LEAD FROM THE HEART In this inspiring episode, we have the privilege of speaking with Samuel Pruneau Beaudry, the embodiment of leadership encapsulated in the Kiswahili word "Viongozi." Samuel is the owner of Viongozi and the founder of the MWanga Life Design Retreat, showcasing his boundless energy, zest for life, and love for the art of leadership. The connection between Samuel and the host was forged during the Evercoach CBC business coaching certification, where they both were part of the CBC Tuesday Circle Tribe. Samuel's passion for leadership is mirrored in his favourite book, "Les 5 grands Rêves de vie" (translated to English as "The 5 Big Dreams of Life" by John P. Strelecky). A quote from this book resonates deeply with the essence of Viongozi: "At any time during our existence, we are called to be leaders for others and for ourselves." The episode offers a rich exploration of past, present, and future dreams, interwoven with the transformative impact of MindValley and Evercoach in both Samuel's and the host's lives. Samuel's journey becomes a testament to the power of leadership, self-discovery, and personal growth. Listeners are invited to dive into a conversation that celebrates the essence of leadership, weaving together the threads of passion, dreams, and the profound influence of transformative platforms like MindValley and Evercoach. Samuel's energy and zest for life shine brightly, leaving a lasting impression and inspiring others to embrace their leadership potential. *** If you enjoyed this episode please follow the show, share it with a friend and leave a review on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/4JfM1ZitoXTP6DXXfUbqRm?si=9f68c2de30a5446f To receive exclusive content such as video episodes, early trailers, and other bonus content unavailable to non-subscribers consider subscribing (as always - no hard sell) https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/phase4/subscribe Connect with Jp https://linktr.ee/NextStepsAcademy In addition, The Next Steps Academy is proud to announce the release of Words From Walden, An Inspiring book that celebrates Nature, Spiritual Awakening, New Age thinking and Esoteric views of the world. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9XFT5VT?ref_=pe_3052080_397670860 For other episodes of the Phase 4 Podcast https://linktr.ee/phase4podcast Connect with Sam: samxmwanga@gmail.com ****If you enjoyed this episode please follow the show, share it with a friend and leave a review on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/4JfM1ZitoXTP6DXXfUbqRm?si=9f68c2de30a5446f for more thought-provoking discussions on mindset, personal growth, and peak performance.**** Do you want to be featured on The Phase 4 Podcast?

Summary of the book “The Why Café” by John P. Strelecky provided by ÉLODIE it's been a pleasure…one of the best books (have actually read the whole one afterwards) I was able to get my hands on. Not because It is written very well (I could not tell…not a real expert at that but because the message and meaning of the book is just amazing. Just what I always have to talk and think about! —————————————————————
Todays guest is Michele Matt co-founder of My Camper. I know Michele from my mountain bike and cross country times in Switzerland were he stood out as the youngster that loved taking the risk and go downhill on a new path without fear. This attitude and family dinners were his father and grandfather talked openly about their entrepreneurial work, new markets, products or similar made it a natural step for Michele to become an entrepreneur. Colour: Blue. It reminds him of lakes, oceans, water and the sky. He enjoys the big space of possibilities when looking over the water or into the sky. The My Camper story started in 2014 after Michele and his wife took a trip with their VW Bus and they realised that it stands around a lot, why not rent it like AirBnB. Michele found Miriam and later Stephan and by spring 2015 a small version of My Camper started. For two years they worked evenings and weekends to keep the risk calculated and the cost low. By the end of 2017 the work grew so much that they couldn't handle it anymore but it didn't generate enough money to make a living from it. So they decided to go all in and quit their jobs. In 2018 they got their 1st financial round. For Michele the decision to go full in was coming from the heart. He didn't want to look back at his life and regret it. For him creating something that helps and leaves an impact was important. Now the team needed to grow and 2.0 web version needed to be created. During that time the team got lots of strategic support from mentors, angle investors or from networking events. They also learned a lot through testing many things. In 2020 My Camper expanded to Sweden. They looked at the marked in Europe and other parts of the world and realised that the Scandinavian's are best fit for their product at the moment. How much is a successful entrepreneur working? It's not about the hours you work but the output and delegation and automation help a lot. What is your stress management? By doing sports, walking or running in nature, meet interesting people during the day, meditate for 10min (deep breath) and read. Advice Take one step at the time. Start lean with a low budget and 60-80% ready product. Test, test and test and find out what the customer wants. In the end you started a business to help your customer and not for you. Also for financing. It was hard and he had fear but then by taking one step at time you advance. it's good not to know all that lays ahead. Sometimes things are much bigger than you think and they might discourage you to continue. Go to networking events and workshops. There you get good input and you might find business partners, mentors or investors Invest in yourself by reading like Warren Buffet does Imagine life like a boat on the big ocean. If you don't know what port you aim for you'll never reach it. You might get lost on the ocean. Therefor it is important to have goals and a vision as now you know where to aim for. John P. Strelecky is on a mission to inspire people to think about and start pursuing their Big Five for Life: the five things they want to see, do or experience in their lifetime that would truly define their life as well-lived. And while he’s living his Big Five every day, he’ll be the first to admit that setting out on a new path, especially one that looks very different from the one you are already one, isn’t easy. In this conversation John defines the Big Five for Life concept and what it means to think about the museum of your life. We also talk about purpose and the impact fulfilling your goals has on other people. And of course, he tells us how people start to change or shift when they start to orient themselves towards their purpose and towards their Big Five for Life. Key Takeaways We don’t have to wait until a tragedy or health crisis happens to take stock of our life and start living our dreams. We make such a positive impact on the people in our lives when we start pursuing our Big Five for Life. Guest Bio John P.
