Hosted by Jamie Kilstein, this podcast is a perfect blend of humor and vulnerability. Jamie's radical honesty and willingness to share his own struggles with depression and anxiety make the listener feel less alone and more accepting of their own humanness. The episodes are short, daily, and not overwhelming, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is Jamie's ability to address serious topics while still being hilarious. He talks about current events in a way that doesn't make me hate everything and everybody like mainstream news outlets do. His unique perspective provides a refreshing take on our political climate in a light-hearted manner.
