It's time to open up and share about letting myself fall in love again, but first let me tell you the things that lead up to and what I worked through before going on our first date! (And the epic story of our iconic first kiss) Lets start with the podcast I listened to and the reflective questions I asked myself in regards to being in my feminine energy in relationships with men in the past. It was from this reflection that I started “dating God” to now being in a relationship with a man that has matched every single one of my desired qualities. I know all of this unfolded the way it did, because the significance of inner work and challenging my old belief systems with hiring my coach and using RRT. The things I talk about do not just apply to romantic partnerships, I want to encourage you to think about any relationship; food, business, friendship, money, or anything else and apply these questions to bring you intimacy and expansion. Questions to Reflect On: What are your belief systems about this relationship? Why do you want them to be true? What is this relationship capable? What is the highest standard? What's possible? Prayer can seem so ordinary and so routine if you are a person of faith who shares a relationship with God. It is natural to utilize prayer to petition or bless Him for various situations in this life. But sometimes there can be a limit to how honest we're willing to get with Him in our prayer life, almost like we've placed a holy limit on how raw and real it's okay to get with God about ourselves and circumstances. This episode explores our need for unedited prayers and why practicing candidness is not only alright but invited by Him. Come, let's spend a few minutes together and perhaps discover a deeper honesty in our conversations with the Divine. Hey girl hey! Popping in your inbox today to send you a bit of motivational love. As I was prepping for a new podcast topic I sat in silence, thinking & praying on how I could show up & deliver EXACTLY what you needed to hear today. & standing in my truth, I feel Episode 133 of the show does just that & some! Talking recently with a client, I noticed she was so focused on the past & the future, she couldn't embrace the "now". When I asked her what she needed right now to do the next right thing, she hesitated & with her head down said, "I have absolutely no idea". Does this sound familiar? If you struggle to know what it is you need right this very moment & you set the bar so very high for your future that it's next to impossible to ever feel like anything other than a total failure, then this episode is for you sis. I discuss the journey of "becoming" & the raw truth behind what it really means to find "freedom". I also talk about your "now" needs, which will help you identify how to actually take ACTION towards your goals, so that you can get the result you truly desire. (insert life FREE from the bondage of those disordered ways!) ~ Sit with this one.... Often what feels like an interruption in your life or a lesson you are learning over & over, year after year, may actually be an invitation for a greater purpose for you. A few months ago I was at breakfast with the great Duey Freeman, chewing on some bacon and talking about the future of the Nation. He asked me a million dollar question: “How do you now define an UNcivilized Man?” I answered, “Well, he's raw…he's real…” And Duey finished my sentence, “And he's relational.” In this short solo episode I breakdown what this means and how you can apply it in your life starting today. Enjoy and please share this with someone in your life. Cheers, Traver If you look at the civilized world and think, "No thank you," then you should subscribe to our podcast, so you don't miss a single episode! Care Tuk has lived through 14 separate bouts with cancer, a near-death car crash, a brain bleed that left her speechless and nearly immobile. Ravaged by the painful side effects of DES (Diethylstilbestrol) - an experimental drug intended to save her life - her body is held together by bolts, screws, titanium plates, and 25-pound mono-filament fishing line. Care's story and this podcast is for anyone facing adversity in life. It's for those who have come to the end of themselves, struggling through circumstances far out of their control. Her message is of strength, hope, and how she overcame the odds to find the meaning in it all. “Everyone has their own mountain to climb. Their own path to walk. The question is, are you willing to be RAW?” - Care Tuk
