Abram is faced with an unbearable, unreasonable, and impossible military situation exacerbated by the bad decisions of his knuckle headed nephew Lot. It is a tense moment of "What will Abram do next". He responds FAITHFULLY with "boots on and sword drawn". Somehow, he STAYS FAITHFUL, even though situationally it looks very bad. Somehow, he wins militarily. Abram redeems the unworthy Lot. God redeems the unworthy Abram. There is lots for us to learn.Watch the 7 minute video of this great story: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNijvDWAn2Wv2KFun2AnvCA

Is there a burning desire in your heart to help the less fortunate? Are you ready to sponsor women and girls around the world? I had the privilege of partnering with Convoy of Hope and being part of an event in Puerto Rico to do just that. We were able to open up the Word of God together and speak to the potential of young girls as individuals. The girls had space and margin to write about their dreams. I too was reminded of my BIG dream: • Empower young girls and women • Give back to local communities and churches • Resource the island to become a hub for the Caribbean Even though we have not hit the goal yet, we will keep moving towards it. It is our job to believe and it is God's job to execute it. You can still sponsor a girl for only $25 a year or the amount that God puts in your heart by visiting: convoyofhope.org/bianca Remember, your dream might seem wildly impossible and you might be disappointed that you have not reached your goal, but know that our God is able and that He is the God of the impossible. I am grateful for the generous donations of all of you who have already sponsored a girl. We are in the final week of our series “Back to Life”, as we lean into the Easter season of 2022! As a church we have been on a pretty wild and challenging journey over the last 2 years and we believe that God is just getting started with us! So I want to encourage everyone who is walking alongside us as a church to really invest your hearts in who God is and what He is desiring for us and our community. While as Christ-followers we should honestly and hopefully think of everyday as Easter because of how Jesus is constantly and consistently bringing us back to life through His Spirit, my hope for us is that during this Easter season specifically we can devote ourselves to pursuing Jesus passionately and loving our neighbors just as passionately! May we as the people of God look and speak and live in such a way that our neighbors experience the goodness of God through us and be brought back to life with the heart of God!

I have to believe that God looked high and low for a man with Joseph's faith and willingness to serve in such a special capacity. He found Mary who basically said to God, “your will be done.” But could God find a man for her who could match that kind of faith? Could God find a man just as willing?
God Has Given Us Courage To Act In Faith Through The Holy Spirit

Dr. Wesley AvramScripture: Lamentations 3:25-36 & Luke 6:26-31
Have you ever seen a person's FAITH move a tree or a mountain? Neither have I.Scripture has something to say on the matter, and it is a little confusing. It says that we should be participating in IMPOSSIBLE things in an INVISIBLE Kingdom with INCREASING faith in the UNSEEN Hand of God by INVOLVEMENT via prayer to make and IMPACT. Or something like it. It is a big ask. The ask is bigger than the metaphor about moving mountains or moving trees.I am struck about keeping the object of our faith correct. We need a growing faith, but that is ultimately of less importance than the OBJECT of our faith. Let's get that right as we wonder and expose ourselves to His Word. Too, may He give us "eyes of faith" or perhaps "eyes to see faith" and to note when the kingdom is moving. Listen and let's get started "moving this mountain" by an increasing faith in an incredible God.Please Subscribe at www.BeWithMe.Us

IT’S THE LAST EPISODE OF SEASON 1! How very fitting to end the season with my guest JR, who’s a good buddy from my old small group Bible study at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in NYC. Coincidentally, we both left Christianity around 2007… without realizing the other was on his way out. Satan works in mysterious ways? Anyway, grab a drink, make yourself comfortable, and then get UNcomfortable listening to the story of our departure from religion, as well as the topsy turvy ride we’ve been on these past 10 years since walking away from the church. Are we on a road to nowhere? Maybe. TALKING TO THE DEAD.Impossible FaithThen Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”You’ve Got To Kill Your Doubt To Raise Your Dead!John 1121“Lord,” Martha said to Jesus, “if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.”23Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”24Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”25Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;26and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”27“Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”28After she had said this, she went back and called her sister Mary aside. “The Teacher is here,” she said, “and is asking for you.” 29When Mary heard this, she got up quickly and went to him. 30Now Jesus had not yet entered the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met him. 31When the Jews who had been with Mary in the house, comforting her, noticed how quickly she got up and went out, they followed her, supposing she was going to the tomb to mourn there.32When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.”33When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. 34“Where have you laid him?” he asked.“Come and see, Lord,” they replied.35Jesus wept. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. 39“Take away the stone,” he said.“But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.”40Then Jesus sa

Often times we are conflicted. We believe and trust God, but still doubt. But just like the father who encountered Jesus, when we surrender our doubt to Christ, and say "Lord I believe, but help my unbelief." He gives us a faith that can move mountains.
