He went missing February 21, 2022, from Sylva North Carolina.Let's talk about Aaron's description again. Aaron Cody Fortner went missing 2/21/22 from Sylva North Carolina. Aaron is described to be white, between 5'7” to 5'9” tall, weighing 130 – 140lbs, Brown eyes. He was 25 years old at the time he went missing. Tattoos: Right wrist of a geometric deer, upper right arm of a deer with a cross, upper left arm and or shoulder of a paw print and wolf design.  The last known clothing was camo shorts and black hoodie. He may be using the following alias names:   Cody Black, Cody Fortner, Cody Smith and/or Aaron Winehouse. He may have a cell phone with him and a stuffed dog he has had since his childhood. Pamela went missing August 12, 1992, In Panama City Florida. She was 36 years old at the time and she is now 68. She is 5'3” tall and weighs 110lbs. She is white, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a scar on her head. She was wearing either a red tank top and black shorts or cut-off blue jean shorts and a white shirt. She would have been wearing purple and black thong sandals. Send us a Text Message.This week I decided to replay Episode 3 a fathers Special I recorded last year. I hope you enjoy This Flashback Podcast. I will be back in two weeks with another missing persons podcast. Historians say the first Father's Day card was created nearly 4000 years ago by a young man that carved it in a piece of clay, assuming a tablet of sorts. He carved his special message wishing his father good health and long life. The first Father's Day memorial service was held on July 5, 1908, to honor the 361 men that were killed in a Tragic mine disaster in Fairmont West Virgina December of 1907. Out of these 361 men, 250 of them were fathers. It was a woman named Sonora Smart Dodd that is credited for Father's Day becoming what it is today. According to a story on education.com, Sonora Dodd, the daughter of a widowed Civil war veteran came up with the idea while listening to a Mother's Day Sermon at her church in 1909. She was inspired to create a special day to honor her father as well as others. She wanted the first Father's Day to be June 5th which was her father's birthday, however, the city and community leaders said they needed more time to prepare so it was moved to June 19, 1910. The idea caught on, by 1924 President Coolidge supported a petition for a national Father's Day and a national Father's Day committee was formed in New York city in 1926.  President Johnson in 1966 designated the 3rd Sunday in June as Father's Day but it wasn't until 1972 that President Nixon established Father's Day as a national holiday. Sonora is also credited with making the rose the official flower of Father's Day. Wearing a red rose signified your father was still living, wearing a white rose was to honor your father that had passed away. She was said to have brought roses and gifts to any father in the community that was unable to make it to the church services where roses were given out to honor the fathers of the church. Some fun Facts about Father's Day, Because of Sonora Dodd, Washington was the first state to celebrate Father's Day. Sonora was from Spokane, Washington.Across the pond in Europe Father's Day has it roots in the Middle Ages to honor Saint Joseph on March 19th Saint Joseph was the foster father of Jesus. It eventually turned into a day to honor the institution of fatherhood in general.For the French its all about lighters. The last time she was seen alive was June 17, 2017. Five months later, hunters found her remains in a wooded area near her home in Halifax County Virginia.If you have any information regarding the murder of Emma Jean Compton Layne, please contact the Halifax County Sheriff's office at 434-476-3334. Come June 18 it will have been 7 years since she went missing and was murdered. She went missing after getting off her school bus on April 26, 2010, in Spring Texas.Let's talk about Alexandria Joy Lowitzer, she was last seen April 26, 2010 at around 3:00pm in Spring, Texas. She was 16 years old at the time she went missing and is 30 years old today. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, dark hoodie, black and white checkered skinny jeans and black tennis shoes. She was carrying a blue LG GR500 slide cell phone and a checkered multi colored back pack. Ali is 5'2” tall with natural brown hair that was dyed a dark auburn red, weighed 145lbs She has blue eyes. She also wears braces, and her ears and nose are pierced.   She also has a small scar from chicken pox between her eyes.  If you have any information, please call the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-The Lost. Or you can call the Harris County Sheriff's Office 713-221-6000 Case number HC100057351. There is a reward in this case. I want to talk about JoAnn Lowitzer for a couple of minutes, Ali's mother, Jo Ann Lowitzer, along with help from the Texas Center for the Missing, Started Houston Missing Persons Day. This day is observed on February 3, which is Ali's Birthday. Jo Ann also created a private group on Facebook, Moms of the missing as a safe place that for mothers of missing children can connect. There is always someone who knows something that can help find this missing person.The missing person we are going to tell you the story of is Christopher Dietterick. Christopher went missing May 30, 2019, In Elkton, Maryland.Sara was alerted by Chris is doctors on June 5th that Chris didn't show up for his appointment. June 7th Sara reported Chris missing to the Elkton police.  This is when Sara started searching for Chris. As the search and investigation into his disappearance started it was discovered that he left Sue and Bills home May 30. To go over to the health department to pick up a external battery for his cell phone he had left there. Based on google maps it would have taken him 16 min to walk .7miles. Once there he is seen with a security camera entering the heath department at 11:00am. He is seen talking to some friends as he was approaching the entrance. When he left the health department, he and his two friends walked over to the Help center.  This man is a father, son, and brother. If he had succumbed to his illnesses he would have already been found. There appears to me there could be foul play in this case. When putting this case together it caused me to recall last week's case with Bobby and the fear that something was going to happen to him if he didn't get out of Elkton, is something going on in Elkton with the homeless community?  This man deserves the same investigative attention as any other case. I hope that the Elkton PD hasn't given up on this case. Let's talk about Chris's description. Christopher Michael Dietterick was 41 years old and is now 46, 5'10” tall weighing 160lbs, White Male, Red/Auburn hair, and blue eyes.He has a scar on his left Calf from having a tumor removed, and a scar on right chest area from a chemo port.  He also has a unique tattoo on his left calf that reads Pear Jam and a stick figure. This tattoo was meant to say Pearl Jam. There is always someone who knows something that can help find this missing person.The person we are going to talk about today is Charles Robert Steele, known as Bobby by friends and family. Bobby went missing April 11, 2023. Bobby skeletal remains was found on February 16, 2024 In Wilmington Delaware. His remains were found inside what is called a pipe chase inside the wall of a building that was being demoed. This space is described as being 12-to-24-inch space between the walls where plumbing and electrical lines are run from floor to floor in the building.  According to Kelly, he was found between the 5th and 6th floor with his arms down by his side. He had on his shir that he was last seen in, shoes, and part of his pants. The Remainder of his pants were found on the 4th floor in a bathroom. According to Kelly, there is little to no movement on this investigation. Speculation around the case is that Bobby hid in the cable chase to keep from getting caught trespassing. This sounds like a good go-to if you didn't want to investigate this case. Kelly says that her brother would not have been afraid of a Trespassing charge. Furthermore, I would think if there was any risk of a Trespassing charge, that would mean the police would have a record of going to that building the night Bobby went missing.   If you or someone you know are Homeless and don't know where to find help, according to USA.gov you can call 211 from any where in the united states to get help finding a homeless shelter near you. If you or someone you know is struggling with Substance Abuse and mental health, you can call 1-800-662-HELP.  The stories I tell about the missing, I hope arms you with new information about this missing person that might lead to finding them. She went missing November 16, 2023, after she stole her mother's car.I have my wife Mandy with me again today cohosting, say hi Mandy. Today's missing persons story came to my attention on TikTok when a friend shared a missing persons TikTok about Courtney.Let's talk about Courtneys description. Courtney Lynne Townsend was last seen November 16, 2023, She was 32 years old at the time she disappeared. She just had a birthday in March. Courtney has brown hair. She's 4'11” tall, Weighs 110lbs with Blue eyes. She has some tattoos, cherries on her chest on the upper side of each breast, Fire and cross on her right hip, the word independent on her right rib cage going from chest to hip, love on left wrist, fear on her right wrist and Dalton on top of right foot. She had just moved to Atlanta from out west on February 12th, 2016. Cased Solved The first conviction in the case was January 4,2024 of Jonathan Alexander Warren. He entered a guilty plea to Malice murder, tampering with evidence, concealing the death of another and necrophilia. He was sentenced to life without parole. The second suspect in this case, Katelyn Goble, her indictment is still pending. I hope everyone had a good holiday. The story I will tell you today is about Paul Aaron Triplett, He was last seen January 2, 2002. His case is classified as a missing persons case but all the information surrounding his case, leans toward him being murdered. Paul's sister Heather reached out to me telling me her brother's story. When I started investigating this story, I could not find one news article or any other podcasts about Paul Triplett's case. The only information I could find was from NameUS and The Charle Project which had very limited information. I did an Open Records request with the Kentucky State police. And found the 69-page report very interesting but also wondered what was left out of the report. There were several pages missing based on the page numbering system that they used and appears to have set cold since 2016.Lets talk about Paul's description and information again. Paul Aaron Triplett went missing on 1/7/2002 He was last seen in the area of Flaxpatch Hollow, in Littcarr Ky. After dropping his girlfriend off at college in Pippa Passes, Ky.  Paul was 20 years old at the time he went missing and would be 42 years old now, He is 6'2” tall, and Weighed 150lbs at the time, he has brown hair, green eyes, and He also has a goatee. He has a triangular birthmark on lower back, a linear scar on his lower abdomen, He has a dragon tattoo on his right calf and a bird tattoo on his right shoulder.Some of the key people in this case has passed away, If you know anything that can lead to the whereabouts of Paul Triplett, Please come forward and let the authorities know where he is. This is the same town that my first episode The Missing was about. In fact, Hollynn went missing about 5 miles from where Layla Santanello was last seen in Kingsport Tennessee. Because I follow Layla's mother's social media, That's how I found out about Hollynn Snapp being missing.Let's talk about the details of Hollynn again. Hollyn Snapp is 4'8” tall weighing 110 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. She has a tattoo on her right forearm pyramid with eye and with circle around it. Hollynn was last seen in Kingsport, TN near Bell ridge Drive.  If you have any information, please contact the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office at 423-279-7330 or contact 1-800-TBI- FIND.  Please remember even if the information you may have is very small, It may be enough to help lead to finding this young lady. Jenna Ruth Van Gelderen is white with brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs 140lbs and is 4'11” tall. She was 25 at the time she went missing she would be 31 years old now. She has a star of David tattoo on upper thigh, ears are pierced. She was possibly wearing a green T-shirt with the words San Antonio on the front may also have been wearing a black spaghetti strap shirt under it. She has a distinctive tattoo of water with a turtle inside of her lower right arm. The story I will tell you today is about Layla Santanello who was age 20 when she went missing on June 27, 2023 from Kingsport, TN.Layla Santanello was age 20 when she went missing on June 27, 2023. She turned 21 in August. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, Black leggings and no shoes. Layla has at least 3 tattoos one being a predominate one on her Left forearm that says Nova Grace, another one with roman numbers on her collar bone area, and another one described as a dream catcher on the inside of her right arm. When she was last seen her hair was bleach blond with dark roots showing. That's right Katey Segal. Did you know before she landed her acting role, she worked as a back up singer in 1978. She took part in Gene Simmons solo album and joined a band that was signed by the same label as KISS at the time.
