Reviews are the foundation of your ability to gain new clients. Most potential customers find you through a search engine, typically Google. When your salon appears on the search or the map, there is a rating of what customers have to say about your business.Ignoring this can be detrimental to your growth, so you must have a strategy to make sure the 99.9% of your clients have also told the world about your salon, not just the .01% that didn't have a good experience and wrote a bad review. How you respond to bad reviews also needs to have a thought out strategy. In this episode, Brandon along with special guest Ben DeBayle discuss how to make sure your reviews are not only a real representation of your business, but what to do when someone leaves a bad review.
