A running and fitness podcast hosted by friends, whose life journeys crossed in RunDisney adventures and an inspiring running team. We are experts at almost nothing, but enjoy talking about running & fitness — the good, the bad, the ugly, and most importantly the fun. When we are not easily distracted by food, beer, boxed wine or Disney, we’ll bring you running news, race reports, listener questions and more! Join the Ohana, hosts Brittany, Kenny, Donna and Ryan for all the shenanigans.

Brittany and Kenny are back! Today we discuss running injuries with Erin Petz who is recovering from a recent running injury and her journey through the process. Kenny talks about his injuries and how, be cause of them he has lost his passion for running, but is trying to find something else he can be passionate about. Ryan and Producer Rob talk about injuries also. Find a professional you like who can prescribe a plan to get you back moving as soon as possible with easy work at first. We are NOT professionals at all and none of us slept in a Holiday Inn Express last night either. We talk only from out own journeys through our injuries. Please do not assume your recovery and treatment will be the same as any of us has had. Kenny has another entertaining fact today. Host Brittany and Producer Rob were at Walt Disney World for the 2020 Marathon weekend. Listen as they didn't cheer for the 10k race on Friday, but instead went to The Disney Hollywood Studios to ride Rise of the Resistance, then went to cheer the half marathon on Saturday and participated in the Marathon on Sunday. Brittany used her Ruber service for the weekend as transportation around the resort and all it cost was a beer. Sunday after the race she performed surgery on some blisters that Carly O'Brien had on her feet. Enjoy the podcast.
We discuss Brittany's happy return to running at the Rehoboth Marathon and the struggles she has gone through in her return. Donna cracks the 2 hour half marathon. Finally we discuss the upcoming Walt Disney World Marathon weekend.
Welcome to the introduction of the Run Ohana Podcast. Meet Ryan, Donna, Brittany, Kenny and Producer Rob as we dive into this running family. Come along and be a part of the family with us.
