    Most of us who go through different weight-loss fads, lose a few pounds at first but it never seems to stick. We may have high demands professionally and personally causing stress, sleep disturbances and often leads to inevitable weight gain. Rhonda Kerlew is a Sum Sanos client from Canada, a health professional and an amazing advocate. She talked about her weight loss journey in this podcast. Telling a similar story about most people who struggle with their weight as well, especially with many outside factors playing a part in our effort to maintain a healthy weight. As a lifelong lover of learning, Rhonda searched (even obsessed) for many ways to help her achieve her weight goals. She read many books, studied for years but nothing ever clicked, until she came to find Sum Sanos. As a health professional, she gave much importance to the fact that Sum Sanos is scientifically based.
