Tentokrát je mým hostem - no, vlastně bych měl říct, že velmi výjimečně mám hosty dva. Nebo měl jsem, v Knihovně Čermáka a Staňka na živém natáčení této epizody.Taky bych mohl říct, že mým hostem bylo belgické pivo, ale to by bylo nezdvořilé k mým opravdovým dvěma hostům. A těmi byli šéfbarmanka Lucie Borská z baru Gulden Draak a novinář Filip Nerad z Českého rozhlasu. Proč zrovna oni dva, se dozvíte ze samotného podcastu.Když se mě zeptáte, proč jsem natáčel s těmito dvěma lidmi zrovna o belgickém pivu, odpovím vám, že jsem jeho fanoušek, že ho mám rád, že se stalo součástí mého života. Od kdy?V roce 2008 jsem jako mnoho jiných Čechů v Belgii, konkrétně v Brugách, zašel takzvaně na jedno. Byl nejdřív rozčílený, že točí jenom takzvaně malé, a když jsem jich vypil pět, což bylo množství, které se každému správnému českému pijáku piva zdá jako směšně malé, zjistil jsem, že je to docela dost.A hlavně, láska byla na světě. Od prvního napití, pamatuju si to dobře.Že si to přesně pamatuju, zdůrazňuju proto, že když se mnoha lidí zeptáte, od kdy milují belgické pivo nebo jaké bylo to jejich první setkání, tak vám řeknou: Poslyš, to si vlastně už moc dobře nepamatuju.Ze zjevných důvodů. 7a piva jsou poměrně silná, běžně osmi- až dvanáctiprocentní, takže nějaký podcast s názvem Jedno procento jim musí připadat legrační.Zároveň platí, že belgické pivo nemilujete kvůli alkoholu. Ty důvody jsou jiné. Může to být jeho skvělá chuť, zajímavá vůně nebo příběhy, které toto pivo provázejí.Ale nic, to všechno se dozvíte v našem podcastu. Přeju vám příjemný poslech!
