A good weekend for Kevin's, as De Bruyne's winner sealed victory for Manchester City against Wolves, and Brentford's Schade got two in victory for Brentford against Manchester United. But it was largely another week where many popular assets underperformed again. Suj and James review all the weekend games which included a surprise loss for Arsenal against Bournemouth and the top 5 race intensified with 6 teams scrapping for four places; wjilst there's still a Conference League place for four other teams to potentially fight over. So there are some with plenty still to play for, but for others a limp finish to the line beckons. That will likely include West Ham and Tottenham who played out a drab draw in the Planet FPL Derby. And Tottenham are in the news for Fantasy purposes today with confirmation that their fixture at Villa will be brought forward but remains in Gameweek 37, meaning there will be no more doubles. Solutions offered for those still with the Triple Captaincy and Free Hit covered, Suj nearly hit glory with his Assman but options are now limited for 36, James discusses his Wildcard and transfer targets for what's left are covered throughout the Podcast. Hail Cheaters! GW35 offered a raft of differential transfers and captains, showing FPL managers the way forward for closing gaps in a mini league or on overall rank. Brentford look like they're the pick of the bunch, as the form team with the most lopsided matchup in GW36, but who else stood out this weekend? Plus, we ponder just how completely cooked (on a scale of "well done" to "burnt") Liverpool are as fantasy options after clinching the Premier League title. Join us as we set up our teams for GW36 and target the good, the bad, and the beach teams.Watch this episode unfold in video format on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/live/GsoTXkq5ehcSupport the Cheaters and get exclusive ad-free FPL content: https://www.patreon.com/alwayscheating#bluewirevideo #FPL #PL #GW35 #GW36 #MFFA #hailcheaters

Answering the Final Questions ahead of Gameweek 35. Previous 4 FPL Ranks: 510th, 1,345th, 3,814th, 5,401st!
Welcome back to the FPL Lounge! The lads are back to preview GW35.The lads look - as ever - at European rotation and what that could mean for those involved in Europe and those playing against those teams, especially with Man United and Tottenham clearly focusing on the Europa League. The lads also weigh up the likelihood of further double and blank gameweeks.A radar returns but it's far from bursting: two buzzy Bees take a spot on the mid-range, with a Cherry on the Fringe being joined by a deceptively stingy defence facing some weak attacks in coming weeks. And Chris can't go a podcast without mentioning Jarrod Bowen.More honey traps this week, while captaincy looks a mixed bag, with no standout option and team goal spreads looking low - maybe presenting an opportunity to steal a march on your mini-league rivals. The lads end, as ever, with a little game they like to call Who The Heck Is Stat?!Do let the guys know on X (fka Twitter), Insta, Threads or TikTok, @FPL_Lounge, and the lads are now on BlueSky too, but without the underscore: @FPLLounge. Be sure to subscribe wherever you get your pods, so you always get new episodes in advance of the Gameweek deadline!
Target Spurs and bring in Jarrod Bowen if you're chasing rank.

Sam and a sad Tom return after Free Hitters leave chipless managers in the dust following a wildly successful weekend for many. This time round, we preview the end of the season, looking through the roster of Premier League teams to try to work out how motivated they are for the rest of the year through analysing their "beachiness". We do this by asking: what do they have left to play for? Plus the GW35 preview, including a pretty open captaincy conundrum this weekend. God lyssning! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Suj and James discuss the fallout from a weekend where many Free Hitters saw success with many assets from the popular teams did well, and for a change there were some defensive heroes in the likes of Jose Sa, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Kieran Trippier and Ryan Sessegnon all hauling. There's discussion on all the games as usual as Liverpool confirmed themselves as Champions following their demolition of Tottenham, and the relegation picture is also done after ten man Ipswich lost at Newcastle. The FA Cup Semi Finals are also reflected on with focus on what that now means for the prospect of doubles in Gameweek 36. The outlook now looks tough for those with the Assistant Manager Chip left and that includes, Suj, so what will he do? And James is on Wildcard with eyes on assets to include, but there is one difficult decision to make first off, because captaincy for GW35 looks wide open. Lewis, Scott and Chris preview GW35 of Fantasy EFL! FANTASY EFL IS HERE!
We're back to look ahead to GW35. We discuss some of the teams we like now that the doubles are done and who we might pick from each team. We also answer your questions on topics like 60-second Overhauls, weeks to use boosts, buying Piroe and more.
We're close to GW35's end and it's still a shootout between Son Heung-min and Cole Palmer. Brandon is joined on this week's episode by friend and veteran FPL manager Dave Weigner-Lodahl to unpack the stories of the weekend and then look ahead to a forgotten GW36 that's sandwiched between two doubles. It's a game-week that will likely come down to the captaincy pick, but have we learned anything about Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, or the two Manchester clubs that might give us an edge going into the next deadline? Suj and James review the weekend of Gameweek 35 and for many Wildcarders it wasn't the success that many had hoped for (so far), particularly with Arsenal's Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka returning well in Arsenal's North London Derby victory that has left James with a sore throat. And it was a strange game that features in the discussion from all the games. As usual all the games covered including Chelsea's excellent display at Villa that yielded only a point and Manchester City overcame a period of difficulty to maintain their advantage in the race for the title that also left Forest looking nervously over their shoulder at not just Luton, but now Burnley as well. FPL assets for one week, two weeks and all weeks considered which includes those required for just 36 and 38 which may bring a number of enabling differential forwards to the table that Bench Boosters won't consider. Plus, best Arsenal assets covered, injuries have inevitably struck again and James discusses the awkward feeling for Tottenham fans in Gameweek 37 when Manchester City visit. And it is likely to have Fantasy consequences! There's no rest for the FPL weary as GW34 rolls on while we're already forced to turn our attention to the next batch of doubles just around the corner. What that means for both Josh and Brandon is activating their wildcards ahead of GW35 when Chelsea and Spurs will play twice. But who (apart from Cole Palmer, of course) on these mercurial teams can fantasy managers trust? Is Nicolas Jackson poised to surprise or disappoint? Can the defenses of either club produce more points than injuries?
