    Ivy Insights

The CW Clinic podcast, hosted by Christopher Warnes, is a highly informative and engaging show that covers a wide range of topics. As a guest on the podcast, I had the opportunity to share my personal journey with Bitcoin and how it allowed me to retire from my corporate job and pursue my passion for educating others. Chris is an exceptional host who asks insightful questions and knows how to get to the heart of the matter quickly.

One of the best aspects of The CW Clinic podcast is Chris's ability to create meaningful and authentic conversations with his guests. He goes beyond simply asking questions and delves into deeper discussions about personal growth, entrepreneurship, and achieving life goals. His use of stories, first-hand experiences, and easy definitions make the content accessible to all listeners. Additionally, Chris's raw energy and evident passion for pushing himself and others towards success are inspiring.

On the downside, some listeners may find Chris's direct and no-nonsense approach off-putting. His tough love style of coaching may not resonate with everyone, particularly those who prefer a more gentle or compassionate approach.

In conclusion, The CW Clinic podcast is a powerful resource for anyone seeking motivation, inspiration, and practical advice for personal growth and entrepreneurship. Chris's authenticity and willingness to ask tough questions create a unique listening experience that can lead to genuine life changes. Despite its straightforward style, this podcast has the potential to be transformative for those willing to embrace it.

Released in 1993, it sparked controversy with its bold design, outrageous size, and groundbreaking materials. At 42mm in diameter and nearly 400g, this "wrist anchor" defied all norms of its time, where men's watches averaged just 36mm! Nicknamed "The Beast," the 25721 was born to rejuvenate the Royal Oak collection and meet the German market's demand for an "Offshore spirit." With only 10,896 pieces made over 20 years, it's a legit piece of Audemars Piguet history! Rare Facts & Fun Details:✨ The first 100 steel models didn't even have the "Offshore" engraving due to trademark precautions.✨ Available in 8 materials—mainly steel (7,000+ pieces), with ultra-rare variants in platinum (10), white gold (21), and blackened steel (just 1!).✨ Outrageous yet iconic, the 25721 paved the way for the legendary Offshore series we know today!

Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com Let's dive into the world of the Rolex Submariner 126610LN, a true icon in the dive watch category and part of the legendary 126 family. Produced since 2020, this Submariner stays true to its roots, maintaining a design lineage that dates back to its inaugural 1950s model. Rolex's philosophy of refining its classics rather than constantly introducing new designs shines through with the Submariner—arguably one of the most iconic timepieces ever made. Fun Facts About the Submariner: 8 Variations in 41mm: Includes references like 124060, 126610LN, 126610LV, 126613LB, and more. Crafted in Oystersteel, Yellow Rolesor, 18k Yellow Gold, and 18k White Gold. Dive Rating: 300 meters (1,000 feet). Movements: 3235 in the Sub Date, offering a 70-hour power reserve. 3230 in the No-Date version—the main difference being the date wheel. Glidelock Clasp: Perfect for wrist swelling, offering comfort and adjustability on the go. Market Overview: The Submariner 126610LN holds strong value. Previously, models like the Hulk climbed to $20k but have cooled off, now priced at $14-15k brand new—close to MSRP + tax. Avoiding long AD waiting lists to have this iconic piece on your wrist within 24-48 hours? Worth considering. Our Take: The Submariner 126610LN scores 8.8/10 for its versatility, durability, and classic aesthetic. Whether you're dressing it up or keeping it casual, this watch delivers. EP 346: Rolex: Bruce Wayne vs Green Arrow Comparison

Play Episode Listen Later Dec 2, 2024 6:41

Want to learn more about watches? email us at support@chriswarnes.com We buy, sell, trade, consign, service, source and repair. Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com Today, let's dive into a comparison and review of two iconic GMTs: GMT Master II 126710 GRNR "Bruce Wayne" GMT Master II 116710LN "Green Arrow" (also known as the OG Bruce Wayne) The Bruce Wayne GMT is one of Rolex's newer releases, making waves in the secondary market with a hefty price tag, selling around $30,000. With an MSRP of $10,999 (depending on the bracelet), the hype has cooled off a bit, and it's now hovering around $20,000—still 2X MSRP, which is pretty wild. On the flip side, the Green Arrow has been discontinued since 2018, but you can still find some examples sold in 2019. These are typically available on the secondary market for less than MSRP, though exceptions exist like New Old Stock that was stashed away back in 2018 and just resurfaced. What do I like about these GMTs? Honestly, a GMT on Jubilee feels better to me than a Submariner or GMT on Oyster. I'm not sure what it is, but the Jubilee bracelet just gives it a more comfortable and refined wear. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I really enjoy the fit. Plus, both these GMTs are available on either Oyster or Jubilee bracelets, which is a nice touch. The Bruce Wayne features a bi-colored bezel with a sleek gray and black design that isn't loud but feels sophisticated on closer inspection. What don't I like? The 2X MSRP on the Bruce Wayne is the only downside for me. I know, as a dealer, I should be all about that hype, but I have to keep it real. The hype-driven, artificially inflated market is a bit played out for me at this point. Notable differences: The Bruce Wayne has an upgraded 3285 movement that provides a slightly larger 70-hour power reserve, compared to the 3186 movement of the Green Arrow. And of course, the bracelet and price differ, as discussed. So, on a scale of 1-10, what would I rate these two GMTs? Bruce Wayne: 9.1/10 Green Arrow: 9/10 I prefer the price point of the Green Arrow, but the look and wear of the Jubilee Bruce Wayne earned it that extra .1 rating. Truth be told, both are fantastic GMTs and make for great daily wearers. Let me know what you think in the comments below—do you agree with the ratings? Want to learn more about watches? email us at support@chriswarnes.com We buy, sell, trade, consign, service, source and repair. Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode, we dive deep into the history, features, and market value of the Rolex Hulk (reference 116610LV), part of the iconic Submariner "116" series, renowned for its robust build and distinct green hue. Produced from 2010-2020, the Hulk has captivated collectors and enthusiasts alike, especially with some later models re-dated to 2021 by ADs—making these editions rare treasures. Origins and Successors: The Hulk's predecessor, the "Kermit" (ref. 16610V), first introduced a green bezel in 2003 for the Submariner's 50th anniversary. The Hulk itself paved the way for the "Starbucks" (ref. 126610LV), launched in 2020, with a new 41mm case and upgraded 3235 movement. Dial Variants (Marks): Collectors often debate the Hulk's subtle dial variations: Mark 1: 2010-2015 Mark 2: 2013-2016 Mark 3: 2016-2020 Mark 4: 2018-2020 (some dispute this, attributing differences to manufacturing variances) Let us know in the comments if you'd like a detailed episode exploring these variations! Key Features: Case Size: 40mm Movement: 3135, with a 42-hour power reserve Glidelock Clasp: Essential for comfort, especially if your wrist swells like mine! Market Value: A few years ago, Hulks fetched prices nearing $30k at peak, 3x over MSRP due to market inflation. Currently, you can find them from $15-25k depending on condition and production year, with pristine models (NOS) reaching higher. Expect to pay around $18k for a well-maintained Hulk. Final Thoughts: The Hulk ranks among my top two Submariners, and I give it a 9.7 out of 10. Will it hit $100k someday? Maybe—if you're lucky enough to own a 2020 or 2021 Hulk and can hold onto it for a few decades, its value may surprise you! Rolex Hype Factors: Supply and Demand – Limited production and availability fuel demand and price. Social Media Influence – Popularized by celebrities and influencers. Cult Following – Legacy models with devoted collector bases. Iconic Designs – 120 years of unmatched style and prestige. Quality Materials – Rolex's renowned craftsmanship. In-House Manufacturing – Watches made entirely by Rolex, though some, like the Zenith Daytonas, are highly valued due to outsourced parts. Least Hype Rolexes: Yachtmaster II – Discontinued but still not a fan favorite. Explorer (36mm and 40mm) – A solid starter Rolex but low in demand. Air-King 126900 – Affordable and simple but low on hype. Milgauss 116400 White Dial – Less popular than blue or black dials, but recently discontinued. Most Hype Rolexes: GMT Models – Batman, Pepsi, and Bumble Bee all hold high resale values. Submariner Hulk 116610LV – Discontinued and highly sought after. Sky-Dweller Mint Green and Blue on Jubilee – Waitlists and high premiums. Daytona Panda 126500LN – 2.5x MSRP, a collector favorite. Rolex's “hype era” has evolved since the COVID price surge, but certain models continue to outperform. Which Rolex hype models will hold their value long-term? Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this video, I'll share my personal picks for the best timepieces available around the $2,000 mark. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just getting started, these watches offer great quality, style, and wrist presence without breaking the bank. Here's the breakdown: 1. Tudor Black Bay M79540 Available in several dials, though the black dial is a standout for me. Slight resemblance to the iconic Submariner, but with its own unique character. At 41mm, it's a great size that's noticeable but not overpowering. Priced right around $2,000 on the secondary market. 2. TAG Heuer Formula 1 Date (WAZ2011) A classic with a deep connection to motorsports history. Bold wrist presence with a 43mm case size, larger than the Tudor. Easily recognizable design and available new for a bit over $2,000; used models can be found for less. 3. Oris Aquis Date (01 733 7789) Featuring a striking green dial and matching rubber strap. At 43.5mm, it's an eye-catching piece; Oris nails this shade of green. An underrated model from a brand that deserves more attention. 4. Breitling Endurance Pro Available in a range of colors and options, with sizes in both 44mm and 38mm (targeted at women). Powered by "Super Quartz," so keep in mind it's not automatic. Lightweight and great for sports or gym wear; priced around $2,000 new on the secondary market, and even lower pre-owned. 5. Omega Seamaster (2850.5) A vintage, mid-80s automatic model with a 50mm case. Omega has a long history of quality with the Seamaster line, making this a solid option if you can find one in good condition. These watches offer style, history, and a solid build at a relatively affordable price for luxury. Let me know in the comments which of these you'd pick or if there are others you'd recommend in this price range! Get your Dominate Your Day Book https://chriswarnes.com/book/

Want to learn more about watches? email us at support@chriswarnes.com We buy, sell, trade, consign, service, source and repair. Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In today's review, I'm diving deep into one of the most iconic and coveted pieces in Rolex's Daytona collection – the Rolex Daytona Platinum Ice Blue 126506. Now, full disclosure: I'm not usually a big Daytona fan and rarely wear them. But this one? It's an exception, and here's why. This watch is substantial—being crafted in platinum, it's much heavier than standard stainless steel sports models like the 116500LN or 126500LN Daytona. In person, it's simply striking, an absolute show-stopper worthy of its six-figure market price. The open case back on the 126506 is a feature that Rolex rarely gifts us, allowing a stunning view of the movement. And let's talk about those sub-dials: there's a subtle difference in the brown color on this model compared to previous versions, giving it a unique, elegant edge. The 116 had options for two dial styles, with or without baguette brown sub-dials. But on the 126506, the dials are consistent, offering either style with or without baguettes. Personally, I have a slight preference for the 116, but this piece has truly grown on me. This Daytona feels stealthy, classy, and elegant with its 40mm size and understated appearance—especially compared to, say, the bolder “John Mayer” Daytona. It doesn't scream six figures, which I appreciate. Rolex's decision to include the glass case back, sacrificing a bit of water resistance, was a bold move. Let's be real: no one's diving in this beauty. So, what do we think of this masterpiece? I'm rating it a 9.3 out of 10—one of the highest scores I've given, even topping the “White Panda” at an 8. Want one? Be prepared to wait; getting one from an AD is no easy feat! Tune in and let me know in the comments: What would you rate the Daytona Platinum Ice Blue 126506? Inspired by the iconic 1995 film GoldenEye, where Bond first sported the Seamaster Diver 300M, this watch is a true masterpiece. We dive into the details, starting with the blue oxalic anodized aluminum dial, featuring laser-engraved waves. The dial's beauty shines in any light, making it a standout feature of this timepiece. With a 42mm steel case, powered by the Omega 8806 Co-Axial movement, it boasts a 55-hour power reserve and water resistance up to 300 meters (1,000 feet). The MSRP on the bracelet is $8,300, and interestingly, it's one of the few Omega models that doesn't drop in price on the secondary market. This watch is versatile enough for both casual and formal occasions—whether you're heading to dinner, attending a wedding, or just wearing it day-to-day. While it may hold its value, it won't appreciate much over time. We give it a solid 8.8/10 for its timeless appeal and practicality. Tune in for the full review! Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode, we take an in-depth look at the highly sought-after Rolex GMT Master II 126710 GRNR, also known as the "Bruce Wayne." We've finally gotten our hands on a few, but they move incredibly fast—sometimes even before they hit the office! This model made waves when it first hit the secondary market, initially selling for nearly $30,000, which is triple its MSRP of $10,999. While the hype has cooled slightly, these watches still fetch around $20,000 today, which is double their original price—a testament to their ongoing demand. In the review, I break down what I love about this watch: the smooth feel of the GMT on a Jubilee bracelet, the refined yet striking grey and black bi-colored bezel, and the functionality of the secondary 24-hour time zone. I also talk about what I'm not so fond of—mainly the inflated resale prices due to market hype. At the end of the day, I give the Rolex GMT Master II Bruce Wayne a solid 9.1/10 for its style, comfort, and enduring popularity. Today, Chris is diving into the 41mm Royal Oak in stainless steel, featuring the timeless black dial with the iconic "Grande Tapisserie" pattern. This piece is not just a watch; it's a statement. He will explore the intricate details, from the white gold applied hour markers to the robust stainless steel bracelet with a folding clasp. Plus, we'll discuss the various color variations, including black, blue, and white, with insights on which color holds the most value in the secondary market. But let's talk numbers—how does the price stack up for this AP Royal Oak? On the secondary market, they're trading around the $40k mark, with some in the high $30k range. Is it a safe investment? I'd say so, especially if you buy smart. This watch isn't just about looks; it carries a "stealth wealth" vibe that's hard to match. We'll also touch on an interesting detail: AP measures their pieces by the bezel, not the case, making this 41mm Royal Oak visually larger compared to a 41mm Rolex. As someone who wears a Royal Oak daily, and often opts for the Royal Oak Offshore, I'm giving this piece a solid 9.1 out of 10. It's a classy and elegant option for those with the budget to invest. Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode, we dive deep into the exquisite craftsmanship of the 44mm Royal Oak Offshore, cased in stunning black and blue ceramics. This piece isn't just a watch; it's a statement. With its smoked blue dial adorned with the iconic "Mega Tapisserie" pattern, rhodium-toned counters, black inner bezel, white gold Arabic numerals, and Royal Oak hands, the attention to detail is unparalleled. We'll explore the various color variations of this piece, including the military-esque green, classic black, elegant grey, and the luxurious two-tone options. Among these, the blue, green, and two-tone models stand out as the most valuable on the secondary market. With an MSRP of $28,600 on the bracelet, it's an excellent option at this price point. After taxes, you're looking at around $30,000 out the door. On the secondary market, these watches are trading at a premium, with prices hovering around $45,000, depending on where you buy. Despite its size, this watch is surprisingly lightweight, and the blue rubber strap adds a laid-back, yet sophisticated vibe. It's also worth noting that AP measures their watches by the bezel, not the case, so this 44mm timepiece visually appears larger than a 44mm Rolex. The vibrant blue color ensures that this watch commands wrist presence and respect. In conclusion, the Royal Oak Offshore is a safe investment if you purchase wisely. As big fans of the Royal Oak, especially the Offshore series, we give this watch a solid 9.6 out of 10. It's a classy and elegant choice in the mid-40k range, perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life. If you're considering adding this to your collection, don't hesitate-this piece is truly something special. Get your Dominate Your Day Book https://chriswarnes.com/book/

On the secondary market, you can find the Datejust 69173 priced between $2,000 and $5,000, depending on its condition. We give it a solid 8.6 out of 10 overall. #WatchEnthusiast #LuxuryTimepieces #WatchCraftsmanship #WatchMarket #WatchValue #WatchMSRP #WatchLovers #WatchCommunity #Datejust #ExclusiveReview #WatchFacelift #WatchExperience #WatchVerdict #WatchAnalysis #WatchFeatures #WatchOfTheDay #WristGame #Timepiece #WatchCollector #OmegaLove #WristShot #WatchLover #WatchesDaily #Horology #WatchPorn #TimeIsMoney #WristCandy #WatchFam #WatchGeek #DailyWatchFix #WatchObsession #WristGameProper #HauteHorlogerie #WatchNerd #WatchGoals #Watchaholic #WristWatchCheck #WatchJunkie #WatchAddict #entrepreneur #business #businessowner #businesscoach #businessgrowth #entrepreneurship #entrepreneurlife #entrepreneurs #businesshelp #lifeadvice #coaching #lifecoach #leadership #businesspriorities #businessadvice #entrepreneurtips #hustle #sidehustle #businesstips #firstyearentrepreneurs #entrepreneurshipjourney #HorologyJourney #firstyearinbusiness #Newentrepreneurs Let's Connect: - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chriswarnes... - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/christopher.warnes - Podcast: - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-warnes-27b07277

Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode, Chris reviews the Rolex Yacht-Master 126621. This watch is available with either a chocolate or black dial, and today we're looking at a black dial example. The Yacht-Master is a solid choice in the $15,000 range on the secondary market, comparable in price to the Two-Tone Blusey 16613LB and the Two-Tone Sub 116613 with a black dial. Its wearability is similar to the Submariners, making it a tough decision for buyers at this price point. However, the Yacht-Master distinguishes itself through its functionality and design purpose. Here's a bit of background and history: First introduced by Rolex in 1992 at 40mm, the Yacht-Master was created as a luxury version of the Submariner. Rolex doesn't frequently introduce new models, with the exception of prototypes from 1967-1969, references 6239/6242. The Yacht-Master, initially nicknamed the "Albino Sub," eventually grew to 42mm but maintained its heritage as a nautical tool and watch, contrasting with the Submariner, which is a diving tool and watch. The Yacht-Master is known to hold its value well, though it isn't expected to increase significantly in value. Chris particularly likes the two-tone version for its versatility and touch of gold, making it a great dressier watch for everyday wear, whether you're going out, having dinner, wearing a jacket or suit, attending formal events, hitting the gym, or even going to the beach. Overall, we rate this watch a solid 8.8 out of 10, compared to the 8 out of 10 for the ice blue dial version. #Rolex #YachtMaster126621 #WatchReview #LuxuryWatches #RolexYachtMaster #TwoToneWatch #WatchCollection #RolexReview #BlackDial #NauticalWatch #EverydayLuxury #WatchRatings #RolexHistory #WatchEnthusiast #LuxuryTimepieces #WatchCraftsmanship #WatchMarket #WatchValue #WatchMSRP #WatchLovers #WatchCommunity #Datejust #ExclusiveReview #WatchFacelift #WatchExperience #WatchVerdict #WatchAnalysis #WatchFeatures #WatchOfTheDay #WristGame #Timepiece #WatchCollector #OmegaLove #WristShot #WatchLover #WatchesDaily #Horology #WatchPorn #TimeIsMoney #WristCandy #WatchFam #WatchGeek #DailyWatchFix #WatchObsession #WristGameProper #HauteHorlogerie #WatchNerd #WatchGoals #Watchaholic #WristWatchCheck #WatchJunkie #WatchAddict #entrepreneur #business #businessowner #businesscoach #businessgrowth #entrepreneurship #entrepreneurlife #entrepreneurs #businesshelp #lifeadvice #coaching #lifecoach #leadership #businesspriorities #businessadvice #entrepreneurtips #hustle #sidehustle #businesstips #firstyearentrepreneurs #entrepreneurshipjourney #HorologyJourney #firstyearinbusiness #Newentrepreneurs Let's Connect: - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chriswarnes... - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/christopher.warnes - Podcast: - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-warnes-27b07277

Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode Chris reviews Tudor Black M7941 Review We recently discussed this watch in our episode titled "5 Affordable Watches That Look Expensive" https://youtu.be/XWqr_rAzGX0 because it's such a cool sub-$5k piece. The red bezel stands out really well on the wrist. For this show, we have a brand new one on an oyster bracelet. For $125 more, you can get the jubilee bracelet, which is our favorite variation. Technical Data: - Case: 41mm steel case, 13.6mm thickness, with 21mm lugs - Bezel: 60-minute unidirectional in stainless steel with aluminum insert - Water Resistance: 200m (660 ft) - Power Reserve: 70 hours - Movement: MT 5602-U with a bi-directional rotor - MSRP: $4,425 - Our Price: $3,800 (brand new) If you're interested, in a Tudor just comment below! Conclusion: This is a great watch for under $4k that can do it all. It's a nice dressier watch, great for everyday wear, going out, dinner, wearing with a jacket, suit, and formal events. All in all, a great everyday wear that won't break the bank and commands good wrist presence. We'd give this a solid 8.4/10 overall (the ice blue dial got an 8/10). #TudorBlackM7941 #TudorWatchReview #AffordableLuxuryWatches #RedBezelTudor #TudorOysterBracelet #JubileeBracelet #MT5602UMovement #WatchReview #WatchCollecting #LuxuryWatches #EverydayLuxuryWatch #WatchInvestment #WristPresence #WatchEnthusiast #ChrisWarnes #TudorReview #TudorWatches #Sub5kWatches #Timepiece #WatchCollector #WatchCraftsmanship #WatchMarket #WatchValue #WatchMSRP #WatchLovers #WatchCommunity #ExclusiveReview #WatchFacelift #WatchExperience #WatchVerdict #WatchAnalysis #WatchFeatures #WatchOfTheDay #WristGame #WristShot #WatchLover #WatchesDaily #Horology #WatchPorn #TimeIsMoney #WristCandy #WatchFam #WatchGeek #DailyWatchFix #WatchObsession #WristGameProper #HauteHorlogerie #WatchNerd #WatchGoals #Watchaholic #WristWatchCheck #WatchJunkie #WatchAddict #Entrepreneur #Business #BusinessOwner #BusinessCoach #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #EntrepreneurLife #Entrepreneurs #BusinessHelp #LifeAdvice #Coaching #LifeCoach #Leadership #BusinessPriorities #BusinessAdvice #EntrepreneurTips #Hustle #SideHustle #BusinessAdvice #BusinessTips #FirstYearEntrepreneurs #EntrepreneurshipJourney #Breitling #WatchCollection #HorologyJourney #FirstYearInBusiness #NewEntrepreneurs Let's Connect: - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chriswarnes... - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/christopher.warnes - Podcast: - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-warnes-27b07277

Want to learn more about watches? email us at support@chriswarnes.com We buy, sell, trade, consign, service, source and repair. Do you want to work with us on a timepiece? email us support@chriswarnes.com In this episode, Chris explores the Breitling Navitimer GMT A32310 with a Black Dial. Here's what you need to know: Movement: Unlike the in-house B01 movement, Breitling uses the outsourced ETA 2893-2 movement for this model. It's not a major issue, but it's good information to know. Design: The chronograph is omitted, yet the balanced dial is preserved. The centralized 24-hour scale on the GMT keeps a streamlined look. Breitling claims the Navitimer is the most recognizable watch since 1952, though some might argue Rolex's Submariner holds that title. These watches do wear big, and I've had my fair share of bumps and knocks wearing a 46mm model. Technical Data: - Unisex pilot's watch, 41mm (available in 32-48mm) - MSRP: $5,850 + tax (~$6.3k total) - Our price: $4.9k, saving $1,400 (25% off) - Features: 41mm stainless-steel case, black alligator leather strap, screw-down caseback, 30m water resistance, blue dial with date, and luminous hands and markers - Movement: ETA 2893 with a 42-hour power reserve - Lug width: 22mm, buckle size: 18mm Usage Tips: Not recommended for swimming or diving due to potential water damage. In conclusion, this is a great watch for everyday wear and formal events. It holds its value well, especially if bought on the secondary market, though it likely won't increase in value. It's a stylish and versatile choice for various occasions. Overall, we give this watch a solid 7.5/10 (8/10 for the ice blue dial). #AffordableLuxury #WatchCollection #TudorBlackBay #OmegaSeamaster #BreitlingChronomat #RolexDatejust #RolexSubmariner #LuxuryWatches #AffordableWatches #WatchReview #TimepieceTuesday #WatchLovers #WatchCommunity #WatchCollector #EntryLevelWatches #WristWatchCheck #Horology #WatchAddict #LuxuryOnABudget #ExpensiveLook #watchfam #SkyDweller #Timepiece #GMTFunction #WatchEnthusiast #Calibre9002 #WatchCraftsmanship #WatchMarket #WatchValue #WatchMSRP #Datejust #ExclusiveReview #WatchFacelift #WatchExperience #WatchVerdict #WatchAnalysis #WatchFeatures #WatchOfTheDay #WristGame #OmegaLove #WristShot #WatchesDaily #WatchPorn #TimeIsMoney #WristCandy #WatchGeek #DailyWatchFix #WatchObsession #WristGameProper #HauteHorlogerie #WatchNerd #WatchGoals #Watchaholic #entrepreneur #business #businessowner #businesscoach #businessgrowth #entrepreneurship #entrepreneurlife #entrepreneurs #businesshelp #lifeadvice #coaching #lifecoach #leadership #businesspriorities #businessadvice #entrepreneurtips #hustle #sidehustle #businesstips #firstyearentrepreneurs #entrepreneurshipjourney #Breitling #HorologyJourney #firstyearinbusiness #newentrepreneurs Let's Connect on: •Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chriswarnes... •Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/christopher.warnes •Podcast: •LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-warnes-27b07277

In this episode, Chris reviews the iconic 41mm Royal Oak in stainless steel. This watch features a slate grey opened worked dial, pink gold hour markers, and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating. With an MSRP of $76,400 plus tax, bringing it to about $80k, these pieces trade for around $150k on the secondary market for a fresh example and about $120k for older models. Audemars Piguet measures their pieces by the bezel, making a 41mm AP visually larger than a 41mm Rolex. This Royal Oak is a lightweight and perfectly sized watch. It's a safe buy on the secondary market, with potential value increases if it's discontinued. If you can get it at MSRP, you could double your money, though we recommend keeping it. We are big fans of the Royal Oak, and Chris wears them daily. This piece earns a solid 9.8 out of 10 in our review—the highest score yet. In this episode, Chris dives into the details of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15510ST, a non-50th anniversary model which was exclusively produced in 2022. This 41mm Royal Oak in stainless steel features the iconic Grande Tapisserie black dial. The 15510ST stands out in the Royal Oak lineup, which includes numerous variations. The ST signifies the steel model, while the OR represents the pink gold variant. The collection boasts a spectrum of dial colors, with blue and green being the most coveted, alongside classic options like white, grey, and black. With an MSRP of $28,600 on the bracelet, this watch offers a great value at this price point. After tax, you're looking at approximately $30,000. On the secondary market, these pieces are trading at a slight premium, around $37,000, depending on where you buy. Now, let's talk about the watch itself. The Royal Oak 15510ST is substantial with a noticeable weight. AP measures their watches by the bezel, not the case, so a 41mm AP often appears larger than a 41mm Rolex. This model, made of steel, commands wrist presence and respect. Investing in this piece is a safe bet, especially if purchased correctly. We're big fans of the Royal Oak. Personally, he wears a Royal Oak daily and often sport the Royal Oak Offshores. If you have the budget for this, we rate it a solid 9.5 out of 10. It's a classy and elegant option around the mid-40k mark on strap. Tune in to see why the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15510ST might just be the perfect addition to your collection!
