This Week: As the coronavirus continues to spread throughout the country the numbers keep on climbing. This includes the number of Americans infected, the number of projected deaths and the number of people filing for unemployment. Jared and FOX’s White House Correspondent Jon Decker discuss the increasing numbers, the new messaging from the White House and how President Trump is working with state governors during the pandemic. Industry after industry have been hit hard because of Covid-19, with much uncertainty about when people can return to work. About 10 million Americans have filed for unemployment, a sharp increase from last week. Jared speaks to FOX Business Correspondent Edward Lawrence about the staggering unemployment numbers and FOX’s Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram discusses Congress negotiating a Phase 4 stimulus package. More than a 100 sailors onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt tested positive for the coronavirus. Following this, came an announcement that the Navy Capt. Brett Crozier was relieved after of his duties after it was alleged he leaked a letter about a growing number of cases on the ship. FOX’s Washington Correspondent Rachel Sutherland and FOX’s Pentagon Correspondent Lucas Tomlinson discuss. The demand for ventilators and personal protective equipment is growing across the country with a limited supply at the federal level. This Week: As most people around the world are practicing social distancing and some experiencing a total lockdown, President Trump announced the FDA is fast-tracking approval of potential therapies for COVID-19 and increasing the number of critical supplies hospitals need to handle a surge in patients. FOX News Radio's White House Correspondent Jon Decker explains the latest action taken by the Trump administration. To meet the medical demand the United States may face during the Coronavrius pandemic, earlier this President Trump order the Navy to deploy the USNS Comfort and Mercy to take in trauma patients from hospitals that are inundated with people suffering the worst of COVID-19. FOX's National Security Correspondent, Jennifer Griffin discusses whether the military has the resources for this enormous undertaking. Another way lawmakers are working to relieve the fears and anxieties of the American people is passing a stimulus package that could help prevent an economic nightmare. FOX's Chief Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram explains why the package could end up costing over one trillion dollar. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 presidential campaign is still moving forward. Former VP Joe Biden is leading in delegates by a large margin over Senator Bernie Sanders, but Sanders does not look like he will be dropping out any time soon.
