We feel like this man's been hardly talked about given what he had done, so here's HAU's take on it! We also spend an embarrassing amount of time trying to figure out the name of a movie about a serial killer that came out a few years ago. Does the media romanticise serial killers? Share your thoughts with us! After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.

Our crime story this week was also a request by one of our lovely listeners, Hannah! Thank you for suggesting this case to us! Several weeks later, Nicholaus would collapse and eventually die—revealing the ugly truth behind this camp to reform deviant boys. Then, Honda tells us about Robert the Doll, a child-sized doll that has a serious attitude problem and needs to be appeased. Chris also clearly has not learnt from the misfortunes brought on by joking about episode 4's Taira no Masakado and makes fun of Robert… so hopefully she doesn't get haunted by this doll. After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.
Hello everyone! This week we discuss our latest (but not newest) favourite show—911 and how Chris binged two entire seasons in two days. Then Honda shares the… quite frankly odd tale of Herbert Mullin aka the Earthquake Killer. You'll have to listen to the episode to find out why he earned that name—trust us, it's for the oddest reason. Oh yeah, another famous serial killer (that we may or may not have covered already) makes an appearance in the end. After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.

Unfortunately, Shann will be leaving HAU after our Christmas episode—but not to worry! It's temporary and she'll be back after June! So to celebrate our friendship, the three of us took a trip down memory lane and shared our first impressions of one another. So if you've been suspicious about that hole in your wall… you might want to get that fixed. Just in case. Shann then goes on to tell us about a famous folklore from Hong Kong—the Jianshi aka the Chinese hopping vampire. It's a lot less scary than it sounds, but if you encounter one, we outline what to do in order to escape it. After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.
Boy oh boy—it's December. You know what that means? IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME! Granted, Christmas is a few weeks away, but hey, it's never too early to get into the spirit. This week we discuss Christmas and Dinosaurs… you'll have to listen to find out how these two topics mix. If their subtweets are getting a little too familiar you might want to watch your back. Chris then brings us yet another alien story—sorry to fans of Akon and alien love, this one is about the Allagash Abductions where a group of friends go out camping in hopes to catch trout but ended up being caught in the hands of aliens. But not everything appears as it seems, and maybe this dead person isn't so dead. After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.

Shann then shares about the Nightmarchers from Hawaii, a procession of spirits that will kill you if you don't look away. It's very fascinating. Chris also reveals her deep love for Twilight… so there's that. After all, killers and spirits are just things… Hidden Among Us.
