The Bible tells us to always remember the poor! But what is the proper way to help them? Should we do this by giving them alms or limos? Do you remember an incident when Jesus gave money to the poor? How about his disciples? When someone asked Peter and John for alms, Peter said, “Silver and gold I have not, but what I have I give to you.” Sigurado ako may barya si Peter, pero hindi sya nagbigay ng limos. Instead, pinalakad nya yung tao. Bakit? What is the proper way to help the poor? I found the answer in Deuteronomy 15. In this audio message I wish to explain how God wants us to help the poor. This is a recording of a Bible Study I did with friends in Bukidnon. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/dodongcacanando/message

Have you heard the story of my family's journey from Manila to Bukidnon? Now I can share it with you in more detail because somebody recorded it. When people attend Semilya Sa Kinabuhi's Essentials Of Business Training in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, we host the participants for dinner in our house on a Thursday evening. After dinner, we gather them to share our story. Last November 2019, a friend, David Junsay, came and recorded our testimony. Maybe you have read about our story through my book, Breaking Through, or have heard snippets from my YouTube videos. This audio message explains our journey in a sequential and detailed manner. In the end, I also explain the reason why God brought us to Bukidnon. I hope our story will inspire you and encourage you to walk in faith. Note: A YouTube Version is being processed. We are just working to add subtitles. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/dodongcacanando/message
