Penny stocks are stocks that trade for a low price, usually less than $5 per share, and are often issued by small companies with a low market capitalization. These stocks are generally considered to be high-risk investments because they are less established and less liquid than larger, more established companies. While some investors may be attracted to penny stocks because of their potential for high returns, it's important to understand that they also carry a higher risk of fraud, manipulation, and volatility. It's crucial to thoroughly research any company before investing in their stock, including their financials, management team, and industry trends. Investing in penny stocks should only be done with money that you can afford to lose, as the risk of loss is high. If you're interested in investing in penny stocks, it's important to consult with a financial advisor and do your own research to make informed decisions. The penny stocks that I am watching this week are $KPRX/$RVPH/$AGEN ☕Get your coffee today at www.duckrivercoffee.com ⌚Get your watch today at https://royalsportbrand.net/

On this episode, join Dennis, Ed, Garrett, Kate, Karen, & Diana as they discuss the 1997 film Princess Mononoke, which was released in the US in 1999. One of Ghibli's iconic films, there was a lot to talk about this time. So much to discuss that we actually had to edit a bunch out because it would just be too long. Let's see if you can notice some of the cuts! Besides the many themes of the film and the moral grayness of a majority of the characters, we also discuss some of the amazing action sequences, is leprosy still around, cannot help comparing the dub vs subs on this one, Gaiman praise, and discussing the "you're beautiful" line. So buckle in for a long one that could have been even longer. This week's guest on Next Steps Forward is Alina Donahue, a human trafficking subject matter expert and survivor. She co-created the Shelly Stayer Shelter's 18-month Human Trafficking Residential Program, a nationally recognized residential program for adult female survivors of sexual human trafficking. She has been certified by the Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute through the Office of the Florida Attorney General. Alina was a mentor and teacher for Project Recovery, a program that helps inmates in Collier County overcome addiction and reintegrate back into society. In 2021 she made the Naples Illustrated Top 100 to Watch List for her continuous achievements. In January 2023, Alina was appointed as a Senior Advisor to the National Trauma Education Policy Board. Throughout her conversation with program host Chris Meek, Alina will take the audience through her upbringing and how a single night and a chance encounter with her trafficker changed everything in her life. She will also delve into the red flags that young women, their friends and their families should look for to prevent someone from being drawn into sex trafficking, the shift from victim to survivor and everything in between, and the realities of overcoming trauma.
