The group splits in two....Grey heads out with Jagger for a recon mission; its Grey's mission to try and become a member of the Helldrivers and learn a bit more about what's going on at the Black Velvet Obelisk Casino. Ilona, the leader of the Helldrivers is a cannibal, who has set up the cage matches as with Tennebris from Adventureland as a punishment for criminals and also to supply Ilona with human flesh...win win? Domald and Michael are sent as a diplomats to try and set up trade negotations with the Helldrivers and hopefully have a close source of rot free water. We also learn some ominous news about Ice's past....are his motivations not quite as pure as Astrina made them out to be? In this episode, after a successful negotiation with the zone ghouls of the Water Purification plant, the group heads back to the ark to discover loads of new problems that need to be addressed. With Maryna's dementia creating significant problems in the ark, there is a shift of power and demand for leadership that the plant powered mutant boss, Tenebris, is more than willing to grab for himself and the Outlaw Rollercoaster Gang. Grey, Trissa, Michael, Salty, and Domald try and follow Maryna's more democratic approach to running the ark and must go head to head with the Tenebris, Jagger, and a pack of rowdy Enforcers. Also, Salty has been informed that several dogs have gone missing from their compound and that the dog handlers suspect that a citizen of Adventureland has developed a taste for dog... Last episode, the dogs admister what the group calls "dog justice" on Jonah, the creepy psychopathic enforcer who has been feeding the arc the corpses of the dogs that have gone missing from the kennel. The starving dogs don't need much coaxing by Salty and the dog handlers to tear apart Jonah. After seeing the group may not be as peaceful as they let on, Tenebris uses Jonah's execution as a way to bring his idea of teaming up with a nomadic motorcycle tribe called the Helldrivers. They propose a more "entertaining" way to deal with major criminals in future, that will benefit the art culturally and financially. As much as the citizens of the ark may not trust Tenebris, they are all but out of water, and the Helldrivers offer all the water the Ark needs if they agree to send their criminals to participate in their cage matches. The group is sent as a delegation to represent the interests of their perspective groups in the ark and to possibly figure out a way to get one up on Tenebris. Also in this episode: a mysterious vibrating wand of "dragon taming" appears, a sword wielding humanoid rabbit named Rootsy, and another dangerous mission out into the zone... In this episode, the water has run dry at the Adventureland Theme Park and the elder of the clan, Marnya, has dementia and is slowly losing her touch with the reality while experimenting with her heirloom vegetables in her lab. Irvine (Michael's brother and fellow Gearhead) and Ice (Grey's Stalker mentor) left a week ago to scout for water and have yet to return. After barely recovering from a zone ghoul attack, the mutants must strike out together into the zone and find a clean water source or else they are all doomed...
