Welcome to the final episode of the wrestling series! I sat down with Aaron Aguilera, professional wrestler, and discussed so much about wrestling! While everyone has a story to tell, Stacey's is one filled with bitter sweetness due to her choice in receiving gastric bypass surgery. Some people would call it a shortcut, while others have a totally different outlook. I not only learned more about the culture of Australia, but also even more about the gastric bypass process and the community of people who live with their choice. Enjoy the show....

Bikini competitions are no joke. There are more people out there than you think who goto the gym and are told, "Hey, you should do a competition because you kill it at the gym...." Truth be told, that's only a fraction of what it takes to do what these ladies do to compete. You have to go all in or not at all. Be prepared to cut hardcore, be focused, stay on target, and to go extreme right up until the comp day. I interview my friend Emily, who decided to "try out" a bikini competition and she fit my quoted statement above. This episode is not about "you shouldn't do competitions...." Instead, this episode is to highlight how extreme it is and that if you want to do this, you have to do everything with the mental attitude of "I am going to win." Plus, be prepared for the mental aftermath of reverse dieting properly after all the extreme cutting that happened before the comp. All of this, and more, is covered in the episode Enjoy the show....
No filter and no end in sight; Larry and I discuss films, drinking, testosterone and so much more. All joking aside, the main focus of this episode centers around testosterone replacement. Some men need it, while others misunderstand it as the need for a type of "roids". We cover how some people have misconceptions of it due to the abuse of the product, while we focus on the real need. Some of you requested it, so here is your episode without edits and without filters. Here is the link to the article I discuss https://physicalculturestudy.com/2017/04/10/a-history-of-pre-workout-supplements/ Enjoy the show!
Let's talk about meal prepping! Dave comes back for another episode to talk about chicken, beef, turkey and lawn gnomes. We talk about how meal prepping makes life easier when you count calories and track macros! We also cover how some people may find meal prepping easier if they don't dive right into weird recipes; instead, start with things you are familiar with! This episode is packed with tons of information and wacky stuff. I brought along some Jack Daniels, so get ready for an interview that starts out serious, but then goals off the rails. Enjoy the show!
Let me introduce you to my friend Sarah. Not only is Sarah a fitness guru; but, she's also a badass cop. Flash forward 2 years and Sarah is doing burn classes, heavy cardio, and accessory workouts. Why the change? Well, let's have Sarah give her story. Enjoy the show!
Chase and I are old enough to say we remember opening books to read and learn. The internet hasn't always been so speedy! Once upon a time you had to goto the library to read stuff and to look things up. Today, all you have to do is open Google or ask Alexa a question. Chase and I talk about what it was like to have to learn about different workouts back in the day, our different backgrounds for working out and a whole lot of other topics related to strength training. Enjoy the show!
