la confianza. Lo primero que sufre es la confianza”.Javier Milei aseguró: “Las bandas están para neutralizar la volatilidad. Es decir, a ver, Argentina tiene una experiencia... A ver, lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta es que Argentina viene de cerca de 90 años muy traumáticos en su historia monetaria, por decirlo de alguna manera. Eso hace que el mecanismo de formación de expectativas en Argentina no se condigan como debería formarse en términos de cómo pensamos los economistas”.“El tipo de cambio es un precio más de la economía y, consecuentemente, está dominado por la dinámica monetaria y la cantidad de dinero. O sea, la cantidad de dinero es el ancla nominal de la economía y eso determina el nivel de precio de la economía. Ahora, el nivel de precios es un vector de precios donde uno de esos precios es el tipo de cambios. Con lo cual, uno diría, si yo fijé la cantidad de dinero, los precios quedan anclados. eso tiene, digamos, hay cuestiones de rezago de la política monetaria. Un estudio reciente de la Universidad de Córdoba muestra que son 26 meses. Ni 18 ni 24. Nosotros creíamos que eran entre 18 y 24. Son 26 meses. ¿Esto qué quiere decir? Si nosotros fijamos la cantidad de dinero, logramos, que fue cuando se terminó de sanear el Banco Central, a mediados del 24... A los 26 meses debería haber inflación cercana a cero. Digo, quisiera saber qué es la parte que coincide con el 2017. Porque básicamente nunca se hizo el ajuste fiscal. De hecho, digamos, cuando el gobierno de Macri recibió, el gobierno, o sea, en lugar de hacer el ajuste, lo que hizo fue aumentar el déficit fiscal. Además, en ningún momento lo corrigió. y solamente lo corrigió con endeudamiento. Es decir, durante el gobierno de Macri se tomaron 60.000 millones de dólares netos. Y la realidad es que nosotros, después de 123 años, pusimos en caja en un solo mes el Tesoro y en seis meses el Banco Central”, agregó Milei.Javier Milei sostuvo: “¿Cuántas veces escucharon? No, porque si abren la economía el sector X va a caer. ¿Y? No, pero va a dejar un tendal de desempleados. Falso, falso. De vuelta, la falacia de lo que no se ve. Si ustedes abren la economía y ese bien, determinado sector quiebra, es porque el bien que ustedes están trayendo de afuera es de mejor calidad y/o más barato. cuando pasa eso ustedes tienen un ahorro y ese ahorro lo van a gastar en otro bien que además es más productivo y lo quiere la gente con lo cual en realidad no se produce pérdida de empleo y como van a un sector que es más productivo la economía gana en productividad y además como los individuos disponen de mayor cantidad de bienes además son más felices”.En un encuentro organizado por el Consejo Interamericano de Comercio y Producción, el ministro Luis Caputo aseguró: “Nosotros no vamos a hacer eso que algunos sugieren de salir a comprar como loquitos dólares para subir el precio y tener un dólar artificialmente alto y hacerle creer al mundo que somos competitivos. Ya lo probamos muchas veces eso y no funcionó. Entonces tiene que haber una coordinación lógica para que no haya sobresaltos en el mercado cambiario tampoco. Todo esto es lo que nosotros vamos a tener en cuenta a la hora de recomponer reservas. Es decir, no hay ningún debate, vamos a estar comprando dólares, vamos a estar recomponiendo reservas y en la medida que tengamos refinanciamiento de la deuda, esa compra de reservas se va a ir dando paulatinamente en el tiempo sin generarle ningún problema a la gente”.“Nosotros dijimos, y la verdad estaría bueno hacerlas por las nuestras, porque como señal es mucho más importante la señal de que Argentina ya puede manejarse solo que otra cosa. Entonces, ahí sí empezamos a hablar con los bancos para ver cómo organizar esta operación que nosotros estábamos buscando hacer. El ministro de Economía Luis Caputo afirmó: “A nosotros nos parece muchísimo más apropiado para la gente, para los argentinos, flotar entre bandas, porque hoy los argentinos quieren previsibilidad, quieren estar tranquilos, no quieren levantarse un día y que les hayan dicho que se soltaron las bandas, que se devaluó y demás. Entonces, la combinación de esto con estar las bandas bien calibradas, nos hace sentir muy cómodos que en el techo de la banda”.“No podemos pretender flotar cuando nuestra alternancia política sigue siendo el comunismo. Si nosotros queremos recibirnos de país serio, tenemos que empezar a tener alternativas políticas racionales, que no quiere decir que sean necesariamente la nuestra. No hay problema con que haya una alternativa de centro o de izquierda, pero todos tenemos que ir por la misma autopista. Eso produce situaciones, por ejemplo, como ya vivimos en el pasado, como le tocó vivir al ex presidente Macri. Flotamos, después vino una elección que no gustó, tuvimos cepo 5 años. Entonces, ¿qué vamos a estar insistiendo constantemente? Flotamos, cepo, flotamos, cepo. O sea, vamos a hacer las cosas como corresponde”, agregó el ministro Caputo.Domingo Cavallo, exministro de Economía, señaló: “Es imposible pensar que puede funcionar bien la economía sin reservas o con reservas negativas como las que tenemos ahora. ¿Quién le va a creer al ministro de Economía que van a asegurar el techo de la banda si no tienen divisas con las cuales intervenir en caso de que el tipo de cambio se fuera arriba de la banda?”.“Entonces tenemos que avanzar hacia una organización de la economía donde quede muy claro cuál es el ámbito del sector estatal que no puede dejar de existir. O sea, la idea del anarcocapitalismo es una mala idea. Ningún país del mundo tiene un sistema anarcocapitalista. Todos los países del mundo tienen un sector estatal que cumple una serie de funciones y que hay que financiar a ese sector estatal. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y Alberto Fernández han marcado la política de Argentina desde hace muchos años. Cristina, viuda de Néstor Kirchner, fue presidenta entre 2007 y 2015, un período caracterizado por una economía inestable, acusaciones de corrupción y críticas por autoritarismo. Tras la muerte de Néstor en 2010, Cristina continuó liderando el movimiento. Alberto Fernández, jefe de Gabinete de Néstor y Cristina hasta 2008, regresó en 2019 como presidente, pero con Cristina como vicepresidenta, tras la crisis económica del último año de Mauricio Macri. Pero su gestión no logró revertir la crisis, de hecho la empeoró. Como consecuencia Javier Milei ganó las elecciones en 2023 con una amplia ventaja sobre el candidato peronista Sergio Massa. Ambos abandonaron la Casa Rosada hace año y medio, pero siguen de actualidad debido a los numerosos procesos judiciales abiertos en su contra. Cristina, de 72 años, cumple prisión domiciliaria tras ser condenada en 2022 a seis años de cárcel e inhabilitación perpetua por corrupción en el caso Vialidad. Tiene además otras causas pendientes como el caso Cuadernos de las Coimas, el caso Hotesur-Los Sauces y el caso Memorándum con Irán. Estas acusaciones, avaladas por pruebas como testimonios y transferencias bancarias, han generado indignación entre muchos argentinos mientras otros acusan a la Justicia de ser parcial y practicar “lawfare” selectivo. Alberto Fernández, por su parte, tiene también por delante un calvario judicial. Se le investiga por por administración fraudulenta relacionada con contratos de seguros del Estado y una denuncia de violencia doméstica por parte de su exesposa, Fabiola Yáñez, que el año pasado presentó pruebas concluyentes de agresiones físicas, amenazas y coacciones. Este caso, respaldado por chats y fotografías, ha generado una gran polémica. Ha dividido también al movimiento feminista y la imagen pública del que fue presidente durante cuatro años está devastada. En respuesta a estos procesos el kirchnerismo ha popularizado el concepto de “lawfare”. Aseguran que la derecha utiliza a la Justicia para perseguirles. Este discurso, importado de casos como los de Lula da Silva en Brasil o Rafael Correa en Ecuador, es central en el relato que Cristina y Alberto han conseguido implantar entre sus seguidores. Aseguran ser víctimas de un sistema judicial manipulado por opositores como Macri y medios como Clarín. Las encuestas muestran una sociedad dividida: la mitad cree en la existencia del “lawfare”, la otra mitad lo considera una excusa para evadir responsabilidades. El contexto histórico refuerza esta percepción. Desde la recuperación de la democracia en 1983, Argentina ha enfrentado escándalos de corrupción en todos sus Gobiernos, pero el período kirchnerista destaca por su duración y la magnitud de las acusaciones, alimentadas por el auge económico de la primera década del siglo, que facilitó tramas corruptas con empresarios cercanos al poder. Las condenas y procesos en curso han debilitado al peronismo. La inhabilitación de Cristina para las elecciones de 2025 y el desprestigio de Alberto han fortalecido a nuevas figuras como Máximo Kirchner. Entretanto el movimiento trata de reinventarse. Los casos judiciales, que podrían extenderse hasta 2030, mantienen a ambos en el centro del debate, aunque su futuro político ya es inexistente, el personal depende de los recursos que presenten y de que la edad les impida cumplir su pena en una penitenciaría.
