A member of the DDS having lost his Dad at a young age, Simon also unfortunately lost his mother in the September 11 attacks. We go really deep into the tragedy of 9/11. From the initial news, to the dreaded confirmation and the post 9/11 world for Simon and his family. Having journalists camped outside his house, asking questions of funeral homes you regret getting the answer to and years later learning about his mother's final moments. It's an emotional ride and I'm so glad Simon was willing to chat so openly about a difficult topic.
