Ich gebe zu, nach dem ersten Spielstart stellte ich mir die Frage, was für eine Art Spiel dies ist. Animationen und Leveldesign waren alles andere als gut und mein Gedanke war eher: "Um Gottes Willen". Umso überraschter war ich, dass Hollowbody mir im Spielverlauf das gegeben hat, was ich bereits auf Bildern gesehen und erhofft habe: Ein doch stilistisch sehr an Silent Hill erinnerndes Horrorspiel mit der Möglichkeit die Kamera sowohl fixiert, wie in damaligen Resident Evil Titeln, oder in Third Person à la Silent Hill 2 spielen zu können. Und hier genau kommt auch die erste Empfehlung: Spielt dieses Spiel in der dritten Person! Die fixierte Kamera gibt zwar das Bild korrekt wieder, allerdings fühlt sich die Bewegung des Hauptcharakters Mika nicht wirklich gut an. Schade ist auch, dass Hollowbody zwar mit Tech-Noir wirbt, man aber abseits von einer Cutscene nichts vom Science-Fiction-Setting mitbekommt. Stattdessen befinden wir uns in einer Kleinstadt, wo eine mysteriöse Infektion ihren Lauf nimmt. Hier werden wir sowohl mit angenehm zu lösende Rätsel konfrontiert, als auch mit einigen Gegnern, die wir mit den unzähligen zu finden Waffen beseitigen können, vorrangig im Nahkampf. Hollowbody bedeutet, ähnlich wie seine großen Genre Vertreter, dass man mit bedacht seine Munition verballert. Sollte man Fan von klassischen Horror PSX/PS2 Spielen sein, hat man hierbei definitiv seinen Spaß!

Drei Jahre nach ihrem Debüt präsentiert Marlène Colle mit "Heilige Scheiße" ein Werk, das private Bestandsaufnahme mit politischem Anspruch verknüpft. Zwischen Darkpop und Indie markiert das Album markiert eine thematische Weiterentwicklung von der “Feier der Kaputtheit” hin zu expliziten gesellschaftlichen Analysen. Ihr Debütalbum "Schade kaputt" thematisiert das menschliche Scheitern und den Umgang mit Unvollkommenheit. Und auch auf ihrem neuen Album erforscht sie diese Bilder weiter – taucht aber tiefer ein in das Systemische dahinter. So setzt sich Colle mit Vermögensverteilung ("Kein Arschloch") und zeitgenössischen Schönheitsidealen (“4&fck40") auseinander oder referenziert aktuelle feministische Literatur ("Bald") und entwirft das Szenario einer bevorstehenden gesellschaftlichen Revolution. Zudem findet sich in den neuen Liedern von PAULA PAULA auch immer wieder die Erkenntnis, dass dem Menschsein der konstante Verlust innewohnt. Entstanden ist "Heilige Scheiße" gemeinsam mit Kristina Koropecki (Cello, Backing Vocals und Produktion), Daniel Freitag (Synths, Produktion), Moritz Bossmann (E-Gitarre), Joda Foerster (Drums, Percussion) und Gisbert zu Knyphausen (Bass) im Studio. Die insgesamt zehn Lieder bewegen sich zwischen Chanson-haften Melodien und düsterem Art-Pop – und nach dem freudigen Debüt vor zwei Jahren, folgt mit "Heilige Scheiße" nun der würdige Nachfolger von Marlène Colle, mit dem sie dann im Herbst auf Tour geht.

How does God's love keep showing up for us, even when we struggle? In this episode Professor Aaron Schade reframes the book of Judges as more than a collection of heroic stories. Instead, he describes it as a sobering account of spiritual decline, broken covenants, and the consequences of living according to "what is right in our own eyes." Professor Schade explores the recurring cycle found in Judges: ancient Israel turns away from God, experiences suffering, cries out for relief, and is delivered only to fall again. Rather than celebrating the judges as flawless leaders, he highlights their imperfections and the deeper message of the text as a lament over moral confusion and a society unraveling without covenant guidance. Further, Professor Schade explains that at the center of the book of Judges is the example of God's steadfast, unwavering love. Even as His people struggle to truly repent, He continues to reach out, deliver, and invite them back into a relationship with Him. This episode invites us to wrestle with difficult questions about agency, obedience, and discipleship while discovering the powerful truth that God's love persists. In deze aflevering hebben Gerrit en Jurgen het over:Hardlopen en schade aan je rode bloedcellen: hoe zit het nu echt?INLEIDING:Deze week duiken Gerrit en Jurgen in een onderzoek dat begin 2026 voor nogal wat paniek zorgde in de hardloopwereld. Na een ultra-loop bleken de rode bloedcellen van lopers namelijk een fractie minder elastisch te zijn.Heeft de klap van je voet op het asfalt echt zon grote invloed op de afbraak van je bloed?Jurgen legt uit waarom die drie procent extra stijfheid geen reden is voor fysiologische paniek, maar juist een teken van een broodnodige verjongingskuur.Want wat is het nut van jonge reticulocyten die direct na de finish in je bloedbaan verschijnen?En moet je na een zware race direct aan de ijzersupplementen, of is je lichaam zelf een meester-recycler?Vragen die in deze aflevering worden beantwoord:1. Wat betekent de term gesloopt bloed voor de gezondheid van een ultra-loper op de lange termijn?Jurgen legt uit dat de sensationele krantenkoppen de fysiologische werkelijkheid verdraaien. Hoewel een zware inspanning zoals een ultra-trail tijdelijk zorgt voor stijvere rode bloedcellen en mechanische schade, is dit geen onherstelbaar defect. Het lichaam gebruikt de milt en lever om deze oude cellen razendsnel op te ruimen. Wat overblijft, is een prikkel voor het beenmerg om verse, elastische reticulocyten aan te maken. In plaats van permanente schade spreeken we volgens Jurgen eerder van een versnelde verversingscyclus van je bloedvoorraad. Voor de ultra-loper is dit feitelijk noodzakelijk fysiologisch onderhoud onder hoge druk.2. Wat is de impact van drie procent minder vervormbare rode bloedcellen op mijn prestaties tijdens het hardlopen?De afname in de elasticiteit van rode bloedcellen tijdens het hardlopen lijkt volgens Jurgen een zeer beperkte rol te spelen in de uiteindelijke vermoeidheid tijdens een race. Omdat de daling bij de UTMB-lopers op de 171 kilometer slechts drie procent was, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat dit de cruciale beperking is voor de zuurstofopname. Andere factoren zoals spierschade, brandstoftekort en mentale uitputting wegen veel zwaarder. De lichte stijfheid van de cellen is eerder een bijproduct van de enorme fysieke stress dan de directe oorzaak van het stilvallen in de laatste fase van een ultra.3. Wat is de invloed van de ondergrond waarop ik ga hardlopen op de schade aan mijn rode bloedcellen?Jurgen bespreekt het principe van foot-strike hemolysis, waarbij rode bloedcellen letterlijk kapot gaan door de klappen op de voetzool. Bij het hardlopen op asfalt met veel harde landingen is deze mechanische schade doorgaans groter dan bij een trail over een zachtere ondergrond. Hoewel dit proces bijdraagt aan de tijdelijke afbraak van cellen, is het volgens Jurgen niet iets waar een gezonde ultra-loper zich tegen moet wapenen. Het hoort bij de sport en vormt juist de prikkel voor je lichaam om je bloedkwaliteit na de wedstrijd weer te optimaliseren door vernieuwing.4. Wat kan ik als ultra-loper met voeding of supplementen doen om mijn rode bloedcellen te beschermen?Uit vragen van luisteraars blijkt vaak een bezorgdheid over ijzertekorten door de verhoogde afbraak van bloedcellen tijdens het hardlopen. Jurgen adviseert echter om niet zomaar extra ijzer te slikken zonder voorafgaand bloedonderzoek. Ons lichaam is namelijk bijzonder efficiënt in het recyclen van ijzer uit de oude, afgebroken cellen. Het lukraak toevoegen van ijzersupplementen kan zelfs ongewenste effecten hebben als je waarden al stabiel zijn. De focus voor de ultra-loper moet na een wedstrijd vooral liggen op een breed herstel en gevarieerde voeding, zodat je systeem de bouwstoffen heeft om de nieuwe voorraad jonge cellen te produceren.5. Wat zegt de aanwezigheid van nieuwe bloedcellen over het herstelproces na het hardlopen van een ultra?De aanwezigheid van jonge reticulocyten wijst op een actieve vernieuwing van je bloedvoorraad. Jurgen legt uit dat deze nieuwe cellen verschijnen als reactie op de afbraak van de oude garde tijdens het hardlopen. Het duurt echter weken voordat deze nieuwe voorraad volledig is uitgehard en de maximale capaciteit voor zuurstoftransport bereikt. Daarom is de herstelperiode na een extreme inspanning zo belangrijk voor een ultra-loper. Als je te snel weer intensief gaat hardlopen, verstoor je het natuurlijke proces van bloedverjonging. Mangeldenken führt in den Mangel. Kennst du das? Wenn du Mangel denkst, wenn du glaubst, du musst alles aufbewahren, weil du es irgendwann vielleicht noch brauchen könntest, dann ist das genau dieses Denken. Mangel. Dabei leben wir in einer Zeit voller Fülle. Noch nie gab es so viel. Und trotzdem halten wir fest. Warum? Aus Angst. Aus Gewohnheit. Aus Unsicherheit. Frag dich doch einmal ehrlich: Brauchst du diese Dinge wirklich? Oder liegen sie einfach nur herum, nehmen Platz weg und binden deine Energie? Irgendwann müssen wir sowieso alles loslassen. Ich habe das bei meiner Mutter erlebt. Viereinhalbzimmerwohnung, dann der Umzug in ein Zimmer im Altersheim, wo schon fast alles da war. Weißt du, was noch mit durfte?  Fast nichts. Ein kleines Schränkchen, eine Couch, das war's. Alles andere blieb zurück. Genau deshalb ist es besser,  jetzt anzufangen. Frühling ist die ideale Zeit dafür. Alles blüht auf, auch wir dürfen aufblühen, indem wir Ordnung schaffen. Nicht nur im Außen, sondern auch in uns selbst. Stell alles auf den Prüfstand: Gibt mir das Energie oder kostet es mich Energie? Das ist die entscheidende Frage. Gibt oder kostet? Alles, was kostet: weg. Alles, was gibt: behalten. Da braucht es Klarheit. Nicht ewig überlegen. Nicht wieder verschieben. Sondern handeln. Ich wollte neulich Fahrrad fahren, suchte meinen Helm, stellte fest: weggeworfen. Erst dachte ich: Mist. Aber dann wurde mir klar: Der Helm war sieben oder acht Jahre alt. Nicht mehr sicher. Also was mache ich? Ich kaufe einen neuen. Denn mein Kopf ist mein wertvollstes Kapital. Merkst du etwas? Loslassen ist nicht Verlust. Es ist oft der Beginn von etwas Besserem. Natürlich höre ich dann oft: „Du hast gut reden, du kannst es dir leisten." Weißt du was? Genau das zeigt doch schon alles. Also: Verabschiede dich. Rigoros. Klar. Bewusst. Time to say goodbye. Denn irgendwann erdrückt es dich. Vielleicht merkst du es jetzt noch nicht. Schade auch.Stattdessen sprechen wir – wie könnte es anders sein – über unser eigenes Training. Warum? Weil es unser Podcast ist. Und weil es gerade läuft! Genauer gesagt liegt aktuell ein Leistungsunterschied von etwa 2,5 Minuten zwischen den beiden Podcastern (Korrektur Lars: 3,5 Minuten!) . Die große Frage: Kann Arne diese Lücke noch schließen?Und was hat unser eigentliches Hauptthema mit Leistung zu tun? Vielleicht mehr als gedacht… vielleicht hat Arne hier sogar die Nase vorn? Moin und willkommen zum Fleckenhörer am 20. April 2026! Medien, Forschung und Behörden beschreiben Ken Jebsen, mit bürgerlichem Namen Kayvan Soufi-Siavash, überwiegend als Verschwörungsideologen mit teilweise antisemitischen bzw. demokratiefeindlichen Narrativen. Belegt und öffentlich sind Antisemitismus-Vorwürfe, Verbreitung von Verschwörungstheorien, Nähe zu Milieus, in denen auch Rechtsextreme aktiv sind, einzelne Aussagen/Positionen (z. B. AfD-Wahlempfehlung). Ein Auftritt am 20./21.4. in Seebüll/Nordfriesland war öffentlich Thema, wurde aber laut Medien abgesagt. Die Absage ging vom Veranstaltungsort bzw. den Verantwortlichen vor Ort aus (also dem Betreiber/Management der Location im Umfeld des Nolde-Museums). Die Veranstaltung in Seebüll wurde nun offensichtlich nach Nordhastedt in Dithmarschen in die Gaststätte von Mario Reschke verlegt, dem ehemaligen AfD-Kreisvorsitzender in Dithmarschen. An beiden Tagen ruft die Antifa Heide dazu auf, zur Demonstration vor der Gaststätte „Zum alten Bahnhof“ in Nordhastedt zu kommen. Durch Betreiber, Veranstaltungen und Vorfälle gilt sie öffentlich als politisch stark umstritten und als Treffpunkt für rechte bzw. verschwörungsideologische Milieus. Aus antifaschistischer Perspektive lässt sich das Wochenende als Beispiel dafür einordnen, wie öffentlicher Druck und Proteste Auftritte umstrittener Akteure zumindest erschweren oder verlagern können. Gleichzeitig zeigt die kurzfristige Ausweichbewegung nach Nordhastedt, dass solche Netzwerke weiterhin handlungsfähig sind und lokal auf Infrastruktur zurückgreifen können. Was war noch? Kiel hat sich im Referendum für Olympia entschieden. Die Folgen für Mensch und Natur, für Klima, Stadtentwicklung, Wohnungsmarkt, Verkehr und andere Bereiche sind größtenteils negativ. Günther sieht einen „riesigen Gewinn“ für das Land, doch die Erfahrungen anderer Olympiastädte sehen anders aus. Schade um diese Entscheidung. Wer wie ich die goldene VHS-Ära mitbekommen hat der kennt den Namen John Carpenter. Er ist nicht nur bekannt für Genrefilme wie Halloween, The Fog oder Das Ding aus einer anderen Welt, sondern auch für seine übergroßen Helden die allerlei markige Sprüche ablassen. Bei Nada, Snake Plissken oder Jack Burton angefangen, nie waren seine Helden um coole Sprüche verlegen. Und nachdem ich seit den 80ern JC-Fan bin, musste ich natürlich auch den Zombieshooter mit seinem Namen im Titel zocken. Und siehe da, das Spiel ist besser als man bei einem Genrenamen erwarten durfte. Die Missionen machen Spaß, die Action läuft flüssig ab, und auch hier bekommen wir Oneliner präsentiert die direkt einem 80er Film entsprungen sein könnten. Schade ist, dass die Story nur so dahinschwabbt, vor allem da die technischen Aspekte überzeugen können. Erwartet euch also nur nicht zu viel Tiefgang. Das wird natürlich nach dem Durchspielen auch nicht besser, vor allem wenn dann der endlose Grind beginnt, um in den schwierigeren Spielstufen bestehen zu können. Die KI-Buddies sind da nicht wirklich eine Hilfe, sondern oft auch hinderlich. Durch Crossplay findet man aber jede Menge Gleichgesinnte, um die Zombiehorden zu besiegen. Wer aber auf coole Shooter steht, wird als Mitglied des Toxic Commandos seine Freude haben.

Ich gebe zu, ein Dragon Quest VII Remake stand, nachdem es schon ein Remake für den Nintendo 3DS gab, nicht auf meiner Bingokarte. Wenn, habe ich nach den 2D-HD-Remakes zu Teil I-III eher eine Fortsetzung der nächsten Trilogie, sprich Teil IV-VI gerechnet. Dennoch ist Dragon Quest VII Reimagined ein klasse Remake! Es sieht wunderschön aus, es spielt sich unfassbar gut und bietet mit seinem Jobsystem, welches erst nach einigen Stunden freigeschaltet wird, viele Möglichkeiten sein Team nach eigenen Vorstellungen zusammenzustellen. Ein großes Lob muss ich für die Gestaltung der einzelnen Inseln aussprechen, denn gerade was Texte und Synchronisierung angeht, wurde hier ganze Arbeit geleistet. Viele der unterschiedlichen Inseln haben ihre eigene Geschichte, eigene Charaktere und vor allem auch eigene sprachliche Akzente. Schade ist nur, dass die eigene Party, außer zu Beginn, wenig zur Story beiträgt. Denn es fühlt sich sehr oft so an, als würden wir stur einfach das machen, was uns die Einwohner aufdrängen. Auch der Standard-Schwierigkeitsgrad ist leider zu niedrig ausgefallen, sodass sich das Spiel quasi im “Automode” ohne Probleme durchspielen lässt. Hier sollte man definitiv die Stärke der Gegner in den Optionen erhöhen. Nach ca. 2,5 Jahren kommt der mittlerweile schon sechste Teil der Ride Serie zu uns. Diesmal spielt sich alles im Rahmen des Ride Fests ab. Wobei ich bei Fest an Forza Horizon oder Crew Motorfest denke. Leider ist der Name Fest hier nicht wirklich Programm, denn festliche Stimmung gibt es so gut wie nicht. Die Karriere ist nur ein Sammelsurium aus unterschiedlichen themenbezogenen Events. Die Rennen an sich machen schon Spaß. Ob Enduro oder Superbike, hier ist für Abwechslung gesorgt. Schade, dass man bei Rennen auf höchstens 11 andere Rider trifft. Auch, dass die Strecken alles nur Rundkurse sind, wo es doch früher schon einmal coole Punkt A zu Punkt B Rennen gab, ist ein wenig traurig. Wenigstens gibt es bei vielen Rundkursen auch die unterschiedlichen Versionen. Der Splitscreen ist noch nicht vorhanden, soll aber nachgeliefert werden. Ebenso wie der Race Creator. Die Onlinerennen funktionieren sehr gut, und es gab bei mir keine Lags oder Verbindungsabbrüche. Insgesamt wird ein gutes Spiel geliefert, welches eine Mischung aus GT und Forze sein will, es aber nicht ganz schafft. Wer bisher mit Ride Spaß hatte wird es auch diesmal haben, und Neueinsteiger werden auf Grund der vielen Möglichkeiten auch auf ihre Kosten kommen.

In de Financial Times analyseerde IMF-hoofdeconoom Gita Gopinath waarom 2025 economisch gezien onverwacht goed uitpakte. Dat is volgens macro-econoom Edin Mujagic een vraag die veel economen en niet-economen bezighoudt. Hoewel de wereldeconomie er goed voor lijkt te staan, is er volgens hem sprake van een ‘fragiele situatie’. ‘De gevolgen voor de economie moeten voor een groot deel misschien nog komen.’ De verwachting was dus dat 2025 een economisch catastrofaal jaar zou worden. Waarom? Omdat de Verenigde Staten begin dat jaar een nieuwe president kregen en er allerlei maatregelen kwamen, waaronder veel hogere importheffingen. De vrees was, en voor velen ook de overtuiging, dat dit behoorlijke schade zou opleveren voor zowel de Amerikaanse economie als de wereldeconomie. Toch moeten we begin 2026 vaststellen dat van die schade weinig zichtbaar is geworden. Sterker nog, de Amerikaanse economie heeft een keurig jaar achter de rug en ook de wereldeconomie is behoorlijk gegroeid. Bournemouth now travel to Chelsea and that could make a move to Cole Palmer appealing but there's caution offered on Chelsea assets following their defeat to Aston Villa who themselves kept themselves in contention at the top ahead of tomorrow's big game at The Emirates. Arsenal won again, but there's now doubts around Jurrien Timber and Ricardo Calafiori, but Gabriel is back and many FPL managers will be seeking a quick resolution to restore The Gunners defender to their teams. Manchester City won too but the majority of well owned assets blanked. Their Manchester rivals United have some appealing assets ahead of playing bottom side Wolves, with defensive assets and Matheus Cunha like to be popular short term picks. They beat Newcastle who may also appeal but aren't in good form. West Ham lost again. But Tottenham won .
