Prior to recording any of our podcasts, we start by having our own conversation, so we see where things go and then plan what points we'll make in the recording. Sometimes, we include bits of those within our edited and released versions. (Sometimes we forget to hit record and wish we could include things) Today, you get the whole conversation. If you've been a teacher for many years, you may not do detailed lesson plans, because you have most of it in your head and no one else is going to ask to see it. If you're a new teacher, you may need to submit lesson plans each week to your head of dept or principal. We discuss some of the key things that really do make up a good lesson plan.
