Hey Dungeon Masters, sorry for the delay. Let's talk about generating world events for Dungeons & Dragons (or any RPG) using Rory's Story Cubes or the Mythic GM Emulator. Use either one or both of them together to create random events to populate world, ask and answer fiction questons, or fill in gaps in time "back at the ranch" while the party is off adventuring.Mythic at DriveThruRPG*: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/20798/Mythic-Game-Master-Emulator?term=mythic+emulator&affiliate_id=516659Links:I’m part of a creator network. After a brief intro where we learn a bit about Rory as a gamer, we get into the history of the Cubes (6:50), particularly focusing on how he used them as a self-help tool and how they grew into a game and story telling engine that has sold 7 million copies worldwide. We then talk about other projects from Creativity Hub (35:50), including Untold: Adventures Await and Blank.

In this episode I very quickly look at using Rory's Story Cubes for solo RPG gaming. I also spend some time talking with A.J. Porfirio about Hostage Negotiator which is just now on Kickstarter.Rory's Story CubesHostage NegotiatorHostage Negotiator on KickstarterGoing Alone on IndieCardboard.com - This is just a link to the latest article in the series. I don't find any easy way to locate them all.
