    Ivy Insights

The Happy as a Mother podcast has been a life-changing discovery for me. From the very first episode I listened to, I knew that this podcast was going to make a significant impact on my life as a mother. In just two short months of listening, I have grown and learned so much. The host, Erica, along with her amazing guests, provides open and honest discussions about motherhood that are both relatable and insightful.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wide range of topics covered. Erica addresses everything from postpartum mental health to the challenges of adjusting to motherhood. Each episode is filled with valuable information and advice that is applicable to mothers at any stage in their journey. The guests on the show are incredibly knowledgeable and provide a balanced perspective on various topics related to motherhood.

Another great aspect of this podcast is Erica's warm and inviting hosting style. She creates a safe space for moms to feel seen, understood, and supported. Her interviews are thought-provoking and she asks thoughtful questions that delve deep into important issues surrounding motherhood. Listening to her soothing voice during my car rides or while doing household chores has become a source of comfort and relaxation for me.

However, there are no real downsides to this podcast that I can think of. The only thing I could mention is that sometimes episodes can feel overwhelming due to the deep emotional topics covered. However, this is not really a negative aspect as it shows the podcast's commitment to addressing important issues that many mothers face.

In conclusion, The Happy as a Mother podcast is an incredible resource for any mother seeking open discussions about motherhood. It has provided me with support, guidance, and reassurance during challenging times. Erica's dedication to providing valuable content shines through in every episode, making it an absolute must-listen for all moms out there.

There was a time when moms weren't supported on their breastfeeding journey. Now, things have changed a lot—but in some ways, the pendulum has swung too far. Not only are moms shamed for using formula—but the pressure to exclusively breastfeed can also lead them to miss important signs that they need to supplement. The Fed is Best foundation wants to change that and empower moms with knowledge and autonomy.  This week on The Momwell Podcast, I'm joined by emergency physician Dr. Christie del Castillo-Hegyi, co-founder of Fed is Best and expert on insufficient infant nutrition. We discuss the goals of the “fed is best” campaign, why rigid guidelines on breastfeeding are leaving moms and babies at risk, and how moms can spot signs that their infants are being underfed.  Show Notes: https://bit.ly/3Zm5c69 Book a free 15 minute consultation: momwell.com/booking Follow Momwell on Instagram: instagram.com/momwell  Sign up for our weekly VIP Newsletter: momwell.com/newsletter  Browse our popular guides and courses: momwell.com/shop  Learn more about your ad choices.
