Todays Tasty Dangerous podcast is not for everyone. It's a reading of a free writing exercise I did recently. It contains profanity, violent imagery and disturbing themes. Maybe I was venting or maybe I was just enjoying the notion of writing untethered and freely. As much as I like the idea of maintaining a positive mindset I'm acutely aware that maintaining a supremely positive mindset isn't always easy. This was me letting my mind wander and exploring the darker sides of things. I enjoy this realm for whatever reason and am anticipating creating more content along these lines in the future. Later this year I have my first short film being published and it's in line with this type of brutality. A demon grows inside, an angel fights for life. Choose wisely.
What's up y'all, this episode of the Tasty Dangerous is a bit different than all the others I've uploaded so far. I did away with a script and instead I'm just shooting from the hip. I have some plans for guests on the show, but that's still a little ways out. Hope you enjoy this episode and got something out of it. Until next time, keep living that Tasty Dangerous lifestyle.

Hope you enjoy the episode and get something out of it. Until next time keep living that Tasty Dangerous lifestyle.
In todays Tasty Dangerous podcast I discuss the notion of past, present and future. Mindfulness or self awareness is something that you may hear of often, but what does it really mean? I also have some suggestions on why it's important. Honestly this is a difficult concept to manage, but is achievable with the right mindset.
