I had the pleasure of meeting Linda last year on the first ever Dundee Property Network Event with Scottish Property Podcast, where Linda was the main guest speaker, sharing knowledge on all thing's property. In the latest edition of The Freedom Property Podcast joing your regular host Kessar Salimi is Arshad Ali.   Over the past 2.5 years, Arshad has built up a portfolio worth £1/2million which produces £50k in rental income using only private finance whilst working as a full-time Actuary for Scottish Widows.   As an Actuary, he deals with risk analysis and financial modelling in investments and businesses on a day-to-day basis.   He has taken properties back to brick and rebuilt them, this gives him a unique and in-depth understanding of property renovation.

Episode #5 of the Freedom Property Podcast is an insightful interview with Simon Anderson from Clark Anderson Properties. Simon and his business partner, Stuart, have a business which manage serviced accommodation apartments. When starting, they used the Rent2Rent strategy and now have moved into managing others serviced accommodation properties.
