Además, sostuvo: “Todos los presidentes desde el regreso de la democracia hasta ahora retiraron pliegos”.Mahiques también recordó el caso de su hermano y afirmó: “Mi hermano tenía el acuerdo de la comisión, había estado en la audiencia en el Senado para ser propuesto juez federal de Mercedes. El presidente Alberto Fernández retiró el pliego”. Y agregó: “No hubo ninguna tapa de diarios, ninguna manifestación, ni nada por el estilo”.

Lo que le estoy señalando es cómo se llegó. No se llegó por casualidad, esto es una labor científica”. Además, defendió el trabajo realizado para hallar a la adolescente y afirmó: “Definí esta búsqueda como un clavo en un pajar. Era un clavo en un pajar para todos. Entonces, el esfuerzo y el trabajo yo se lo debo valorar a toda esta gente”.Sobre las circunstancias del caso, sostuvo: “Es hasta inquietante porque evidentemente es una niña que llegó al lugar voluntariamente, digo voluntariamente entre comillas, porque es una niña. Entonces, ¿hasta dónde llegó por persuasión, por engaño o por los motivos que sean? Justamente es lo que la causa va a determinar”.El abuelo de Agostina Vega, Miguel Heredia, aseguró: “Estoy convencido de que hay más gente implicada. El fiscal nos dio indicios también de que hay más gente implicada”. Y agregó: “No voy a parar hasta que este último hijo de puta esté en cana. Quiero que todos estos hijos de puta se pudran en la cárcel”.Miguel y Elizabeth Heredia contaron la situación que atraviesa la madre de la adolescente. “Le dimos la noticia a ella. La tuvieron que sedar porque nos preguntaba cosas que no le podíamos decir”, explicó Elizabeth. Por su parte, Miguel señaló: “Ella quiere saber más información y no se la queremos dar por una cuestión de que estaba el equipo médico de psiquiatras con nosotros”.Carlos Nayi, abogado de la madre de Agostina, explicó que la mujer “está en terapia intensiva, con un cuadro de deshidratación severo, hipertensión y algunas complicaciones orgánicas”. Además, reveló que “todavía la noticia oficial no la conoce”.Nayi también contó que durante la investigación “había un cauto optimismo”, aunque “ese cauto optimismo se fue desvaneciendo a medida que se conocieron algunos detalles y a medida que el imputado cabalgaba sobre la mentira”.Silvia Lospennato, legisladora porteña del PRO, sostuvo que Mauricio Macri “está recorriendo todo el país” y remarcó: “Macri entiende que el PRO no tiene que hacer silencio, que cuando el PRO siente que tiene que hablar y expresarse, no lo va a hacer nunca tratando de hacerle daño al Gobierno, porque muy por el contrario, siempre hemos ayudado al Gobierno a llevar adelante su agenda”.Mario Rivarola, intendente de Embalse, no pudo contener las lágrimas al describir la situación financiera de su municipio: “Estoy muy triste porque no me da el cuerpo, chicos, no sé qué hacer. Te juro que no duermo, no como. Estoy internado hace dos días porque ya no sé qué hacer”. Y explicó: “Tengo trescientos treinta millones de pesos por mes en sueldo. Tengo que sacar todos los meses crédito al Banco de Córdoba para poder pagar los sueldos de los chicos que ganan miseria también”.

Vamos a seguir manteniendo esta política monetaria dura, con lo cual va a caer la inflación, es decir, la tasa de interés va a caer”. Luis Caputo  afirmó: “Tenés que recaudar más, porque seguir generando superávit vía ajuste ya es muy difícil, porque piensen que nosotros ya estamos en un nivel de gasto a nivel de Tesoro de quince puntos del PBI”. Además, comparó: “Quince puntos de PBI, para dar una idea, es el nivel de gasto que había en los 90”.Victoria Villarruel habló con la prensa y se refirió a Adorni: “Yo me mantengo siempre con mucho respeto hacia la sociedad y hacia todos los sectores. Eh, por supuesto, si a mí me lo llegaran a faltar, igualmente no voy a responder con faltas de respeto”. In 2017, Argentina had the highest corporate income tax rate in Latin America. Reducing it was politically popular and economically desirable. Getting it through a Congress where the governing coalition held just 19% of Senate seats, while the fiscal deficit ran at close to 8% of GDP, was a harder problem. A package of reforms was planned, revenue-neutral and phased over five years: corporate tax on reinvested profits would fall from 35% to 25%; a minimum-wage deduction would reduce the payroll tax burden on firms employing informal workers; energy, alcohol, and sugar taxes would be reorganised on rational, emissions-based principles; and provincial governments would agree to phase out the cascading "ingresos brutos" sales tax in exchange for limits on public spending. In this week's VoxDev Talk, Sebastian Galiani, who served as Deputy Minister of Economy in Argentina and led the design of the reform, tells Tim Phillips how the Macri government attempted to reform its tax structure, and what it teaches us about policy.
