For so long, I believed life was all about “what's next?”—the next goal, the next lesson, the next career move. But what happens when we pause and put our soul's needs first? Also find the difference between our wants, soul needs and nurturing our soul.
Just like nature, our emotions, growth, and healing go through cycles—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—each with its unique lessons and challenges. We'll explore how to recognize the season you're currently in, how to navigate feelings of loss, uncertainty, or transformation, and what each season symbolizes in our personal journeys.
Maintaining healthy relationships with different kinds of people can be challenging, but it's definitely not impossible. It's also important to recognize that we won't always have perfect relationships with everyone all the time. There will be rocky phases in relationships throughout life, and while those rough patches may just be temporary, it's essential to understand how to find balance even when things don't meet our expectations.
Though the episode is kinda spiritual, this is what is helping me to regenerate the way I should live a life based on love and the highest possible way to feel all the emotions that we came here for, instead of living every day based on conditional fears.
In this episode, we delve into the concept of rest and challenge the common notion that rest is simply a break from productivity. We explore how our understanding of rest evolves as we grow and how the pressures of productivity culture can prevent us from truly relaxing. I share my personal journey of redefining rest, discovering what my body and soul genuinely need, and the surprising ways I've found to nourish my mental and physical well-being. Join me as we discuss how to listen to our bodies, embrace true rest, and break free from the guilt associated with taking time off. If you've ever felt like you're not resting right, this episode is for you.
It was such a long-due episode, Hope you enjoy it!
We all think and want to be motivated all the time, which I believe is necessary, but we also need to appreciate that demotivated season. We humans are beings who experience emotions as seasons. So, if you are experiencing demotivation, think on what you actually desire, which will make you feel fulfilled, and that fulfillment will make you feel motivated.
Inner child is a popular topic when it somes to self-work, but the biggest hurdle we face is establishing a connection or, more precisely, awakening the inner child that's been unconscious for so long. This episode explores how to regain our inner child's trust, which will ultimately help us awaken it.
There are many times when we feel like our emotions and gestures aren't reciprocated by the other person. This can cause a lot of disruption in any kind of relationship. However, this episode is here to remind you: if you give so much, it's because you have that much love and support to offer. And if they don't give the same kinda love in return, it also means they don't even give it to themselves. In short, people can only love and support us to the extent that they love and support themselves.
We think we know about our menstrual cycles. But do we really? I used to too, until I read "In the Flo" by Alisa Vitti. This playful and introspective episode explores the power of self-reflection with a friend. We came up with many questions towards each other to think about who we actually were and ground ourselves.
Breakdowns, though painful, can serve as wake-up calls, prompting us to re-evaluate our lives and choose a different direction. •Even in the darkness, remember that a brighter future awaits. Trust your journey and the inherent resilience within you to change your life for the better.
There are internal roadblocks that hold us back from moving forward in life. The 5 important things that stop us are- Unrealistic fears, Fixed mindset, Negative self-talk, Limiting beliefs, and Lack of self-love and confidence.
Confidence stems from both internal validation (your self-perception) and external validation (recognition and praise). But not every time we can rely on any kind of confidence in places that we are not exposed to. • Courage plays a crucial role in nurturing confidence. Taking action despite fear creates "evidence" of your capabilities, boosting your self-belief.
Nonverbal communication plays a major role in conveying emotions, needs, and intentions, often beyond spoken words. Observing body language, facial expressions, and gestures allows us to decipher unspoken messages and respond more effectively.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but a necessary part of navigating life's challenges. Our hyper-individualistic society has lessened the nature of seeking help, but it is a very own human thing, that we can easily connect back to.

Reaching 26 certainly wasn't a smooth ride. While some feel like 26 is an age when you just start living, some might say otherwise. Though I'm unsure which category I fall into, one thing is certain: the past 26 years have been a rich tapestry of lessons learned. Some came easily, while others emerged from difficult experiences. Regardless of the path, these 26 lessons have shaped my life thus far and continue to guide my future. With every positive aspect, there exists a negative counterpart. That's the same with dealing with emotions as well. While we gladly embrace and value the most uplifting emotions such as happiness, joy, and pleasure, it's equally important to acknowledge and accept the inevitable lows. In fact, this balance is a fundamental law of the universe. Without experiencing the lows, we wouldn't fully appreciate the highs. As we navigate the journey of managing these extremes, we strive to achieve that emotional balance. Though it is not essential to always be a saint, we can still strive to express them in a healthy way which will ultimately help us to be emotionally balanced. Our parents have much more to life than being our parents, but did we see it? The hidden layers of their life that shaped them into who they are today, did we know that? As we rebel, grow, and redefine ourselves, we often forget that they too were once on a similar path, but lived a way more restricted life even though they might have had dreams like we did in their childhood, only to be stepped on and thrown away.
