Operation Growth is now Project Growth! I started podcasting back in college. I was 20 years old and didn't really know what I was doing or why I was doing it. All I know is, I wanted to start a podcast. I'm the type of person who likes to start things and figure them out as I go, and with doing that, you can expect a lot of changes. The goal of Project Growth to appeal to anybody looking to grow. I want to encourage personal growth for young people like myself. Whether you're looking to grow your business savviness, personal finance, relationships, physical or mental health, my goal is to encourage growth to live the better life we all deserve. I don't have the answers to these questions, so I have guests who excel in these particular areas of their lives and let them share their stories for us all to learn.
