The Philadelphia Eagles take on the New England Patriots on Sunday afternoon. Somehow the Eagles got more banged up over their bye week... Alshon Jeffery is ruled out and it looks like Jordan Howard is hurt. They signed Jay Ajayi from free agency since Darren Sproles hit the IR and will most likely his career is over. I am not sure how the Eagles will move the ball. Bill Belichick will take away the Eagle's strongest players in their tight ends and run game. These receivers are awful. I do think the Birds D can hang with the Pats offense though. Tom Brady hasn't been his true self when pressured. The Philadelphia Sixers lose in overtime to the Oklahoma City Thunder. This was not a pretty performance. Brett Brown failed to call a timeout for the Sixers' final possession in regulation which resulted in a Joel Embiid jumper when he had the ability to take Steve Adams to the rack. Ben Simmons in 46 minutes had eight field goal attempts. That is so unacceptable. In overtime, when Tobias Harris fouled out, Brown put in Furkan Korkmaz who got absolutely abused by the Thunder. Tobias Harris bounced back with 21 points and Josh Richardson dropped 28. The Sixers are supposed to be this elite defensive team and the Thunder shot over 53% from the field. Chris Paul scored 27 points and Danilo Gallinari scored 28.

1. Week 4 Takeaways Me: -So much for the regression of the Bears defense. They neutralized Dalvin Cook, easily the NFL’s most dynamic RB through the first three weeks MINUS Akiem Hicks AND Roquan Smith. Moreover, Chuck Pagano helped get career days out of their respective replacements in Nick Williams and Nick Kwiatkowski. -2019 hasn’t been kind to the blue chip prospects of the 2018 NFL Draft. Saquon Barkley (high ankle sprain), Denzel Ward (hamstring issue), Bradley Chubb (torn ACL), Roquan Smith (away from team indefinitely due to mysterious personal reasons), Josh Rosen (set up to fail…again). GAME OF THE WEEK: Packers at Cowboys -With Davante Adams unlikely to play in this game with a toe injury, which Packers pass catcher needs to step up the most? -The Cowboys clearly missed Michael Gallup in Sunday night’s loss in New Orleans. With that stingy Packers secondary coming to town, which of their pass catchers outside of Amari Cooper needs to step up the most? -Game-deciding matchups: Jaire Alexander vs. Amari Cooper.
