There's still time to make the dream board, you don't have to "fall off your fitness" or any other goals during these next few holidays. You can enjoy life AND make progress. You can be proud of what you love about your identity AND make efforts to improve. Let's chat about it
Feeling disconnected from yourself or a little robotic? Maybe it's time to UNPLUG
Happy September, ya'll! Hey guys. This episode, we get a lil emotional. A bit different from our normal episodes, I openly share my emotions, thoughts, and struggles as I go on my own path of self-growth. It's great to show up as strong, confident, and steadfast, but I think equally important is showing up as vulnerable, real, and human – after all, this is what ultimately connects us at the end of the day. I'm going through a period of hustle and transformation, and as always, I strive to share with ya'll my wisdom, struggles, and thoughts as I navigate along the way
Hey ya'll! As you may or may not know, I am in a HUGE season of hustling right now in my personal life. Lately, I've been financially hustling to save for goals that are close to my heart and vision for myself, but it has honestly left me struggling with limiting beliefs I continue to fight off while pursuing my dreams. Today's episode is authentic and raw about what I've been struggling with – and it's okay to not always know the answers. Today I'm ranting on the importance of hyping yourself up, finding things you love about yourself, and putting yourself first. Think about it... friends who "need," "demand," or don't accept you for who you are cause you to put on a performance just to be accepted quite frankly ain't it, when truly just loving yourself and having firm boundaries attracts the RIGHT crowd into your life. Join me today for a passionate episode on putting yourself FIRST!Podcast IG: @resilientyousquadPodcast Support Link ♡ All my socials

Welcome back, my friends! After a short hiatus due to catching COVID-19 and more technical difficulties, I'm back and ready to tackle another topic. Decluttering... no one really looks forward to it. "New year, new me!" We've heard it a million times, and perhaps are guilty of saying this phrase ourselves. Every December, after we've stuffed ourselves full of turkey, ham, mashed potatos, and gravy, we self assess before the ball drops in NYC to ring in a new year. We start imagining ourselves hustling at work, 'getting our bodies back' at the gym, being the best partner in the world, and overall suddenly kicking ass. But is this realistic? Are these goals we set even truly aligned with what our unique, individual souls truly want? Probs not.Although it's amazing to want to be the best parent ever, or have the most bangin' bod, or get that bonus at work by hustling even harder, I think it's time we took a step back and asked ourselves without fear of judgement, "What would success look like for me if there were no societal pressure, familial pressure, or fear of failure or looking dumb?" And what are the ingredients that would bring that version of you to fruition? Does a clock ticking into a new year make us any different? Stay tuned to find out.Share with a friend who you think would benefit from this message, or share to your socials to spread the love. Hey ya'll. Ever beat yourself over not being the best at something, or just beat yourself up for not reaching what you perceive to be YOUR best? Do you avoid things you want to do because of fear of failure, comparing yourself to others, or never being happy enough with your progress? Do you ever stop yourself before you start because you just think "I could never *insert limiting belief here*."Well my friends, this episode is for you. Here's a little about why I've been MIA, and what I realized was affecting me day by day. The dangers of overconsumption of social media, slowly arising subconscious thoughts, and the evils of comparison.Let me know if you enjoyed this episode or if you resonated with anything I said by messaging me on Instagram (@annieblade_)! Helloooo friends. No shocker here to say that sometimes we think in 'worst case scenario' mindsets when it's actually completely unnecessary. Something bad or unexpected happens and we go straight to super negative thoughts like 'what if xyz happens now?' or 'this means I'm NEVER going to achieve *insert thing you want to achieve here*' or 'I guess I just wasn't cut out for blah blah blah' and so on and so forth. Which is BS, btw – yet we forget to question the validity of our thoughts and find ourselves thinking a bunch of untrue shizz about ourselves that prevents us from reaching our true potential.Well guess what? Although I am still prone to this kind of thinking, I have a methodology that works wonders to get me through and out of my funk.
