Robert Santitoro, professionally known as Robsan is an American artist, producer & engineer. This New Jersey resident started to receive some recognition in early 2021, but he is no stranger to the studio. In his early years of high school, Robsan started recording at a friends house for fun, but it wasn't until years later that he decided to take music seriously. Initially, his main goal was to learn how to produce for other artists, but overtime he decided to start recording on his own beats. This has developed into his organically smooth sounding style over hip hop instrumentals. Don't be mistaken, Robsan's style is versatile, which broadens his audience tremendously. I suggest you get familiar now because the era of Robsan is just getting started!Rob is leveraging TikTok to the fullest in order to spread his music. And although his music is fire, it's his marketing that has gotten him all the followers. I was even lucky enough to meet Rob out in public by chance, where I flipped the script on him and his popular TikTok videos.Follow Rob on TikTok and Instagram: @robsanofficial

Andrew Coley may be the best story teller I have had on the show to date!Couple that with a journey filled with hard lessons, a stint in the army & building and selling the first ever energy leasing company in India and you have the recipe for quite a show. Hear how Andrew went from very humble beginnings to what he does now, which includes venture capital, hard money lending and even crypto investing. His stories are hilarious, but the lessons within his stories are what I cling to.

James Dallin's story has to be one of my favorites!!From thinking he was stupid growing up to becoming hyper successful in real estate James was flying high...until 2008.When the real estate market crashed, so did James' businesses & mental health. So he did what most of us would do and he went searching for relief. Unfortunately that relief came in the form of a bottle and eventually crystal meth. However, James has been in recovery for years now (2.19.18) and is doing powerful things within the schools that he speaks at.
Dean Risko reached out with this spoken word: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CMaDwukBMlb/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_linkWhen I heard it I knew I had to have @deanrisko on the show! Dean is an intellectual who aligns perfectly with what AE Podcast is all about. As an immigrant to the USA at 10 years old his story is a fascinating one, and one I think many of listeners will identify with. Feed the Good Wolf!!!
Chris Boutee was the lead Alumni Coordinator at the treatment center I went to in Las Vegas. He was one of the few who stuck out in my mind and who's words continue to ring in my ear today. Hakeem Davis is a college football teammate of mine who had a tragic ending to his career @ Western Washington University from my point of view. In this episode Hakeem opens up about his life long struggle with Bi-Polar Disorder which includes the tragic ending I'm referring too above as well as his struggle with drugs and alcohol. I have such fond memories with Hakeem at WWU, but I always wondered what happened to him after his psychotic break towards the end of my football career. I feel blessed to get the story straight from his mouth, but to also learn so much more about Hakeem that I never knew. His story is sure to hit home with those who struggle with Bi-Polar Disorder and/or those who know someone with the disease. But his story also includes an entrepreneurial journey that made him a millionaire & a sobriety journey in which he has just begun. What a powerful conversation!!!

In JP's second interview on the Alcoholic Entrepreneur Podcast we got to explore more of the challenges for him growing up and as an entrepreneur. Witness a real time conversation with a friend and fellow real estate investor who is literally questioning a better way as we record the episode! He sees the writing on the wall...and there is enough of a track record to see a pattern, but what does it really look like to quit alcohol? Why is it so hard, and why can't we accept the help even when it is freely given as just a supportive voice in their life? This episode will resinate with any listener who has tried to quit any addiction. Many of us have come to the exact point where JP is at the time of this recording ,and had to make a crucial decision....continue drinking and hope you don't fuck your life up too bad OR stop drinking & accept full responsibility of every part of your life.

"I think the most significant thing I've done is coach and teach during the heart of the opioid crisis. I've dealt with it as a parent, teacher & coach and still continue to do so. " ~ Brent BarnesCoach Brent Barnes has been a parent/teacher/coach for 36 years, and was hugely influential in my development as a young man. Him and his staff introduced me to the sport of wrestling, and with it I began to learn just how shallow my mental toughness was. Luckily for me Coach Barnes continually instilled in me the idea of mindset and mental toughness which I am using today more than ever!Coach Barnes is highly recognized in the sport of wrestling: - NFHS National Coach of the Year- Washington State Coach of the Year- 6x USA Wrestling World Team Coach- Coached 12 State Championship Teams (I was on 3)- Coached multiple individual National ChampionsBut what I recognized him for is far greater than any of the previously aforementioned acknowledgements. Hear all that Coach Brent Barnes did for me as a young man w/o many male role models growing up, and how his message is STILL influencing me today, almost 20 years later.
Rocky Singh Kandola is a WWASP survivor....twice. If you don't know anything about the World Wide Association of Specialty Programs (WWASP), it was a horrendous way to try and modify behavior of young adolescent boys and girls. Torture and emotional/physical/sexual abuse were endured day after day usually for months at a time. Children were abruptly removed from their beds in the middle of the night, as if it were a kid napping, and taken far away from their home to one of the WWASP camps. If enduring two tours of WWASP wasn't bad enough for this young man, he also had a destructive past with drug and alcohol.Rocky graciously takes us into his past experiences before discussing his amazing career as an entrepreneur and owning his own hair extension business called Hair Maiden India.
Executive Chef Christopher Arellanes has spent most of his life cooking for a variety of audiences. From his grandmother’s kitchen to some of the top restaurants in the world which include: Thomas Keller’s, Per Se; Daniel Humm’s, Eleven Madison Park; The Nomad as well as Michelin starred vegetarian restaurant, NIX. Chef Chris has spent his career moving up in the ranks and working in many different areas of the hospitality industry. However, he also spent his career moving up the drinking ranks. Hear a little bit about his incredibly unique journey in this wonderful episode.
With about 10 years of a continuous boozeless life, Derek Resch is another fantastic example of rising from the hell that we found ourselves in thanks to our unhealthy relationship with alcohol. Derek and I discuss our experiences both before and after alcohol, but what I specifically love about this episode is that we give our listeners, hopefully, a small glimpse into the scary world of 12-step recovery programs ie. AA. Sure it's scary and intimidating at first, but in all reality these rooms save the lives of those willing to walk through the doors. If you are questioning a better way to live...then I highly encourage you to hear Derek's message AND find the next local meeting, have a seat & listen.
Matt Rasku grew up with an alcoholic parent...something many of my listeners can understand and relate to. Hear about Matt's journey as a young man navigating life with an alcoholic mother and the decisions he had to make as a young man. Matt also invites us into his life as an actor in Hollywood, which is a world completely foreign to me. Understanding his entrepreneurial journey through acting has really opened my eyes to yet another entrepreneurial industry.
Lake of the Ozarks, the place not the Netflix show, is where Ariane O'Day decided to quit living a destructive life, and take control back of what really matters to her. Even amidst a party environment, where she bartended on the lake during the spring and summer, Ariane was able to give up the drink. Not only did she save about $10,000 in her first year of sobriety, but she has found support online through fitness instructing, and now starting sober or sober curious online communities where people do not have to feel the obligation to drink. Ariane is truly living her best life now.
Max Keller is a wonderful human being, who's unassuming and humble nature may mislead some, but make no mistake...this guy is a shark! Max's entrepreneurial journey is an excellent example of someone taking action and responsibility over his life. He was happy with his life. He was joyfully teaching math, receiving awards & feeling like he was truly making a difference in young kids lives, which he was. BUT...Max knew there was more, and in his mid-30's Max was able to turn the pretty good life he was living, into a life he never knew he could dream of.
B-RAiN's journey is yet another example of a young boy just trying to figure out who he was in an environment filled with drugs, alcohol & violence. Where else are young boys supposed to turn if no one in their life seems to care, but to the streets to find comfort in other unhealthy and damaging ways. I can identify with so much of B-RAiN's story as a young boy, and I see recurring themes as male guests continue to tell their stories. Now I may not have formal training on what young boys need in their early years of adolescence, but I think creating intentional safe space where boys are encouraged to discuss how they feel at home is a good place to start.B-RAiN gives us his perceptions on his life growing up in Baltimore, MD, and how he makes music today in order to show love and encourage a better way of life by living in the solution.
John Paul, or JP as I fondly know him as, has an inspirational story. A young boy who saw himself as the "Dennis the Menace" or "Problem Child", who was told he would never amount to anything, who had a troubled past...defies all odds as an enlisted in the Coast Guard and becomes a Drill Instructor. BUT, that is just the beginning of his incredible story. Hear how JP created a successful real estate company while being employed full time by the Coast Guard, and then ran it remotely when his military orders came in and it was time to ship out.
This is such a special episode for me because I got to sit down with a family member of mine who I never knew growing up. Her name is Rachel Dolma Balunsat, and I feel so blessed that the Alcoholic Entrepreneur Podcast has brought this conversation into the light. I've said it before and I'll say it again...we live many lives within our one life. Rachel's story is an example of gracefully navigating through each season of her life up to this point, and it starts as a child growing up in the rooms of AA.
This is a deep conversation that leans heavily on recovery. It's a conversation that more boys and men need to be having with each other and with their loved ones. Thank you Adam for helping light the way for other males to come forward and discuss their past sexual assaults. There is a stigma surrounding men when it pertains to sexual abuse of men. Why have we made it so difficult for the victims in our society to be vulnerable and discuss their abuse? If you are a man in recovery, or have survived sexual abuse and/or assault, this episode is for you. Men & boys are also sexually abused. It was not your fault and you are not alone.

Jesse Mogle shares his life experiences that led him to becoming a severe drug addict and alcoholic.
