He has been serving his prison sentence in Missouri for the past 18 years, with the possibility of serving another 10 years pending the outcome of a court hearing to be held in February 2024. As Frank puts it, "this has been a fiery trial of my faith," and in the beginning, while incarcerated, he attempted to end his life by hanging himself in his cell. However, through it all, he has recognized the many positive changes he has made in himself, and the spiritual growth he has undergone in the past 18 years of being locked up.
