Knowing when to leave a job, city, or opportunity can be a difficult decision to make, especially if you’re not certain if it’s the best time or if your next step aligns with what you actually want to do. Today’s podcast guest, Chasity Cooper, has had to make those difficult decisions since her work as a writer has taken her from Chicago to New York to DC and back again, with her current full-time role as an managing editor for a marketing communications firm outside of Chicago. In this episode, we’re talking about: * What it’s like to transition between entrepreneurship, working full time for someone else, and back to entrepreneurship again * When you know it’s time to move on from your current role * How consistently building your craft opens once-closed doors of opportunities * How your passion project has the opportunity to help others learn and grow This is a conversation I can’t wait for you to hear.
