Gerlóczi Judit a NEM OKÉ kampány alapítója és vezetője, akivel egy olyan ügyről beszélgetünk, amely túl régóta van velünk ahhoz, hogy továbbra is félrenézzünk. A NEM OKÉ országos antibullying kampány egy színházi előadásból indult el. Az Ördög Tamás rendezte, díjnyertes Darázs után a nézők nem akartak egyszerűen hazamenni. Kint maradtak, kérdeztek, vitatkoztak, sírtak, történeteket meséltek, és egyre világosabb lett, hogy itt valami sokkal nagyobb dologról van szó, mint egy erős színházi estéről. Gerlóczi Judit ott állt a taps után, és meghozott egy döntést. Ezt a kezet nem lehet elengedni. Innen indult el a NEM OKÉ. Az iskolai zaklatás nem gyerekcsíny, nem nevelési eszköz, nem olyasmi, amit majd kinőnek a gyerekek. Olyan sérüléseket hagyhat maga után, amelyek évekkel később is dolgoznak az emberben. A NEM OKÉ ezért nem egyetlen látványos akcióval akar hatni, hanem valós eszközökkel, valódi összefogással, művészeti és közösségi formákon keresztül. A Darázs mellett ott van a köztéri szobor, a társasjáték, a beszélgető kártyák, az online jelenlét, és ott van a január 28-án elindult második kerületi pilot program is, amelyben önkormányzat, szakemberek, pedagógusok, szülők és diákok dolgoznak együtt egy működő helyi védőháló kialakításán. When you shoot for something, it means you're planning to do that. If you were to ask me, Bob, how many videos, how many English lessons are you going to put out on this channel? I'm going to shoot for one per week.I'm going to try and put out one video per week. I know in the past, I was putting out two per week, but I feel like as I relaunch this channel, I think I'm going to shoot for one English lesson per week. And I will probably shoot for putting that English lesson out on Wednesdays.So it's Tuesday right now, if you haven't figured it out. So when you shoot for something, it means you plan on doing that. The other phrase I wanted to teach you today is the phrase oh, shoot. And this is just a really nice way of saying a different word so that you don't say that word, which is kind of a curse word or swear word.When you say oh, shoot, it's an exclamation that you make when something goes wrong. If I dropped this paper, I'd be like, oh, shoot. But if I wanted to say something a little bit more crude, if, I wanted to use a swear word, I would use the word that starts with the same two letters and ends with the same letter, but instead of two O's, it has an I in the middle.And I think you know what I'm talking about. It's not a super, like, bad swear word, but it is a swear word. So. So when you say oh, shoot, it simply means, something just went wrong. So to review, when you shoot for something, it means you are aiming for that, you are trying to accomplish that.And when you say oh, shoot, it's the same as saying oh, sh. Maybe I'll just switch and go to a comment from a previous video instead of actually saying that word. Let me get the comment out. This comment is from Judit or Aerosmith77.It was a really good start with two videos. Do I remember well, your videos were cut for 4 minutes and 8 seconds. This video lasted 4 minutes and 18 seconds. Let me switch quickly and say, here is a camper van, or more of a camper. I guess it's a little big to be called a camper van. I'm not sure what this is doing in my local town.It is not camping season. I also think there's a dog inside, so I'm not going to go close to that at all. If you remember, a few years ago, I had a bad experience with two dogs running out, and, they were pretty vicious. Not from a camper, but, while I was walking down the road.But, I'm not sure what that's doing out and about. Oh, like, I got 30 seconds left. I have to be careful here. I... Dear Listeners it is now your turn, I have two things that I would like for you to consider over the next few weeks after listening to this episode. One; if you are a person who has given birth to a living  child or living young adult, what is the birth story you share in front of them? What is the birth story you tell people? Is it traumatic? Have you figured out a way to share the story in a way that feels beautiful and meaningful, regardless of what actually happened that day, regardless of the pain you experienced and the fear. How can you tell this story so that when your child hears it, they hear the joy and gratitude that they are there with you now. That's my first question.  My next one is; what is it that is your tell? What is the signal your body gives you when something isn't right? I encourage you over the next few weeks to try to identify what that is. In Judit, she said that its a twitch in her hip, in the muscles around her hip. For me, it's usually some sort of effect from my essential tremors, starting to shake badly enough that it's very noticeable. So when you feel uncomfortable or something is making you anxious or angry, take inventory of your body, figure out where you're feeling it. Fresh off her third consecutive (and fourth overall) U.S. Women's Championship title, I was honored to catch up with 22-year-old IM Carissa Yip. Carissa has taken a gap year from Stanford University and is immersed in a demanding schedule of training and competition. She's had some excellent results this year and is now ranked #21 among women in the world. Despite her success, Carissa has also experienced the emotional ups and downs that every serious chess player can relate to. In our conversation, she discusses: Her personal recollections of GM Daniel Naroditsky, including how he once went out of his way to help her prepare during a major tournament. The helpful opening advice recently shared with her by her friend and coach, GM Awonder Liang. How she overcame sluggish starts to win both the 2025 U.S. Women's Championship and the Cairns Cup.
