Ben and I sit talk about Tattoos and their evolution of the past 20 years. Ben has been a professional artist for 20 plus years and is also very active in his community, and has been in the forefront of tattoo safety and awareness here in New Mexico.

First interview since having my baby, I talk with a fellow IRAQ Marine father to be Johnny Grulet. He and I share personal experiences we witnessed in the very beginning of the IRAQ war. How our lives have evolved, our  outlooks, and the peace we fine in the chaos that is Grappling.

Hey guys so here I am giving my thoughts on the entire season and finale of Game of Thrones. I knocked out about all but two episodes of the entire Series in about 2 weeks. 

We love Chris (DGS 006); he puts words together nice. So we had him back on the the show to go deep into the influences and philosophies of George R. R. Martin, creator of epic fantasy A Song of Ice and Fire.
