Episode 4 was all about sounding the alarm on some toxic relationship traits. Some people have subconsciously idolised the idea of being coupled up, so much that they would rather be in a sub-standard relationship than be alone. However, there are some people who have unfortunately found themselves entangled in a toxic relationship and are fighting to get out. I hope that if you're in either of these situations, you find courage and support to step away.If you liked this clip, listen to the full episode: Toxic relationships; run for your life!Stay connected via the links below:YouTube: Growing and Becoming PodcastIf you have any experiences of being in a toxic relationship, do share your sticky situations here: thegbpod@gmail.com or anonymously here: NGLGB Pod on Instagram: @gb__podcast Hosted on Acast. The friends you have may not always transition with you into adulthood and THAT'S NORMAL. Although not every friendship will last forever, it's important to understand what warrants a friendship ending and how best to handle such. You must learn to be sensitive to know when a friendship has come to its natural end, but don't be quick to cut people off over the slightest inconvenience or offence. Mourn the end of a friendship if you must, but don't get beat down by the heartbreak. You will meet more people so get back up and open yourself to love (& be loved) wholly and truly.
