The conservative Christian satire group, the Babylon Bee, is part of a growing movement of new, anti-establishment comedy and anti-woke comedy. “Leftists have become so…religiously zealous about their beliefs,” says Editor-in-chief Kyle Mann. That preachy establishment comedy created a market for something new. “We have to create our own platform,” says Bee actor Chandler Juliet. It's good that comedy like this exists.
Will comedy save us all? Chandler Juliet of the Babylon Bee seems to think so. Juliet joins James Poulos on this episode of "Zero Hour" to discuss the power of comedy to shape public opinion, the toxic nature of the music industry (including Juliet's not-so-pleasant encounter with Katy Perry on the set of "American Idol"), the importance of contemplating one's own mortality, Andrew Tate and the masculinity crisis, and much more.

In this special 4/20 episode, we try some “special” brownies live on air with our guest, Babylon Bee comedian and actress Chandler Juliet. Our first guest is Seth Weathers, who went viral for selling "ultra right beer" in response to Bud Light's campaign with Dylan Mulvaney. We discuss why he's so passionate about right-wing beer and ask him why he hates Bud Light. Then we welcome flat-earther Jeran Campanella, who explains why he believes the Earth is flat. As the brownies take effect, the conversation gets increasingly bizarre and thought-provoking

In this episode of The Bee Weekly, musician Chandler Juliet joins Kyle and Ethan to talk about what's been going on at The Babylon Bee this week, The Babylon Bee's new book that is available for pre-order now called The Babylon Bee Guide to Wokeness, and the saddest news ever about Norm Macdonald's passing. In the subscriber-exclusive lounge, Adam Yenser joins in to discuss his memories of working with Norm Macdonald. Keep up with Chandler Juliet: Music: https://fanlink.to/ChandlerLoveLanguage YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYJAxrOiTRmgPSZrrZ9jL8g Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chandlerjofficial/ Kyle, Ethan, and Chandler discuss the Bee's ‘Banger of the Week' and ‘Dud of the Week' and then jump into weird news like a man considering veganism after what he finds in his McDonald's sandwich, a trans MMA fighter dominating the women, and a cat is saved by the American flag. A rhino gets airlifted upside down, a man swallows his cell phone, and Florida man fills a pothole, but maybe creates another problem. The Babylon Bee has a new book: The Babylon Bee Guide to Wokeness, available for pre-order now. Kyle, Ethan, and Chandler talk about all the cool stuff inside. Then they remember the great Norm Macdonald and all the ways he made us laugh. There's plenty of hatemail too. Finally, the show moves to the subscriber-exclusive lounge where Kyle, Ethan, and Chandler are joined by Adam Yenser who actually worked with Norm Macdonald and has cool stories about him. There's bonus hate mail, the subscriber-submitted headlines of the week, The Babylon Bee's classic article of the week, and more.
In this episode of The Bee Weekly, Kyle Mann and Ethan Nicolle are joined by musician, actress, and comedienne Chandler Juliet to talk about the most recent bad takes on social media, making music during the pandemic, and the library in the UK being forced to apologize for the “rainbow dill pickle monkey” brought in to entertain children. They talk about weird news of the week, get to ask a woman what others are apparently asking Google about women, and also read our glorious hate mail. Be sure to listen to Chandler's music and YouTube Channel. One of our commenters point on Ethan's sincerity eyebrows before Chandler tests her musical chops with The Babylon Bee's Worship Song Generator. Kyle, Ethan, and Chandler see what's weird in the world like a rancher surviving being pinned by his ATV through the power of beer, people in Portland being frightened by a pickup truck, and the world's smallest cow. The White House, the New York Times, and someone in Canada who loves burning churches all make it into our Real Things Blue Checks Say segment. Chandler talks about her music during the pandemic and then answers the questions about women that men are apparently typing into Google about women. Chandler joins Kyle and Ethan for our super-exclusive Subscribers Lounge and even answers The Ten Questions.

With a seven-song EP on target for release this summer, award-winning singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist Chandler Juliet is on a path being paved by success stories. Her debut EP in 2015 was featured through a sold out CD release party at Boardner’s in Hollywood. She has also performed at noted Hollywood venues such as The Troubador, The Viper Room, and Whisky-A-Go-Go. More recently, working with producer/songwriter Dean Dinning (Toad the Wet Sprocket) and Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, OneRepublic, Five for Fighting), the first single from the upcoming EP was nominated for three 2017 Indie Music Channel Awards and took home the award for Best Indie Pop Recording.
Chandler Juliet is a recording artist and singer-songwriter from Los Angeles. The daughter of renowned jazz trombonist Bob McChesney and jazz singer/violinist Calabria Foti, Chandler has been around music all her life. By age 9, she was writing her own original songs on her mother's old guitar. After performing an original song for a group of girls at her job as a summer camp counselor, Chandler began to really push herself to pursuing a career as a recording artist. Chandler's successes as an independent artist are a direct result of her drive and hard work towards pursuing her dreams. In this episode, she shares how she was motivated to achieve her goals, and some of the lessons she learned along the way. Full show notes available at http://ktla.com/SpokenDreams.
