Whether you're tuning into the Holistic Healing Hour podcast or catching the latest videos on my YouTube channel, we're always exploring ways to live healthier and happier.Recently, I've been thinking about some fundamental questions regarding our well-being. On the podcast, we asked: Feeling drained despite getting enough rest? Could unseen energy imbalances be the culprit? (Expand on this, briefly discuss the concept of energy in holistic healing, perhaps mentioning Qi or other relevant concepts without getting too technical. Refer back to the podcast episode if applicable). And over on YouTube, the question we posed was: Is your daily routine truly supporting your long-term well-being, or are there hidden pieces of the puzzle missing? (Discuss the importance of daily habits, perhaps show some examples of simple wellness practices like mindful movement, healthy eating tips, or stress reduction techniques. Refer to relevant YouTube videos). It's so important to look beyond just the obvious aspects of health. Sometimes, the key in the equation for feeling truly vibrant ,lies in understanding the subtle energies within us and making small, consistent adjustments to our daily routines. Whether it's exploring holistic energy practices on the podcast or incorporating simple wellness habits you see on the YouTube channel, remember that every step, no matter how small, contributes to your overall well-being.I encourage you to ponder these questions and explore the resources on both my podcast and YouTube channel. We're halfway through the year - how's your energy? How's your burnout? Whether you're running a company or running after your kids, today's episode is for anyone performing at a high level and trying to hold it all together.   We're talking about what true wellness looks like when your schedule is packed, your sleep is low, and the pressure is high. From micro-movements to balance training, executive burnout to bedtime hacks, we share what actually works for building long-term strength and clarity. Because wellness isn't just a workout - it's how you show up in every moment.   Resources mentioned: LizHilliard.com    Some key takeaways from this episode : Wellness starts at the top. If leaders prioritize their health, their teams will too. Model the behavior. Culture shift begins with boundaries, rest, and movement. You can't pour from an empty tank. Sleep hygiene isn't optional - it's your foundation. We're sharing how we actually wind down (and what gets in the way). Movement doesn't have to be an hour. Walk the stairs. Do 30 squats. Meditate for five minutes. “Snack-sized” wellness moments can still make a big impact.
