Jeho emotivní a až seversky melancholickou hudbu poslouchám už dlouho a vždycky mě znovu překvapí svou silou a propracovaností. Aid Kid je nepřehlédnutelnou a silnou osobností tuzemské umělecké scény – s jeho prací se setkáte ve filmu, divadle i na koncertech po boku kolegů, které doprovází (Kittchen, Zvíře jménem Podzim). Další důležitou stránkou jeho práce je produkování alb – například pro Lenku Dusilovou nebo kapelu Dunaj. Je klidný, přemýšlivý a má vizi, za kterou jde. Neustále se rozvíjí a povídání s ním člověka velmi obohatí. Proč má rád Německo? Jaké jsou jeho oblíbené hardwarové nástroje? A jak probíhá produkování alb společně s Petrem Ostrouchovem? Rozhovor o synťácích a o Německu.   Za pseudonymem Aid Kid stojí muzikant, producent, multimediální umělec a DJ Ondřej Mikula, vítěz posluchačského hlasování hudebně-exportní soutěže Českého rozhlasu Czeching 2015 a držitel ceny Vinyla 2015 v kategorii Objev roku. Po vydání prvních dvou singlů (Sleep Start a Broken Arp) a předskakování zavedeným zahraničním jménům (SOHN, SOPHIE, Groundislava, Kiasmos, Arms and Sleepers a další) se stal vycházející hvězdou pražské elektronické hudební scény. Živé sety staví na improvizaci vlastních tracků, ve kterých kombinuje emotivní beaty a gradující struktury. V dubnu 2015 vydal Aid Kid ve vlastní režii eponymní debutové album, které vzbudilo pozitivní kritický ohlas. V současné době studuje umění a design se zaměřením na interaktivní instalace, multichannel sound art a videomapping.
