We talking about what goes into pricing effectively. We talk about scaling, sales velocity, and managing demand.  We talked about underestimating the value of your shows.  I learned a really interesting thing today that consumers don't always have a direct link in their head between the price of a subscription and the price of an individual ticket.  Most importantly, we talked about the results of using dynamic pricing which can be on average an increase of 10-12% and Sean even shares an example where an arts organization increased revenue over a few years by 40%.  You can find Vatic by going to www.vatic.tech.  I'm doing an event in NYC on May 8th called "Selling More Tickets" and we are going to cover strategy, marketing, sales, and more.
