Food Fight Frenzy is a 4-player free for all food fight battle royale. Retro Arcade tasked us with turning the classic Atari game Food Fight from 1983 into Food Fight Frenzy for modern arcade bars. We kept the game as retro and classic as possible and added the player vs player aspect to make the game more exciting. Eh, Yo! This week we talk about the Indie City Classic at Glitch Bar Arcade. The Indie City Classic will take place during the Hive City Classic at Glitch Bar Arcade in Fort Lauderdale Florida. The Hive City Classic and Indie City Classic will be running at the same time from February 24th to the 26th. During this time you can play a bunch of Indie Arcade games and compete to be the Indie City Classic champion of each game. The games you can play at the Indie City Classic are Galactic Battleground, Deathball, Switch N Shoot, Armed and Gelatinous, Throwback: Jai Alai Heroes, Tricky Tower, Black Emperor, and Nidhogg 2. This will take place during the Hive City Classic, a Killer Queen Major tournament with around 20 teams. We have Joe and Kyle with us this week to talk about what they are excited about with these two tournaments as well as give us some insight as to what it takes to set this up. This will be the first year that Glitch Bar Arcade is running the Indie City Classic with their main tournament the Hive City Classic which changed names a few years ago.
