The Peace, Love, and Meat podcast is a truly captivating and insightful show that never fails to deliver. With engaging guests and thought-provoking discussions, it covers a wide range of topics from training and self-defense to self-discipline and food, appealing to a diverse audience. Each episode challenges listeners to think deeply about the subjects being discussed, encouraging personal growth both mentally and physically. It's truly worth the time for anyone looking to explore themselves on a deeper level.
What sets this podcast apart is the authenticity it brings to the table. The hosts, Brandon and Greg, have an undeniable chemistry that shines through in their conversations. Having followed Brandon on his channels for quite some time now, I've found inspiration in his style and character which is fully reflected in this podcast. The stellar work they put into every episode is evident as they strive to provide valuable insights and positive messages for those working on self-improvement.
One slight downside is that there aren't more episodes available. Given the quality of content this podcast consistently delivers, it would be great to have a larger library of episodes to delve into. However, this minor gripe does not detract from the overall value of the show.
In conclusion, The Peace, Love, and Meat podcast captures the essence of personal growth and self-improvement journey. Through their own experiences and conversations with guests, Brandon and Greg demonstrate humility while taking ownership of their actions and failures. They tackle various aspects of life with nuance, always striving to be better fathers, husbands, entrepreneurs, and ultimately better men. This podcast provides an honest and open platform where listeners can learn from each other's experiences while receiving uplifting support along the way. If you're looking for a unique podcast that combines personal growth with genuine camaraderie between hosts, then look no further than Peace, Love, and Meat!

In this episode Greg, and I discuss Sorinex Summerstrong, Wolf Brigade Convergence, and how Gregs coaching has improved my physique, but also my grappling. I have such a deep appreciation for Greg, his people, and his way of thinking in regards to training, I never want a casual listener to mistake the intent of our talks. While highlighting aspects of Gregs coaching, it also furthers me as an athlete, in understanding and gathering more insights. We also touched on UFC 264 (Pre Fight) and a few other talking points. Thank you for listening, as alwyas.
I've known of Chris going back a decade, or more. The tie that binds is powerlifting, and more so now, coaching and trying to live life to the fullest. Chris and I had intense misunderstandings about who the other was, until we hung out at a Mens Event host by Jay Ferruggia, and Mike DeSanti. We discovered, that our lives were more similar than not, and that built a friendship that stands today. Hes doing awesome work with youth, and I think this episode is a good look at where youth sports has gained some ground, and lost some as well. Hope you enjoy, and Please Share. Rate 5 Stars, and email me at brandonlilly3@yahoo.com if you can't honestly do that, I would love to hear from you on how to improve. +1 Have an awesome day!
Had a great convo with my friend, fellow coach, leader of men, and all around great guy; Ross Hillier.
