C'est, pour de bon, la fin de la saga de la LEZ, la zone de basses émissions à Bruxelles. En mars dernier, le parlement bruxellois avait adopté une ordonnance qui reportait l'agenda de la LEZ. Les mesures prévues pour janvier 2025 ne devaient entrer en application qu'en 2027. Mais la Cour constitutionnelle, saisie par plusieurs associations, a annulé cette ordonnance. Conséquence, le report est lui aussi annulé et les mesures prévues pour janvier 25 arriveront bien....en janvier 26. On va éclaircir tout ça avec Gil Durand, le chef du pôle planète.
