On this episode we dive deep into the universe for a sobering lesson. We must accept the fact that in the big picture, we don't know a lot. Therefore we don't know enough to give up. We must accept the fact that we can't see everything happening all the time. Therefore we don't see clearly enough to quit. THE "FUCK IT" MEDITATION is an extremely powerful exercise I created to deal with trauma, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, and all toxic emotional baggage. In true AGGRESSIVE KINDNESS fashion, this meditation combines deep breathing, visualization, and primal expression through profanity. Disclaimer: The deep breathing and emotional activation involved in this exercise is quite intense. If you are new to deep breathing, I suggest you work your way up to the full 5 minutes over the course of a few days or a week. Common effects include: light headed-ness, tingling sensations, hallucinations, laughter, crying, extreme joy, & unprecedented relief. This exercise is invaluable when you are having a panic attack, feeling overwhelmed or just over it all. As a daily practice, this trauma killing meditation can reduce and eliminate negativity and old toxic weight, leaving space for that peace and freedom I'm always talking about. Travel safe and just say "FUCK IT!"
