    Gathering Emotional Closure

    How often does a situation come to an end, but you feel there is still something missing? Many times we try to look outward from ourselves hoping to find what we need to fill a hole. Closure is an action that can be difficult to achieve as it's an act that we must give ourselves. It's interesting to start seeing how many actions are an inside job we must provide to ourselves. You may not be at the point of getting closure, which is ok. Closure is a process that each of us must go through until we are ready to go inward and accept what we need. As Miriam states "give yourself grace" and continue on your journey at your pace.
