I didn't know that. I thought it was just getting psyched up and holding your breath! There is a lot to learn from this episode if you think and act. We all face fears in life; real or imagined. This episode provides some good things to think about how we manage our fears and hopefully, proactively put them to bed. https://www.facebook.com/jon.firewalker https://www.linkedin.com/in/jon-boys-4a4ab817 http://www.firewalk.co.uk/ jon@thevapartnership.co.uk
