I'm just a passionate chick who spent over 20 years learning about, and practicing, many different natural and holistic health modalities. The list is indeed very, very long. I know firsthand that navigating health challenges and figuring out an aging body can sometimes be frustrating or even scary. But I also know that we usually have more control over these things than we realize.
