This week, Ken and Grant are joined by Elizabeth Woning. Elizabeth Woning is the founder of CHANGED. Here is a snapshot of her history. I "came out" in my early 20s and attended a Presbyterian Church (USA) seminary openly lesbian after questioning my sexuality for several years. As a student in seminary between 2000 and 2003, I lobbied for marriage and ordination of LGTBQ individuals and ministered among gay youth, espousing a theology that embraced homosexuality. Upon graduating, I served as a youth pastor in a small rural community, where an encounter with Jesus radically shifted my perspective. The love of God drew me into a revelation that led to repentance and healing. I married my husband, Doug, in 2005. I co-founded the CHANGED Movement, a network of men and women who have walked away from LGBTQ identity. In addition to member support, the CHANGED Movement works with legislators and think tanks to protect the First Amendment Rights of all those seeking freedom from LGBTQ culture and its social labels. I hold a Master's in Theology and am completing my Doctor of Ministry degree in New Testament Theology at Houston Theological Seminary at Houston Christian University in Texas. I am a licensed pastor and teach emerging leaders at Bethel Church's School of Ministry in Redding, California. Unfortunately, we live in a society where people equate their role as a daughter of God to their involvement with their local church or ministries. The foundation of being a daughter of God starts with one's relationship with Christ. So many daughters of God have lost their direction and confidence in Christ as the trials of life seem to have taken over. Baptism has profound effects upon the baptized: “purification from sins and new birth in the Holy Spirit.” The Catechism shows us that the graces of Baptism are so deep that—for the newly baptized—“nothing remains that would impede their entry into the Kingdom of God.” Fr. Mike relates to us the hard teaching that we are born mere beloved creatures of God—but through Baptism, we become adopted sons and daughters of God. Today's readings are paragraphs 1262-1266. For the complete reading plan, visit ascensionpress.com/ciy Please note: The Catechism of the Catholic Church contains adult themes that may not be suitable for children - parental discretion is advised. This episode has been found to be in conformity with the Catechism by the Institute on the Catechism, under the Subcommittee on the Catechism, USCCB.
City University of New York lecturer and film historian James Kenney once again joins the Movies In Focus podcast. The last time he was on the show he talked about discovering the original cut of Peter Bogdanovich's Squirrels To The Nuts - and this time round he discusses Gee Malik Linton's surrealist religious drama, Daughter Of God. Starring Keanu Reeves and Ana De Armas, Daughter Of God was recut by producers - who removed almost forty minutes - and released it under the generic title of Exposed. This gutted release, diluted the performances of Reeves and De Armas and turned the film into a plodding and rudderless thriller that came and went with little fanfare. In this episode, James Kenney reveals how he discovered this director's cut of Daughter Of God and how he's attempting to bring this ‘lost' film to audiences.
Do you consider God your father? What does it mean to have a Heavenly Father? In this message, Pastor Jamie Nunnally unpacks the significance of knowing God as your Father. Matthew 6:9-13 “Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread, 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.” Our Father (in heaven)At the time, Father was a shocking way to refer to God. No other religious tradition thinks of God as a Father.Romans 8:15-16 "Abba” and “eema” are the Aramaic equivalent to our English “dad and mom.” Used by Jesus in Mark 14:16 and used by Paul twice in Romans 8:15 and Galatians 4:6. The rest of the prayer is meant to be said as if you're talking to a father! John 16:22-24 We live in a fatherless society: According to fatherhood.org, 25% of children live without a father in the home. 33% live without their biological father in the home.Psalm 68:5 – “Father to the Fatherless”You may not have had a physical father in the home, you can have a heavenly Father in your heart. Fatherlessness leads to an orphan mentality.1. Your Heavenly Father loves unconditionally, but the orphan mentality strives to gain approval.Romans 5:8 1 John 4:9-10 Son and daughters rest in God's approval regardless of their performance. 2. Your Heavenly Father protects and provides, but those with an orphan mentality live in fear.Matt 6:31-33 Provision from God comes from connection with God. When God is your source for life, He will be the source for everything else.Psalm 1:1 “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.”God is “the almighty” to those who make Him the “most high.” Divine protection is a byproduct of divine relationship.3. Your Heavenly Father is approachable, but orphans are quiet. Hebrews 4:16 MSG: So let's walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. John 14:16-18 Religion leaves you with rules to follow, but your Father has given you a person to know. So when you pray for comfort doesn't give you comfort, he gives you the comforter. When you pray for healing, He doesn't give you healing he gives you the Healer. He doesn't give you peace, he gives you the Prince of Peace. He doesn't give you guidance when you pray – he gives you The Guide. If you have financial needs He doesn't give you money, He is Jehovah Jireh your provider. He doesn't just give you a supply, He is the source! When you pray, are you talking to your Father?

Have you ever witnessed the Lord do something incredible in your life? And when you see him at work, what is your response? Do you share it with everyone who will listen, or do you keep it to yourself? So often, we make evangelization too complicated. It's not about knowing just the right thing to say, or having all the answers. The most potent evangelization is the personal testimony of what Jesus has done in our lives. In this episode, I'm sitting down with Allison Gingras, the author of the brand new book Encountering Signs of Faith: My Unexpected Journey with Sacramentals, the Saints, and the Abundant Grace of God. And while this conversation is full of information about the sacramentals we have in our lives as Catholic women, it's also a heart story about motherhood, evangelization, and adoption. I'm so excited to share this conversation with Allison today for so many reasons. First, I've known her for years, and it's so fun to introduce you as the listener to my dear friends. Second, Allison is a woman who has walked and prayed with our family for months. One evening after a conversation with her on her podcast, A Seeking Heart, I asked Allison for prayers. I knew she and her husband adopted their daughter who has special needs from China, and Joseph and I were in the very beginning stages of exploring special needs adoption. That night, Allison encouraged me to pray boldly and specifically for God's will with this adoption. We're about halfway through the home study process and have the specific hope and prayer to adopt a child with Down syndrome, and Allison's prayers and witness to bold faith have played such a part in that discernment. Today, I'm talking with Allison about how the sacramentals helped her and her profoundly deaf daughter connect with God, the spiritual motherhood of Mary, and the beauty and depth of those tangible signs of faith in our lives today. If you're curious about the incredible amount of sacramentals we have as Catholics and what they mean for our daily lives and relationships with others, sister, this letter is for you. Topics we talked about in this episode: The inspiration behind Allison's new book, Encountering Signs of Faith How Allison and her husband brought their daughter, Faith, home through adoption Why each and every one of us is an adopted child of the Father Exactly what a sacramental is and how Allison uses them to teach her daughter who is profoundly deaf the Catholic faith Allison's personal saint posse who accompanied her along the journey of adoption The promises associated with the Miraculous Medal and the spiritual motherhood of Mary How Allison lives out the feminine genius through spiritual sensitivity Resources you should check out after listening to this episode: Pick up a copy of Encountering Signs of Faith at your local Christian bookstore or online Find Allison on her website and social media Read more about Joseph and I's desire to adopt a child with Down syndrome Check out the sponsor for today's episode, The Little Catholic Box

What does it mean to be "In Christ?" How do you know if you are "In Christ?" Pastor Jamie Nunnally answers these questions in this message, which is part 3 of “Identity: Who Do You Think You Are?” Your identity is who you think you are. Identity theft leads to an identity crisis, and the body of Christ is suffering from an identity crisis because we are letting people other than God tell us who we are. Your identity determines your activity, and your activity determines your destiny. During this series, we look at 4 different “fingerprints” that determine our identity:1. I am a child of God.2. I am unconditionally loved.3. I am in Christ.4. I have purpose. Fingerprint #3: You are in Christ.Colossians 3:3-4 “For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.”Christianity is not a self-help program, but a self-death program. We don't add Jesus to our life, we get absorbed into His life. We grow spiritually, not by improving ourselves, but removing ourselves.Galatians 2:20 It is our faith that places us in Christ. When we are hidden in Him, we no longer exist apart from Him. How can I tell if I am in Christ? You know you are in Christ if you're new.2 Corinthians 5:17Galatians 6:15 Three things that happen when you are in Christ:1. You are forgiven in Christ.Ephesians 1:7If you are in Christ, you're forgiven, whether you feel like it or not. Romans 8:1 How often do you think about a bill you've already paid? You don't. That's how often God thinks about your forgiven sin: He doesn't. 2. You are accepted in Christ.Righteousness is the state of being in acceptable condition to God.Three types of righteousness (and only one works):Righteousness of the world – be goodRighteousness of religion – be betterRighteousness of God – be in Christ. Romans 3:22 Philippians 3:6-9 Receiving the acceptance of God doesn't mean we stop trying, it just means that we stop trying out. 3. You are victorious in Christ.1 Corinthians 15:57“But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.”Whatever holds your attention has your affection.Romans 8:37 “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Your victory comes from God's power, not your will-power. Victory is found in surrender, not in striving. 4. You have eternal life in Christ.1 John 5:11-12 “And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God's Son does not have life.”One of the biggest lies that is told is that good people go to Heaven. No, people in Christ go where He is. Are you in Christ?

“The fullness of truth breeds joy, and living out of that and not allowing these lies about our identity to really percolate in our souls is something that then allows us to access that joy so much more easily.” Jill Simons shared some major truth in this episode, discussing how the Lord invited her to trust Him more and stop hurrying and worrying. Have you noticed division and immaturity within the body of Christ? When God's people don't act right, it's because they don't know who they are. In this message, the first of this sermon series, Pastor Jamie Nunnally will help you know your true identity. Your identity is who you think you are. Identity theft leads to an identity crisis. 1. Your identity decides your activity, and your activity decides your destiny.Who you think you are determines what you'll do. 2. How you see yourself determines how you treat yourself. How you treat yourself teaches others how to treat you. During this series, we're going to look at 4 different “fingerprints” that determine our identity: I am a child of GodI am unconditionally lovedI am in ChristI have purpose You are a Child of God1. You have a Heavenly Father.Genesis 1:26 “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness.”Image = resemblance (look like), likeness = nature (act like). You were created to look like God and act like God, but not everyone is God's child.John 1:12-13 Jesus referred to God as His Father. One of the names He called His Father was Abba – Aramaic for “daddy." Romans 8:15-16 God is not only Jesus' Abba, but your Abba. You may not have had a physical father in your home, you can have a heavenly Father in your heart. 2. You have been adopted.Ephesians 1:4-5 “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. 5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.1 Peter 2:9 3. You have an inheritance.Galatians 4:7 “Now you are no longer a slave but God's own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir.”Romans 8:17 If we want the benefits of being God's child, we must also be willing to do the hard work of being inGod's family. “If you want to judge how well a person understands Christianity, find out how much he makes of the thought of being God's child, and having God as his Father. If this is not the thought that prompts and controls his worship and prayers and his whole outlook on life, it means that he does not understand Christianity very well at all.” - J.I. Packer, “Knowing God” Do you believe that you're a child of God?

A homily for Wednesday of the 2nd week in Lent (March 16, 2022)
Pharaoh's daughter has a remarkable place in redemptive history. She rescued Moses – the future redeemer of Israel - from certain death and raised him as "her son" under the nose of the Pharaoh who wanted to have him killed. Her compassion and moral courage compelled her to disobey her father's command in the name of saving a human life. Does God reward her for her courage and actions? Later in the Old Testament, there is an indication that the answer is yes! Created by his hand and in his image, all humanity are God's children. Yet we are put upon this earth to become something more, to become true sons and daughters of chosen obedience. Given life and, in time, independence, our destiny is gained by yielding back that independence into the hand of our Creator, and thus, by that relinquishment, discovering eternal childship. 23 AUG 2021Ep 19 "Ten Lies We Tell Ourselves" (Conclusion)In today’s episode, I confess the biggest lie of them all. This is the lie that has plagued me since my early childhood. It wasn’t until just a few years ago that I finally recognized it for the lie it is. But first, I wanted to address a couple of the lies that have been sent in by listeners. Lie #1 -- My value lies in my productivity. This lie has a close relative--a big brother, so to speak--and that’s the lie that we are saved by our works. These two lies are so closely related! One seeks to question our value as a child of God. The other seeks to question the value of Christ’s Atonement, suggesting that it isn’t enough.Affirmation: “The Lord loves effort. But our VALUE in God’s eyes does not increase or decrease based on how productive we are. Our value lies in the pure and simple truth that we are beloved children of our Heavenly Father and Mother, and their love for us is endless and eternal.”Lie #2: If I was a better mom, my kids wouldn’t have so many problems. This lie is one that the adversary works overtime on, especially for moms with older children. I imagine Eve wondered where she had gone wrong. What could she have done to be a better mom to Cain? And Sariah. I wonder how many nights she spent tormenting herself for not being a better mom to Laman and Lemuel. Our children are going to be tried and tested, not because of the mistakes we make as moms or dads, but because that is the way they will learn and grow. Opposition activates our agency, and because of that, adversity becomes the catalyst for personal growth. Affirmation: Making mistakes is part of being human. But my children are on their own spiritual journey. They will experience hardships and opposition because that is part of the Lord’s plan for sanctifying His children. Adversity has the power to sanctify my children if they will allow it to do so. The best thing I can do for my children is to encourage them to seek guidance from the Lord, and let them know my love for them is never based on their choices. LIE #3, THE GRAND DADDY OF ALL LIES! “I KNOW GOD LOVES ME, BUT I’M NOT THE KIND OF PERSON THAT HE WANTS IN HIS KINGDOM. LOVING ME DOESN’T MEAN KEEPING ME WITH HIM.”This lie led to all other lies I’ve ever told myself or believed. When you peel away all the layers and trace them back to their origins, this lie leads back to the heart of a little girl. A little girl who learned she was given up for adoption by her “real” mom. My parents told me that my birth mom loved me so much that she made the decision to give me up so I could have a family who would love me and care for me. That's when the seed of this lie was planted. Once planted, it grew roots strong and deep. Affirmation: “I am a daughter of God, and I am glorious! He created me to become like Him. God will never abandon or reject me because I am His. His love for me is both infinite and eternal, and intimate and personal.”DO ONE THING Email me, post a comment, or DM me letting me know which of the 12 affirmations resonates with you most. In this episode I picked up where we left off last week. I apologize that the podcast was a little behind resurrection day also it is called passover. But our focus is to let the Spirit of God lead us from Adam to the cross. The first Adam was raised and failed the second Adam was raised and God puts that same Holy Spirit in us to raise us up from death to be his sons and daughters through Jesus Christ. We look at how God works progressively, how God works by timing, we look at all of things in Gods word concerning our subject that we can take life lessons from. God bless you keep you growing, keep you safe, and conform you to the image of his son. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/revkev/message
I titled this podcast raised to be a son of God, but the bible says in Christ there is neither male nor female, so I called it raised to be sons and daughters of God. This past sunday we celebrated passover or resurrection day. So we are tracing the path to the cross and the full significance of the cross, and passover in the land of Egypt. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/revkev/message

In the first ever episode of Daughters, the ladies sit down to discuss the story of the hemorrhaging woman and how it reveals God’s radically personal love for his children. They discuss what it means to be a daughter of God, how their fathers have influenced their understanding of themselves, how it’s possible to be beloved and sinful at the same time, and the challenges of accepting their daughtership. Questions to ponder: • What is preventing you from living out your identity as a daughter? • Take the time to reflect on your relationship with your parents. How has that shaped your relationship with God the Father? • What is the affliction you need your heavenly Father to heal? • Do you believe your faith has saved you? Read the story of the hemorrhaging woman: Mark 5:33-34, Matthew 9:20-22, Luke 8:42-48 Listen to “Rescue” by Lauren Daigle here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYR0xP1j4PY)
The next installment in our Jesus for Everyone seires through the book of Luke. This week we explore Jesus' temptation in the wilderness and how it relates to his identity as the Son of God from Luke 4.

Do you ever just stop and stare at your kid while they are making the hugest mess ever and just wonder “who are you going to be?” It is important on the hard or monotonous days to remember just what exactly we are doing here as parents…we are raising spiritual warriors, future moms and dads and pastors and world leaders and community influencers. In this episode we stop and consider, what promises might we be contending for that our kids, or our kids’ kids will get to see come to fruition?
Our culture is all just go, go, go. Jobs, school schedules, after school activities, even dinner and laundry never end and sneak up like little deadlines. It is so easy now to flick on a light at 6am regardless of what time the sun rises and start plugging away at our day, but are we allowing our bodies to have seasons? This episode is super practical as we take the time to check in with our bodies and ask “what are you needing right now, so that we are as physically and emotionally strong as possible?” Our bodies are like little barometers that send us signals when we are under pressure - are we listening?
Can we goal plan and dream for the new year AND be kind to ourselves? Can we seek to improve ourselves and our habits AND celebrate how far we have come and the good work going on in our hearts? I think so. But it’s a fine line to walk. In this episode we look at some fun ways to include the family in goal planning *while* also guarding our hearts from a potentially negative “coulda, shoulda, woulda” narrative. ALSO, theres a little gift for ya in this one!
I used to dislike the idea of picking a word of the year. Then I would just forget to do it. Finally, this year, the word picked me. In this episode I am excited to share with you how my word of 2019 came to me, the significance it carries for our life right now, and how I plan on using this word to flavor our year and bring intentionality to our days, weeks, months and seasons.
Have you ever just “hung out” with God? Does that feel weird to even say or think? So often we approach god with so much seriousness, as if he just wants us to only be reciting scripture or making prayer request lists all day. We see in the Bible examples of people who were called “friends of God”…but what did that look like? And what can it look like for us now? Get inspired into new levels of good friendship with God, and hear about that one time I took a road trip with him.
We are royal daughters equipped for reigning and battle, and more than conquerors…but what about the days when our biggest battle is laundry? Or getting kids to eat entire meals before wandering off? As moms and wives and awesome women…sometimes our days “just” look like taking care of kids and homes and watching Parks and Rec in the evenings with our husbands. How do we “reign” on these days, when we feel like we aren’t making an impact? And what if these simple at home days are your life and you LOVE it? Do you ever feel disqualified from the warrior momma term because you don’t have big hopes and dreams right now beyond momming the heck out of your home? You are called to reign, momma - not matter where, no matter how your life looks right now.
The Bible says that we are part of a nation of Royal Priests and yet, *most* days we aren’t donning ceremonial robes and throwing ashes against stone altars. So what does this part of our identity mean? And why does it sound a little…weird? In this episode we get theological as I look at the history of our heritage as Priests and dive in to what that means for our lives NOW. What exactly does being a priest - or priestess since we are women - mean when we enter into times of worship or prayer? What’s really going on spiritually there? I want to encourage you to NOT back up the way the Israelites did from the fullness of your destiny and calling as a priestess. The anointing, insight, and authority you carry as part of this holy nation of priests is too awesome to ignore.
It’s great to be queen. But what happens when the queen is having a bad day? What if there is unrest in her queendom? What if she is - may it never be! - outright ignored when she gives a (loving of course) command? in this episode I explore strategies for how to stay grounded in your identity as royalty even on days when you have hit your max, or you feel pushed or cornered. We will discuss what it means and what it looks like to stay laser focused on your identity and mission when your boundaries are crossed - or when you cross them yourself. You aren’t an ice queen - but you aren’t a doormat either. Find your center, and stand there with your head held high.
Does it ever feel like you have lost a bit of yourself as you spend your day running from one thing to the next? Even on the days when I don’t leave the house I could just spend the whole day going from project to project, task to task, and never finish my list. In this episode we dive in and talk about the ways I’ve found to stay grounded in who I am, honoring and nourishing myself, so that I am able to serve those around me - kids, husband, friends, church, community - from a place of established royalty, rather than frazzled yes-woman whose life is made up of tasks for others.
It’s one thing to know in your head that you are a daughter of God - it’s a whole ‘nother thing for life to feel that way! Are you conscious of your identity as God’s daughter when you are in the pick-up line at school? Or when you get home from the grocery store and realize you forgot cilantro? Or when you go to jump in bed and realize that it’s covered in unfolded laundry? In this episode I dig in to what God says about your identity as ROYALTY, what hurdles I had to overcome to be able to step in to this identity, and we look at how a true understanding and grounding in this truth can play out in our day-to-day when we remain mindful of who we are.
Do you ever feel stuck? Defeated? Disqualified? Ashamed of who you are or how much you have managed to “accomplish” so far in your life? Maybe you got dealt a bum deck, or maybe you have suffered more set back than the average so-and-so down the street….or maybe just maybe you have been listening to a relentless narrative of negative self talk for too long. A major tactic of the enemy of our hearts is to remind us of our failings and then train US to remind ourselves of those failings! What a trap! But thats not where you have to stay. I believe that you have NEW life through Jesus - and that means you don’t have stay tethered to that old identity of “broken” and “messed up”. In this Episode I share where the attacking thoughts left me in the past and how I learned to size those thoughts up against TRUTH. We will dive in to what the source of this “brain battle” is, and then I highlight a few of my favorite tactics for you to take and implement so that you can start to take authority over the noise in your head.
What does it mean to Reign Unshaken? In my own life I have seen so much transformation in my heart as I have learned to stand firmly planted on my identity in God, and my purpose here on earth as His royal daughter. In this episode I share my heart for YOU to find solid ground to stand on in the midst of your battles, and I ask the question “what if?” What if you could walk through life conscious of your identity and calling? What would that change in your everyday?
Are you a son or daughter of God? This is a question you can answer with absolute certainty. God shows us in 1 John 3 how we can answer the most important question of your life.

In this episode, Trez tells her story of how, at age 14, she had moved out of home and was living with her boyfriend in an abusive relationship. 14? I am sure there will be many parents listening to this that can’t imagine this for their child. Fortunately for Trez, someone told her how God was real and she now leads a completely different, happy life with God and the love of the fellowship. This episode was recorded at NYC, where our brother Dan Frost ran a workshop for our young people on social media. He asked the question “What Would Jesus Do with Social Media?” which prompts us to consider how we can use it to spread the Good News. HAPPY EASTER FRIENDS! “See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are.” -1John 3:1a Listener: “Hi! I just started listening to your podcast and am so excited to listen thru them all! I was wondering if you could have an episode about what it means to be a “daughter of God” or “child of God” and how you know that and recognize that yourself. This topic of defining myself and my value with just being a “child of God” – not my work, my mothering, but just as a child of God – has come up lately for me and I just really don’t know what that means and how to get started with growing in that. I think this would be an awesome topic for your podcast and would be eager to hear your thoughts and guidance on this. Thanks so much!!!!” Our beautiful guest, Megan Hjelmstad, agrees with us and our listener that this understanding of who we are as children of God can be a tough truth to understand. Knowing that Baptism make us God’s children; receiving an unrevokable adoption; this vital point is the foundation. Once we accept this truth, how do we truly live like a daughter of God? This is not about being a perfect child, but about pursuing and being pursued by the love of the Father. May we all be blessed with a more love filled and secure walk with God the Father so that we might go out and preach the Good News to others. Please consider supporting our Podcast Our Guest: Megan Hjelmstad writes from the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, where she’s a wife and mom 24/7 and an Army Reservist in her “spare” time. Show Notes: Reject the lies and stand on Truth as the Scriptures exhort us in Phillipians 4: 8-9: “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9 What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, do; and the God of peace will be with you.” CCC 270 God is the Father Almighty, whose fatherhood and power shed light on one another: God reveals his fatherly omnipotence by the way he takes care of our needs; by the filial adoption that he gives us (“I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty”):109 finally by his infinite mercy, for he displays his power at its height by freely forgiving sins. 21 Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a clear conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22 who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him.” 1Peter 3:21-22 “Therefore come out from them, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch nothing unclean; then I will welcome you, 18 and I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” -2 Cor 6:17-18 Call to Action – Open yourself to the love of The Father. Ask Him to show you how to know that Truth even more intimately. Read the Scriptures listed and mentioned during the podcast and really meditate upon them daily, asking God to give you the Graces He has in store for you. Accept your inheritance and then share the Good News with others. Scripture – “15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship. When we cry, “Abba! Father!” 16 it is the Spirit himself bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.” – Romans 8:15-16 Saint Quote – “The glory of God is man fully alive”- St. Irenaeus
