When you set boundaries, you are taking care of yourself. easier said than done for some of us . I always try to us the example of a house with a front door to illustrate setting healthy boundaries . leaving the door open all the time means that people can enter to your house without even asking you if that is OKAY , without your permission, because you simply left the door open. leaving the door closed all the and setting rigid boundaries is not helpful either. today i am sharing with 05 helpful and practical questions for boundaries self-assessment .
