When was the last time you took a moment to honestly challenge yourself to believe in your own abilities to prosper and thrive? For you must be willing to set your own standard and live up to the best version of you. However, according to Psychology Today and Medium they jointly report between 85-88% of people don't take a leap of faith or risk in life because they lack self-confidence. Chris Gormley, a dynamic force at 34 years old, embodies the essence of resilience, determination, and the unwavering pursuit of personal growth. Raised solely by his mother in challenging circumstances, Chris's childhood was marked by financial hardship. Moving frequently and relying on food stamps, he learned the value of perseverance and hard work from an early age. Throughout his youth, he immersed himself in martial arts, cultivating discipline and tenacity that would shape his future. While in college, Chris juggled a job selling phones and being a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, while pursuing a degree in sales and business marketing. After graduating, he moved to Southern California and entered the medical device sales industry. In 2015, Chris faced a near-tragic motorcycle accident when an SUV unexpectedly crossed his path at highway speeds. The collision left him with a shattered pelvis, severe abdominal muscle tears, and multiple injuries, necessitating extensive rehabilitation and the arduous task of relearning to walk. Remarkably, within a year, Chris made a full recovery, emerging from this life-altering experience with a renewed sense of purpose. Driven by a burning desire for financial independence and freedom, Chris founded his real estate investment company, Network Ventures Inc., in 2020 and left his $250k/year medical device career just 30 days after launching his company. Within 6 months of its inception, he scaled the business to manage 8 property flips concurrently and embarked on the development of a $30 million commercial project. In the first 12 months Chris raised $2 million, and over the course of 3 short years, he has raised more than $4 million in funding, marking a remarkable ascent in the world of commercial real estate. In 2017, the birth of his daughter added even more depth to his purpose. Chris's extraordinary life journey, shaped by hardship, recovery, and unyielding ambition, compelled him to answer a higher calling. He felt a profound responsibility to share his story, inspire others to realize their true potential, and help them align with their unique paths. Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris cherishes his role as a father and spends quality time with his 6-year-old daughter. He finds solace and exhilaration in fitness, adventure-seeking activities, and travel. Chris' commitment to meaningful relationships underscores his belief in the importance of surrounding oneself with those who matter most and those on a mission to win in life. He joined me this week to tell me more. Follow: @thechrisgormley For those of you, who fall into this category I want to take a moment to introduce you to Chris Gormley.

Times have clearly changed. Private investigators used to have to knock on doors to obtain information relative to their cases and the people they are charged with investigating. Although that is still true today to some extent, much is gained by just knocking on the door to the internet. We all know there is volumes of information to be found on any subject, but locating the right data, obtaining and analyzing it in a useable format is really key. Tune in to hear Chris Gormley, Chief Executive Officer of smiAware, a cloud based company that makes it easier and less expensive than manual searches to find and analyze public internet information
